Jhanak On Starlife Wednesday 1st April 2026 Update, Anjana tells Aditi that they should support Jhanak out of humanity. She says Jhanak deserves a chance to study and build her future. Arshi then tells Anjana to celebrate Jhanak’s success by having sweets. Anjana replies that she knew Nutan, and seeing Jhanak succeed makes her happy. Aditi says she heard Anjana only knew Nutan for a short time. Anjana explains that even if it was a short time, Nutan felt like her own daughter to her.

Arshi cuts in and says Nutan only brought trouble into their lives. She questions why Nutan lied about Aniruddh if she was truly a good person. Arshi adds that in the end, everyone will only blame Aniruddh. Anjana firmly says that Nutan would never speak without a reason, and she believes Nutan did not lie. Aniruddh then asks Anjana if she is implying that he is lying. Anjana calmly says that only Nutan and Aniruddh know the truth, and if Nutan were alive, the truth would have come out by now. She also adds that whatever happened in the past should not affect Jhanak’s future.
Aditi says her in-laws support Jhanak a lot, so nothing bad will happen. Arshi quietly says that history is repeating itself. She then asks Aditi if she plans to stay there. Aditi says the media will come to interview Jhanak, and what if Jhanak says something about Aniruddh during the interview? So it is better for her to stay at her in-laws’ house. Anjana stops her and says Jhanak is not like that, and she should not speak this way. Aditi asks if Anjana thinks she is insecure. Anjana replies that Aditi’s words clearly show her insecurity.
Aditi then questions why Nutan did not stop the forced marriage if she was educated and living in the city. She also asks why Nutan lied to Rishi that Jhanak is Aniruddh’s daughter. Anjana warns Aditi not to speak like this about Nutan. She then reveals a shocking truth—that Nutan was the one who took care of Aditi in the village for five years. She adds that Aniruddh later brought Aditi to the city. Aditi is left shocked hearing this. Anjana continues and says Arshi never truly accepted Aditi, and the only reason Aditi is alive today is because of Nutan.
On the other side, a media person questions Jhanak about her victory. Jhanak says she never expected this and that she now has to work even harder to fulfill her mother’s dream. The media person asks about her parents. Jhanak says her mother passed away recently, and she wants to achieve her dream by becoming a doctor. Tanushri gets irritated and asks when all this will end, saying this is a house, not an office.
Jhanak thanks the media and politely asks them to leave. However, the media person questions Tanushri, asking if she is unhappy with Jhanak’s success and what their relationship is. Tanushri replies that Rishi brought Jhanak there just to help her. She asks the media to end the interview and not disturb them further. Dadabhai steps in and tells the media person to complete the interview. The media person then takes Jhanak’s photos and praises her achievements.
She again asks about Jhanak’s father, but Jhanak refuses to talk about personal matters. Just then, Aditi arrives. The media person asks Jhanak if she wants to say anything to her father. Jhanak clearly says she does not want to talk about a person who never accepted her. She adds that she will become a doctor and fulfill her mother’s dream.
The media person then asks Aditi what she thinks about Jhanak’s success. Aditi says that doing well in exams and achieving success in life are two very different things. She also claims that Jhanak’s mother was from Srinagar, not from a village. Putul corrects her and says Nutan was born in a village. The media person then says they will invite Jhanak to the studio for another interview. Jhanak questions the need for it and refuses to give another interview.
Neelu says Mishti is upset, but no one seems to care about her. She taunts Jhanak for giving such a long interview. Meanwhile, the media person takes Rishi’s number and leaves. Aditi questions Rishi about why he gave his number, but Rishi says it is not a big deal. Neelu asks why Rishi is getting involved in Jhanak’s matters and says they should focus on Mishti instead. Aditi also tells Rishi to take responsibility for his sister rather than worrying about outsiders.
Dadabhai announces that they will celebrate both Jhanak and Mishti’s results in the evening. Jhanak immediately says Mishti is sad, so it does not feel right to celebrate. Tanushri accuses Jhanak of pretending and tells her to stop acting. Indumati scolds Jhanak for giving such a long interview, while Tanushri warns her not to get carried away. Rishi supports Jhanak and tells her to ignore everyone. He says he hopes she keeps winning in life.
Aditi sarcastically tells Rishi to keep going, saying he seems to be the happiest person right now. Rishi openly admits that he is happy for Jhanak and proud of her, calling her a talented girl. Hearing this, Aditi gets angry and walks away inside.
Later, Mishti’s friends come to meet her and start talking about Jhanak. Putul praises Jhanak again, but Mishti tells them to stop discussing her. Tanushri calls Jhanak over. Mishti’s friends start speaking to Jhanak in English, and Jhanak replies in Hindi. They laugh at her. One of them even questions how Jhanak passed her English exam and suggests that she might have cheated. Jhanak looks at them and asks why they are speaking to her like this.
