Close to my heart on star life Saturday 4th March 2023 update, Adi tells the family that he can’t marry Harnaaz. All are shocked. Amber says you can’t answer about a marriage like this. Adi says I didn’t expect anyone to like my answer. He recalls Ginni’s words to listen to his heart. He tells Darji that he is going to marry Sam.

Goldie apologizes to Ginni and says I keep thinking that she was Simran. Ginni says let’s just go. She thinks I can’t tell him the truth.
Harnaaz tells Adi to get lost and leaves from there. Sam requests the family to accept her. Amber says shut up. Chima says you people have insulted us, I helped you with your business but your son is having an affair? You lied to me. Adi says it’s not Darji’s fault. Chima says you are a loser, you all have cheated us. Sharja says we didn’t know that they like each other. Chimas angrily leave. Amber glares at Adi and says I will break your ego. I will not give my business to you, get lost from my house. Adi says I never took on your business so I don’t care. Amber asks him to shut up. Darji asks Amber to leave. He asks Adi why did you lie saying she was your friend only? Adi says I can’t tell you the truth but if you want then I can go back to Canada with Sam. I won’t change my decision so I will leave with Sam. He goes away. Darji cries and falls down. Armaan and others rush to him. Adi brings water for him. Darji tells Adi I can’t let you go again, my life is in you. Adi says then I won’t go anywhere. Darji hugs him and cries.
Scene 2
Akash is playing a board game with Supreet. She is in thoughts, Akash says that the monster might take away my game. Supreet says don’t call him that. Amber comes there and is drunk, he says Akash is right, that Adi is a monster. Supreet tries to control him but he shouts at her that you had to find everything about Sam but I got insulted in front of Chimas and you couldn’t do anything. Amber falls down on the bed.
Armaan gives a drink to Adi and asks why is he marrying Sam for just a formality? I can’t understand you. How can you be sure that baby is yours? Adi shows him the coin and says I am marrying Sam for that baby. I got clarity from Ginni, what if I deny Sam today and later on I find out that baby is mine? How can I let the same thing happen with this baby that happened to me in my childhood? Armaan says I don’t know what to say, you are putting your life on the line for this only? Adi gets Ginni’s call. She says sorry but can you make me talk to Simran? Adi says I don’t know any Simran. He ends the call.
