Between You And Me Zee on zee one Sunday 9th July 2023 update, Tanya screams out in pain as Adi touches her fingers. Adi is miffed with Kabir. Devina stops him from reacting. You want to mess up with that Kabir? He will throw us out of the house! Tanya reasons that the house deal will be over tomorrow. We will be on the streets. I should have found out about the house before marriage! Devina asks Adi if this Kandiwali girl will tell them about money now. Adi is about to retort but Devina shouts at him to be quiet. Ira walks in. I can give you money if that’s what you want.

She shows bundles of money to them. Tanya and Adi lung at the money but Ira tells them to do something for her first. Akhilesh got a very big contract for laddoo today. This house will be his if he completes this order. You must stop him. Adi says you will throw us out of our own house tomorrow if we do that. Tanya tells him to let Ira talk. She isn’t done yet. Ira nods. I will give you ample money to buy a house and start your own business. You must stop Akhilesh from completing his laddoo contract at any cost! Tanya takes her task. Ira says you will get this bag full of money as soon as you complete this task. She walks out of the room. Tanya asks Devina how she thinks this girl is Ira. She wants us to ruin Akhilesh’s plan.
The laddoos are ready. Mira says Bhabhi will stop threatening us to leave once this order is complete. Ira overhears them. She thanks Lord for making Akhilesh realise he is the best. Mishri tells Akhilesh they must offer bhog to Bhagwan ji. It is Janamashtami today. Akhilesh gives one laddoo to Pushpa to taste. Mira says this is for God. Akhilesh calls his mother God. I haven’t lost my faith on her only. Pushpa notices Ira and calls her Ira Kaki. She shows it to her. Taste it and tell how it is. Devina peeks at her from the stairs. Ira starts her drama. Do you think I will eat Indian sweet? It has so much ghee. Pushpa says it is round and my friend has made it. Ira calls it unhealthy. She heads upstairs. Pushpa tells Akhilesh that Ira will throw it away. Akhilesh says it is okay. Mira tells Akhilesh to change his clothes. He realises it and goes to change. Mira also tells the kids to change.
Vansh asks Mishri how Mami became so rude. Mishri calls it drama. She took the laddoo with her. She will eat it in private while thinking about Bapu.
Ira looks at the laddoo. Hope Akhilesh gets such chances all the time. Once he earns the hard earned money, no one will be able to stop him! She stops herself from eating the laddoo. I have to go in front of Tanya, Adi and Langdu Chacha. I have to show them that I am upset as the order is complete.
Vansh is tired. Mishri speaks of how much efforts Akhilesh put in. Vansh suggests playing a game or watching TV. Mishri switches on TV. They promote Gudiya Hamari Sab Pe Bhaari.
Ira storms inside Tanya’s room and slaps her. You idiot! You couldn’t do one thing right. I told you to keep an eye on them but they have made the laddoos already. You are just passing time here! I wont spare you. Devina says the laddoos may be ready but they wont be able to do anything. Ira asks them what they have done. Devina says we have only done what you asked us to do. Adi tells Tanya they should buy the apartment which is on sale. He notices the laddoo in Ira’s hand and is about to take a bite when Tanya stops him. This has poison! Ira decides to stop Akhilesh from taking out laddoos or many innocent lives will be destroyed.
Tanya tells Ira that she had added poison in besan. They might have made laddoos but they will have to be in jail for years! She laughs thinking about her plan. Ira envelops her in a tight, suffocating hug. Tanya complains that she cannot breathe. Ira lets go of her. Devina says you hugged her too tight. Who does that? Ira claps for Tanya. She did a marvellous job. Now the contract will be broken and they will be sent to jail! Bravo! She pats a little too strongly on Langdu Chacha / Devina’s back. Devina makes a face as Ira goes.
Ira decides to break the laddoos. They shouldn’t take them out. I dint know that they will stoop so low! She runs downstairs.
Akhilesh picks 2 big baskets of laddoos at once. Ira wonders how to stop Akhilesh. She notices Akhilesh leaving and pretends
to be on a call. She collides with Akhilesh because of which the laddoos fall on the floor. Akhilesh looks at Ira angrily. Ira asks Akhilesh if he is blind. Mishri and Pushpa are in shock. Ira stomps on the laddoos. There wont be any scope of any accident now! She tells Akhilesh to keep his eyes open next time while walking. Akhilesh knows she did it intentionally. You dint want me to deliver this order! Ira tells him not to shout. It is the hard work of only a few hours. Do it again! Akhilesh is about to retort when Mishri tells him not to insult a woman. It is against what Badi ma has taught you. Akhilesh tells Ira that he hasn’t seen a bad woman like her. He walks away in a huff.
Mishri asks Ira why she had to do this. My Mapu couldn’t be this bad. Ira tells her not to stretch the matter. It was just an accident. She calls her driver again and asks him to come asap. Mishri looks sad. Mira enters and is heartbroken to see the laddoos on the floor. How did it happen? She notices the green colour on the floor and picks one laddoo. How are they changing colours? She smells it and realises that there is rat poison in it. She glares at Ira. What has happened to you? You added poison in the laddoos right? I know you dint want Akhilesh to succeed in this task but I had no idea you will stoop so low! You added poison in the laddoos knowing it well that kids stay here? Pushpa tells her not to shout on Ira Kaki. She dint do this. Mira refuses to accept it. She wants to send Akhilesh to jail! You still think she deserves your love? Pushpa insists Ira Kaki is very nice. She cannot do this. Mira tells Ira she wont bear her anymore. I will tell everything to Akhilesh right away who will hand you to police. She heads to her room. Pushpa shouts after her. My Ira Kaki is really nice. She dint do anything.
Mishri confronts Ira. You dropped the basket to save Bapu, right? Why don’t you accept the truth? Tell me Mapu. Ira again calls it accident. I cannot bear this drama anymore. Mishri tells her to stop her drama. I know your truth. Say it. Ira tells her not to be over smart. Pushpa tastes a laddoo to prove Ira’s truth. She immediately starts coughing. Vansh, Mishri and Ira notice it and panic. Ira and Mishri hold Pushpa. They notice the laddoo. Ira suggests taking her to hospital. Mishri says let’s tell Bapu but Ira suggests telling him later. They take Pushpa to hospital.
Akhilesh is shocked to hear the truth. Mira says it is Bhabhi’s plan. Call police. I will not bear it anymore. Akhilesh says why she would make me drop the laddoos then. She wanted me to lose the challenge! Mira asks him if he does not trust her. Come downstairs and see for yourself.
Devina notices the laddoos on the floor. She also notices the green colour of laddoos. Akhilesh and Mira will put the blame on my Adi and Tanya! She hides hearing Mira’s voice. Mira points at the laddoos. Do you now realise that it is Bhabhi’s doing? Akhilesh calls out to Amaya angrily. Vansh tells him that Amaya has taken Pushpa to hospital as she ate these laddoos. Her condition is really bad. Akhilesh gets emotional. Mira and Devina hold him.
Kabir adds medicine in a glass of juice again. He looks at Akhilesh from upstairs and smirks. He calls Mira upstairs.
Vansh and Devina are trying to calm Akhilesh.
Kabir gives juice glass to Mira for Akhilesh. He might be feeling weak. She gives it to Akhilesh. Akhilesh says nothing will happen to Amma. He rushes to City Hospital to meet his mother. Mira calls out after him but he does not pay heed to her. She feels bad. Kabir remarks that Akhilesh’s mother will be fine but what about you.
Doc compliments Ira for bringing Pushpa in time. She would have been in danger otherwise. She is fine now. Ira thanks him. Doc leaves. Ira holds Pushpa’s hand. I wouldn’t have forgiven myself ever if anything had happened to you today! Thank God that you are fine. Pushpa murmurs in her sleep. Who brought me here? Make lots of laddoos. I want to eat them. I will also make Ira Kaki eat a few. Ira is in tears. You will be fine soon. I will make sure you are fine. I wont let this family fall apart ever. This is the reason why I came back here! Mishri has overheard everything. I was right. Ira wipes her tears. Mishri tells her not to lie anymore. Don’t lie that you are not my Mapu. I have heard everything. Ira tells her not to dream. I said that as she wanted to hear it. I said it so she recovers quickly. Mishri stays put. You got worried for me the other day when you heard the news of my accident and today this! You can lie to me but your eyes cannot lie!
Devina comes to Kabir’s room. She thinks of Kabir’s strange behaviour. He plays with dolls, draws butterflies yet is very short tempered. He hurt Tanya! Who plays with dolls in this age? Kabir enters just then and gets miffed with Devina for touching his stuff. She says I came to tidy the room. What’s this stuff doing in this room? I came to ask you why you hurt Tanya Madam. Kabir tells her to keep the doll back. Devina insists upon knowing her answers first. They chase each other till the corridor. Kabir manages to block her way finally.
Akhilesh reaches hospital. He starts feeling dizzy.
Ira tells Mishri she wont give her any other explanation. I told you I am not Ira but Amaya. Think whatever you want to. Mishri tells her to keep lying. I wont believe you. She thinks that Akhilesh must be here by now. She tells Ira that Akhilesh must be here. I will tell him everything. He should also know how much you care about Badi Ma. She brings Akhilesh there. He complains of a severe headache. Why did we come to hospital? Mishri is about to reply but Akhilesh falls on the ground before that. Ira shouts his name in shock.
Mishri and Ira try to wake Akhilesh but in vain. Ira summons the doc / nurses. Doc rushes in. How did he collapse? Ira says he lost conscious yesterday as well. Do his MRI. His symptoms hint at something serious. She also asks the nurse to prepare a bed for him as well.
Kabir has his one hand around Devina’s neck. Will you return me my doll now? She calls him a physically challenged man. He keeps his other hand perfectly over the first one shocking Devina. He tells her not to act smart with him. I know your truth very well, Devina Pandey. He removes her fake moustache. Now I will bring out your truth in front of everyone! Devina says now I will tell your truth to everyone. They should know that your both hands are perfectly fine. I came in this house so my son gets insurance money after
my death. I wanted to save our house but why did you come here? What is your intention? Is your so called wife who looks like Ira really Ira?
Ira asks doc if Akhilesh’s MRI is normal. Doc nods. His urine hints at drugs usage. The consequences can be severe. Ira says he is taking no such medicine. He advises that someone else might be mixing it in his food or drinks. Make sure he accepts nothing from a stranger. She nods. She sits next to Akhilesh as the doc leaves and holds his hand. Who can do this to Akhilesh? Mishri storms in. Is Bapu fine? What did doc say? Ira says he will gain conscious soon. She decides to find out who is giving this medicine to Akhilesh. Mishri pats at her back. Ira steps aside. I got his check up done. Rest is on you and your family. I don’t want to be involved in this family drama. Mishri asks her if she still wants to go. Wont it bother you if anything happens to Badi Ma and Bapu? Ira acts impassive. Mishri asks her if it dint bother her when Akhilesh fell on the ground in front of her. Ira denies. Mishri speaks of the ill treatment that Pushpa has been receiving from everyone so far. Ira’s eyes well up. It did not bother me. Mishri tells her to go. Let Badi Ma and Bapu stay unwell. Don’t come even if I die tomorrow! Mishri warns her not to say something like that again or she will slap her. Mishri calls her Mapu. Ira kneels down in front of her. I lost. I am your Mapu! Mishri kneels down as well. Ira wipes her tears. Do you know how difficult it is to stay away from both of you even after being so near you? I wanted to hug you every day. Mishri says I knew you dint die. I knew you would come to meet me! Ira hugs her. They share an emotional moment.
Ira tells her not to tell her truth to anyone. It is our secret. Mishri nods.ira says I cannot tell our family as Adi or Tanya might send me to jail. You know I cannot be a terrorist! Their accomplice looked just like me! Akhilesh dint kill me but her! I stayed away from all of you since these days as I dint want you all to be insulted as a family of terrorist. I dint want any of you to be in any problem. When I found out about Akhilesh’s condition and how Adi and Tanya had been misbehaving with you, I couldn’t take it anymore. I came here as Amaya to fix everything. I will do it! She stands up. A big danger is lurking on our family right now. Someone is mixing a medicine in Akhilesh’s food because of which he is in this condition. Do you know who it could be? Mishri recalls Mira giving juice to Akhilesh the other day also. Is it her? She is looking after his meals these days. I doubt her but I cannot confront her directly like that! She asks Mishri to help her find out Mira’s truth. Will you help me? Mishri holds her hand. Do you need to ask me this? I will surely help you if it’s about my Bapu’s health. They share a hug.
Kabir asks Devina if she can give him what he wants. She nods. He asks for Mishri. She is stunned. She is a little kid. What do you need from her? He refuses to share any further details. I will go away from here with Mishri only! She offers to help him do it. I need my house and company in return! I will prove it in court that the news of my death was fake. He accepts her deal and they shake hands.
A boy steals medicine from hospital. Compounder asks him where he is taking these medicines. He cooks a fake emotional story. The compounder ends up hugging him. Take it. There cannot be a kid like you in this age! He reaches out for another bottle and the compounder allows him to take that too. He butters the compounder who hugs him again. Go ahead. The boy goes. Compounder wonders when his son Bunty will become like this kid. He reaches out for his phone and ends up realising that his wallet is missing.
Mishri jumps around Ira. Ira tells her to stop. Mishri says I cannot believe it. We will fix everything together. Ira thanks God for uniting her with her family. Hope Moti Ba recovers quickly. Everything will be fine then.
The boy is running from place to place. He hides in a room and calls someone. I told you it is nothing for me. I even stole the wallet of compounder without him even realising it!
