Between You And Me on zee one Sunday 22nd July 2023 update, Chuttan shouts Bapu and tries to run after Ramavatar but falls down in the process. Ira helps him stand. You are my son. I am your mother. I have given birth to you. I am so sorry. You had to stay away from me for all these years. Chanda fumes seeing her hug Chuttan. Chuttan does not hug her back.

Now I will shower all the love on you which I couldn’t give to you till date. She turns to Akhilesh and Mishri happily. She is our son. Maybe he staying at our house since all these days was a sign we couldn’t understand. Mishri continues to look at Chuttan in shock. He does not even like me! She hugs Ira and cries. Chuttan is miffed with Pandey family. They have separated me from my parents but I wont let these people take their place ever! Chanda is crying outside. Everything is over. My son
is with them. He has gone away from me for forever now. I will die without him! All this has happened because of Ira and her family. They will have to pay for it. I wont let them live happily!
Chuttan tries to go but Pandey Family holds him back forcibly. Chuttan tells Akhilesh to let go of him. This isn’t my house and neither are you guys my family! Please let me go! Akhilesh turns to Ira. She holds Chuttan. I know this is new for you but this is your family. You will be very happy here. We will take good care of you. He refuses to accept them as his family. You are not my mother. Akhilesh tries to make him understand but Chuttan is angry with him. You sent by Bapu to jail and separated me from my parents. Let me go! Akhilesh holds him firmly. Ramavatar killed Kamla Chachi so as to hide the truth from all of us that you are our son. Your so called mother Chanda had stolen you from us. You are our son! Chuttan calls him a liar. You are trapping my parents. This isn’t my house. Pushpa says who said that. This is your house only. We have found you after years with God’s blessing. She tells Ira to welcome Chuttan and makes Mishri pour oil on the sides of the main door. It is auspicious.
Mishri asks Chuttan if she should pour some oil on his head too. Your hair will be nice then. He warns her not to even touch her. I will beat you! Mishri says will I have to take permission to touch you now. You are my brother. I wont take permission. She pours oil on Chuttan’s head. Akhilesh and Ira pull them apart. Ira does Chuttan’s aarti. He tries to blow off the diya. Akhilesh is having a hard time holding him back. Chuttan shouts at him. Let me go. Akhilesh tells him to stand properly. Chuttan hides his face when Ira tries to apply teeka on his head. She seeks Mishri’s help who holds his him back firmly. You need this teeka so you can come inside and eat parathas. Ira succeeds in applying teeka to Chuttan. Mishri and Akhilesh smile. Pushpa asks Chuttan to come in. He refuses. I will see how you guys will get me inside the house now. He holds his one leg up. Pushpa asks him why he is doing tandava. Ira asks him if his legs are paining. Mishri thinks that her brother loves to dance just like her. She too starts dancing. Chuttan gets irked. What to do about these people? He starts shaking. They ask him out of concern. He whispers in Akhilesh’s ears that he wants to go to loo. He suggests going outside in the bushes but Akhilesh tells him to go to the washroom. Chuttan is reluctant. Akhilesh tells him to claim his property. Chuttan finally runs inside. Ira asks Akhilesh what happened to Chuttan suddenly. He refused to come inside till now and ran inside in a second now! Akhilesh says I cannot tell you. Men’s talk! Everyone smiles. Ira says it is good that he is finally inside the house. He might be uncomfortable with us for some time. Pushpa tells her not to worry. We will love him immensely so he can gel with us.
Chanda is walking on the streets absentmindedly. Everything is over! All the incidents flash before her eyes. My husband wont be punished for my misdeeds. I cannot let it happen!
Chuttan has locked himself in Mishri’s room. Ira asks him if he wont come out. He declines. I don’t want to see your faces. Akhilesh tells him to come outside. We are talking to you with love. Chuttan says we don’t want your love. Devina asks them what’s happening here. Pushpa says he has locked himself in the room. Devina asks for reason but no one knows. Devina leaves. Mishri peeks at him from the keyhole. It’s okay if you don’t want to come out but stop cleaning your nose. He asks her how she knows this. She points at the keyhole. Have you seen the movie Judwaa? He asks her if she is referring to Salman’s movie or Varun Dhawan’s movie. She says either. We are twins as well. If I am hungry then it means you will be hungry too. Is the food ready Mapu? Ira nods. I made a lot of yummy food. Chuttan touches his tummy.
Chanda is outside Devina Mansion. I will take Chuttan with me. Guard asks her to leave. She decides to wait outside to meet Chuttan. I will take him with me at the right time.
Chuttan comes near the door and covers the keyhole with a tape. I wont come outside. I don’t need anything. Akhilesh says I will break the door if you wont come out. Pushpa tells him to be patient with the kid. Ira suggests leaving him alone for some time. He will come downstairs when he feels better. Pushpa agrees. I will still cook for him as he is our kid. Ira agrees.
Pushpa and Mishri are setting the table. Devina tells someone about Chuttan on phone. I want you to claim Vansh’s property right away. What if these illiterate people claim on everything? I want to get out of here as soon as that happens. Pushpa asks her to join them. Who are you talking to at this hour? Devina says I was speaking to Siddhi. Akhilesh and Ira also come there. Ira shares that Chuttan has refused to eat anything. He is just like me. Pushpa tells her not to worry. He considers you as his own. She notices Devina pouring herself a rasgulla and reprimands her.
Devina asks her if no one will eat just because Chuttan isn’t eating. Ira says I am not hungry. Akhilesh goes after her. Pushpa announces that no one will eat till the time Chuttan eats. Mishri decides to find a way to make him eat.
Chuttan is hungry. I thought they will let me go to my Mayi if I will not touch food but this Khadus uncle wont budge. I am starving! He thinks of an idea. Everyone must be sleeping right now. I will be able to eat something stealthily. I will pretend to have a stomach ache later so they can send me home. He steps out of Mishri’s room and heads to the kitchen quietly. I will eat 4 parathas with butter. He opens the fridge and Mishri scares him. What are you doing here? She says I was checking how cool it is inside. What are you doing here? Have you come to eat something? Chuttan denies. I came to have water. Mishri says it is good then. We ate everything already. She starts naming all the dishes. I am still tempted and so do you! He refuses to talk to her. I don’t want to talk to you or
anyone. She shouts that there was a lot of stuff along with parathas. He is headed upstairs when she switches on the lights. I was kidding. How can we eat when my brother is hungry? No one has eaten anything because you dint eat anything! He jumps angrily. I am not hungry. She feeds him a bite forcibly. Eat something now so Badi Ma can eat something too. How will she take medicine otherwise? He thinks even he cannot control himself anymore. Ok, I will eat. Don’t force food in my mouth next time.
Pushpa, Ira and Akhilesh come there. Pushpa tells Ira to serve food to Chuttan. We will see who he has gone after. Chuttan starts eating from the bowls. Akhilesh tells him to behave but he says this is how I have been eating at my home. Let me go to my Mayi if you don’t like it. Akhilesh tells Ira to explain to Chuttan but Ira tells him to eat the way he wants to. Pushpa is overwhelmed. Akhilesh suggests letting Chuttan do the Dussehra puja. Pushpa agrees but Chuttan disagrees. Pushpa explains the significance of the puja. We got you finally. There would have been a Ram leela if we were in Banaras. Ira suggests doing Ram Leela here also. Mishri seconds her idea. I will order the costumes. Mapu and Bapu will become Sita and Ram. Chuttan and I will become Luv and Kush. Badi Ma will become Kaushalya.
Devina joins them. What’s going on here? Pushpa shares that they are doing Ram Leela. You will become Mantra. Devina declines. Chuttan notices Mishri calling the costume guy. They will have to send me home now. I will ruin their plans. He notices the diary next to the landline and smiles.
Next morning, Akhilesh calls out to Ira for help. She fixes his dhoti for him. Finally, Shree Ram needed my help. He looks at her from top to toe. You look very beautiful. She calls him Maharaj. Let’s go. Mata Shree must be waiting for me. He points out that she dint make him wear the jewellery. She cutely replies in English. Sorry for the inconvenience! He sits down and she helps him get ready. He says it is good that people don’t wear it these days or I would have to go to office like this. She smiles. It isn’t impossible though. Let’s go downstairs. He pulls her close. You are forgetting something. He ties a chain around her waist and holds her close. She suggests him to control his feelings. What if Luv, Kush might see? He replies that no one will see it. Things have changed suddenly. We got blessed with two kids. She smiles. I never thought we will be able to find him. Maybe God wanted to unite our family. Mishri greets them. Ira and Akhilesh part awkwardly. Akhilesh and Ira compliment her. She shares that she has become Luv. Ira asks her why she dint call her for help. You could have called me. Akhilesh says she is smart. Chuttan might need your help. Mishri says he said he will get ready himself. Akhilesh wonders how he has become so smart suddenly. Ira says he is a kid. He is very smart but he will take some time to adjust. Let’s go downstairs. I am very excited to see Chuttan as Kush.
Devina comes downstairs dressed as Kaushalya. Two servants are following her. One is showering flower petals on her while the other is holding a fan. Devina thinks she will indeed live a royal life once Sid claims this property. Pushpa notices Devina throwing tantrums on the servants who turn their attention to Pushpa. Pushpa asks her why she has become Kaushalya. I am Kaushalya. They start arguing again. Ira and Akhilesh come downstairs and see them thus. Akhilesh tells them to calm down. Pushpa and Devina go quiet seeing them dressed as Ram and Sita. They see Pushpa’s blessing. Mishri joins them as well. Don’t I look like Luv? Ira says my son is looking so cute. Akhilesh says our son. Ira corrects him. Our daughter! Pushpa blesses Mishri. Where is Chuttan? Ira says Chuttan dint thrown any tantrums and has agreed to be a part of the Ram Leela. Pushpa is all smiles. He will gel with us very soon. Where is he?
Chuttan shouts from upstairs. They look up and see him in Ravan’s attire. Akhilesh asks Ira if she gave birth to him in Lanka. He asks Chuttan why he is dressed like Ravan. How did you arrange this costume? Chuttan replies that he spoke to the shopkeeper. He steps on the table shocking everyone else. Ira asks him why he is dressed like Ravan.
Ravan was killed on Dussehra. Chuttan says no one can kill me though. I wont spare any of you as you separated me from my parents. He starts throwing things on everyone angrily. Akhilesh tells him to behave. You are not really Ravan. Chuttan disagrees. He shoots arrows one by one. Akhilesh pulls him down. Pushpa tells him this isn’t right but he shouts at them to let go of his hand.
