Titli says I didn’t do anything wrong, Pragya and Teji love each other, why do you want to me me sanskari. He asks her to listen to Malti and her family. She says its wring, I m here because of you, to hell with that alliance, I don’t want to marry. Kamli gets clothes and jewelry for her. She says I will fix this alliance. Titli says I will refuse if I don’t like. Kamla asks why, pray that guy likes you, I want to get rid of you. She cries and says am I so bad that everyone feel I m a burden.

Ira comes to Akhilesh and asks him to have food. The ladies taunt him. Akhilesh says its my good luck to serve devotees. Ira says I won’t have food till you have food.
A lady gets labor pain. Susheel refuses to take Pushpa’s help. She sends the lady to rest. Akhilesh serves food.
Ira thinks to check the patient. She makes lady rest. She says delivery can happen anytime. She goes and tells Akhilesh. She says no use to say Susheela, that girl needs doctor. He asks how will we go hospital. She says then I have to do delivery, come with me. She sends Akhilesh to get some necessary things. Akhilesh encourages Ira. Ira asks the lady Chanda to push the baby. The roof breaks down. Akhilesh holds the roof. He asks Ira not to worry and do her work. Ira worries. Ira does the lady’s delivery.
Baby is born….. Ira helps Akhilesh hold the roof. They see the baby and get emotional. Akhilesh calls everyone. Pushpa says its a baby boy, congrats, Chandu who did delivery. Chandu asks her to come, Ira did delivery. Pushpa gets glad. Ira says I have seen Daima doing this in village and learnt. Susheela gives her shagun. Chandu says I got the honey. Akhilesh asks her to calm down. Snake catches baby. The man stops Akhilesh. Akhilesh stops them and sits to pray. He catches the snake and runs out. He comes back. Chanda thanks him. Ira asks Akhilesh to complete aarti. Susheel says you can’t go temple, without making baby taste honey, forgive me, you are so good, you risked life after I insulted you, Ira said right, there is no greater man than Akhilesh here. They smile. Akhilesh makes baby taste honey. They all dance on jai jai shiv shankar…. Ira swears to sort Akhilesh’s life.
Ira saving money for Akhilesh’s reverse surgery. He also saves money. She says I will manage, you don’t need to save money. They start arguing. She gets a call and says fine, I will reach hospital. Ira says no, puja will go on for long time, we can’t take risk with your health. Akhilesh says yes, your health is imp. Pushpa praises Ira. Akhilesh leaves for work. Ira feels guilty and eats green chillies. She cries and leaves for the hospital. Pushpa sees Birju’s pic and says Ira is going for puja to get a son, I m lucky. Pushpa calls pandit and asks him to do puja well, Ira is coming, she will send dakshina later. Pandit says but Ira and Akhilesh didn’t tell me about this puja. Pushpa asks what. Ira says I will leave now, pandit is calling me again and again. Pushpa says I m happy you are going for puja. Ira goes. Pushpa says why was she lying to me. She recalls Devina’s words and thinks to find out. Ira leaves in an auto. Pushpa follows her. She asks driver to follow that rickshaw. She sees temple getting behind and thinks where is Ira going. Devina and her daughters come to Singhania office and start their drama. Devina tells media that she has an imp announcement, she is going to give her life because of Singhania, Aditya and Sanaya love each other a lot, but singhania isn’t ready. She does a drama.
