Between You And Me on zee one Saturday 22nd April 2023 update, Devina saying Akhilesh’s reversal can’t happen, he can’t become a father, why did you lie to us. Pushpa says you fell so low that you did the fake operation drama, why did you do this. They cry. Pushpa says you have cheated me, just go. Akhilesh comes out and asks what’s happening. He sees Pushpa crying. He says you should be happy that my operation happened.

She says no, it didn’t happen, Ira lied to you, its not possible, you can’t become a father. He asks Ira what is mum saying. Pushpa says yes, she has lied to all of us.
Pushpa scolds Ira and coughs. She gets dizzy. Everyone worries. Akhilesh rushes her. He asks Ira to stay away. He says don’t dare to go to my mum, your unlucky shadow shouldn’t fall around her, she is in this state because
of you. Ira says let me talk once. He says I have fought with my mum for your sake, and you have betrayed me. She says let me go to her. He says this happened because of my foolishness, if anything happens to mum, I can’t forgive myself. He slaps himself. She says no, what are you doing. He says I m punishing myself for loving you.
He asks her to just go. Ira agrees. She goes. Devina thinks it all happened as I want, Ira is out and Akhilesh can’t become a father ever, property will be mine. Ira prays for Pushpa. Vallabh and Bhavik come there and ask for Pushpa. Devina says she got a heart attack, knowing about Ira’s cheat. She asks Bhavik to end relations with Ira, if he wants to marry Bhoomi. She asks him to decide. Ira hears this and thinks I can’t let their relation suffer.
Bhavik says Bhoomi and I can decide for our lives, my relation with Ira is since long, if she lied, there would be some reason. Birju smiles. Bhavik goes to Ira. Ira thinks don’t come to me, I don’t want your family to get ruined. She asks him to go. She gets shouting and says I did a mistake, I know Akhilesh can’t become a father, why do they do so much drama, many people don’t have children in this world, what’s the issue, I had to lie to them.
Vallabh says you are lying now, I know you, there is something that you are taking blame on yourself for their betterment. She gets angry and insults Akhilesh. Vallabh slaps her. He fumes on her for cheating Akhilesh and insulting him. He says you can’t be my daughter, I didn’t give you such values, our relation with you ends today. He goes. Ira asks Birju not to tell anyone. She says maybe I can become mum of Akhilesh’s child, the sample is old, the success chances are low, I don’t wan to give hope and break their dreams again. Birju cries thinking Ira and Akhilesh got separated.
doctor treating Pushpa. He says it will be a miracle if Pushpa survives, just call any relative if you want. Devina says we will lose Pushpa because of Ira. Akhilesh says nothing will happen to her. Chandu says do something, save her. Akhilesh says I won’t let anything happen. He stops the doctor saying Kalyug doctors just harm people, stop the treatment, I will save my mum, I know the way. He takes Pushpa with him. Devina and Ira ask him what is he doing. He says I m taking mum to baba. Devina asks what’s wrong with you. Akhilesh says I know what to do, she is my mum, I know what is right. Ira says don’t be mad, that baba is fraud, he can’t make Pushpa fine, give some time for medicines to work, that baba is clever, if he does anything to you. Akhilesh asks
her not to come in his way and leave from his life. He goes. She faints. Nurse checks Ira. He comes to meet baba.
Baba senses this and gets glad. Akhilesh gets Pushpa there. He says she has a weak heart, just save her life. Baba says why, she has cheated me, I will not save her life, take her away. Akhilesh says I beg you, you take my life, don’t let anything happen to my mum, save her life. Baba smiles. Ira gets conscious. She says I m here, maybe Akhilesh went to baba to save Pushpa. Doctor asks her not to rush in this state. She asks what do you mean. He says its a good news, you are pregnant. She smiles and cries. He says we just checked, your pregnancy tests are positive. Ira says it means Akhilesh is going to become a father. Doctor gives her Akhilesh’s pendant. Ira thinks of Akhilesh’s wish and smiles. Baba says I don’t want your life, but your child.
Akhilesh thinks baba doesn’t know that I can’t father a child. Baba asks are you ready to give away your child. Akhilesh says as you say, when I get a child, I will give him to you. Baba asks do you promise. Akhilesh promises. He asks him to save Pushpa. Baba blesses him. He sits praying. Akhilesh feels sorry to lie. Ira comes there and thinks Akhilesh will forgive me, knowing my pregnancy news. Pushpa gains consciousness. Akhilesh goes to her. Baba reminds him the promise. Akhilesh says I promise, I will give you my child. Ira gets shocked. She thinks what did you do, you promised to sacrifice the baby. She says no, I can’t lose Akhilesh’s last sign, I won’t let him sacrifice this baby.
Ira feeling sorry to leave Akhilesh and go away. She thinks I can’t give away my child to baba. She boards a bus and asks for last stop ticket. She thinks of Akhilesh. Hamari adhuri kahani….plays….. Ira thinks of Pushpa and Vallabh’s words.
She says I m leaving this city to save our child, even if I have to get away from you and family, I have always harmed you, I will raise this child alone and repent. Bus driver shouts that brakes have failed. Ira and all passengers panic.
Chandu says Ira has a right to know that Pushpa is fine now. A man comes and gives bad news about Ira’s accident, she is dead. They all get shocked.
