Between You And Me on zee one Friday 21st April 2023 update, Devina saying Ira and Akhilesh are selling house for reversal. She says we have to give the property to them. Aditya asks how can this happen, selling the house was my idea, I cheated Pushpa to get her signs, I thought to get some money. She says but Akhilesh said he has sent Ira. He says maybe he lied to save Ira.

She says then why didn’t Ira say anything, it means Akhilesh doesn’t know anything, Ira is playing a big game, I will try to find the truth. Ira meets Mishra and tells about Akhilesh getting sample. He asks Mishra to check the sample. Mishra says yes, its Akhilesh’s sample, I swear on my son that I m not lying this time, I will do this artificial insemination procedure to make up for my mistakes.
Bhavik and Devina look for Ira. Akhilesh says Ira would be busy. He defends her and goes. Devina says Ira will get reversal done soon, I have to do something soon. Pushpa sees Devina. She tries to leave. She then makes an excuse. She says I will take Devina to temple. Devina says no way, I won’t come. Pushpa happily goes. Devina worries to find a solution. Aditya says I have a plan, we can take dad’s sign and change the will, then it doesn’t matter if Ira gets pregnant. She praises him and likes the idea. She says I know how to get Birju’s sign. Mishra says there is a bad news, your pregnancy chances are just 20%, since the sample is old. She says its okay, I would get this procedure done even if there was 1% chance, if Lord wills, this 20% will take the family ahead. He wishes her all the best.
Lights flicker in OT. He says what’s happening, like Lord doesn’t want this procedure to get successful. Ira prays that she gets one sign that she can conceive Akhilesh’s child. Light gets fine. Ward boy says there is no issue. He keeps Hanuman calendar. She thinks I got the sign and smiles. Birju says Devina has blamed Ira for selling the house, she didn’t do right, just I know the truth. Devina comes to Birju. She says we didn’t celebrate Bhoomi’s marriage news, I got white wine for you. He gets glad.
She says we have many problems, we will keep it aside and celebrate. He agrees. She feeds him wine and thinks I know him, he will lose senses, I have to take advantage of that and take his sign on property papers. Mishra says procedure completed, lets hope that we get good news, get the pregnancy tests done after 10 days. Ira prays that the procedure gets successful. Devina fools Birju and asks him to sign on papers, even their children can get property. He refuses. She reminds him the old days. She gets scolding him. He shouts stop it Devina. She gets shocked and says you can talk, of course, you cheat, liar, I knew this. They argue. He shouts Akhilesh can’t become father ever, Ira told me that his case is so complicated that his reversal can’t happen, poor Ira is so worried, Pushpa and Akhilesh expect a child from Ira, Ira is cursing herself for her mistake. She gets shocked. He says Ira has broken down, I can’t see her state, so I have told her about…. She asks what, how did you help Ira, get up. He falls asleep. She says it means Akhilesh can’t become a father. She gets happy. She says now none can stop me from getting this property, I will expose Ira’s lie today.
Ira praying that she gets a good news. Akhilesh asks her not to worry, they will arrange money. Devina comes and says you don’t need to arrange money now. She gets a bag. She says I got 10 lakhs for your reversal, I had sold my jewellery. He asks why did you do this. She says I made many mistakes, you have forgiven them all, can’t I do this for you. Pushpa gets glad. She jokes on Devina’s cheat getting less with time. Devina thinks Ira is cheating Pushpa a lot. They ask Ira to fulfill their dream and get Akhilesh’s reversal done soon. Ira thinks I can’t refuse to them, I can’t shock Pushpa, I have to pretend doing the operation. Akhilesh asks will you do my operation. Ira says sure. Pushpa hugs her. Devina thinks you created a problem for yourself. Pushpa
says I m very happy today, I m getting paid for my deeds.
Devina says book OT today and get reversal done tomorrow. Pushpa says yes, I can’t wait for more time. Ira thinks to avoid this procedure. She says how can operation happen so soon, tests will happen and then results will come. Akhilesh says fine if she is saying so. Pushpa says okay, but promise me that you will give me good news soon. Ira gets shy and says how can I promise. Akhilesh says we shall go for tests now. They leave.
Devina thinks Ira is too stubborn. Ira thinks to delay the procedure. She goes to her room. She does a pregnancy test. She gets negative result. She calls Mishra and says its a week now and the result is negative. He says have patience, you should do the test after 12 days. She says sorry, I m feeling guilty, I have promised family to do Akhilesh’s reversal. He says trust Lord, you may get good news. She thanks him. She prays for positive results. Devina gets angry and says Ira is lying and convincing them. Aditya says you know the truth, you tell them. She says Birju was drunk when he told this to me, who will believe me. He says Ira would be having some plan. She says yes, but I won’t be quiet, I know what to do, I will make Pushpa and Akhilesh yearn for a child, Ira won’t be able to tolerate, Ira will bring the truth out, when Pushpa learns this, she will oust Ira and leave for Banaras, finally we will get property and houe. Akhilesh and Ira talk about kids.
He says we will have a daughter, don’t worry, I will help you raising her, my childhood was spent away from my dad, my daughter won’t long for father’s love. She hugs him and cries. She says I just want to see you happy, I can do anything for this. He says then give me a little daughter soon, I can’t wait to become a father. Devina and Pushpa argue. Devina says I m excited for coming child, he will bond with me more. Devina tells her about the solution given by pandit. Pushpa finds it easy. Devina says I have done all arrangements. She shows the laddoo plate. Devina fails to lift the plate. Pushpa lights plate on head and says I will do this. She goes. Devina think Ira has to admit truth now.
Pushpa going for the tough rituals just for the sake of a grandchild. Devina and Aditya look on happily. Akhilesh and Ira have a talk. They hear Devina shouting. They rush to see. Devina shows Pushpa’s bleeding feet. Akhilesh asks what did this happen. Pushpa says its fine. Akhilesh and Ira care for her. Devina tells them everything how Pushpa did tough rituals at the temple. Pushpa says I will be fine when your child comes home. Chandu asks Ira to ask for test reports and get Akhilesh’s operation done. Devina says now Ira will have one way to tell truth. Ira says reports have come, its positive, he can go for his reversal.
Devina thinks to find the file and show to Pushpa. Aditya comes to Birju and says I will take you out for a walk. He takes Birju.
Devina comes to Birju’s room and looks for the file. She checks some files. She calls at the hospital to get Akhilesh’s real reports. She says how will Ira get saved now, I will bring her truth tomorrow.
Pushpa goes Akhilesh’s aarti. Everyone wishes him all the best. Ira asks Akhilesh to go on. She gets Pushpa’s blessings and goes in OT. Ira prepares for the operation.
Akhilesh jokes and asks her not to harm him this time. She says don’t worry, everything will be fine. He falls asleep by taking anaesthesia. Ira cries and says I can’t lie to Akhilesh more, just end this matter here.
She sees Akhilesh and thinks of him. Chandu says operation ended. Ira comes out. Pushpa asks is the operation successful. Ira says yes, reversal is done.
