Anupama On Starlife Tuesday 21st October 2025 Update, Leela offers Prarthana water and mocks her, telling Anupama to keep bringing more helpless women home. Anupama, angry, asks Leela to be quiet and then turns to Prarthana, asking if the Kotharis know she’s missing. Ansh encourages Prarthana to speak, but Leela accuses him of having an affair with her. Ansh defends Prarthana and condemns Leela’s backward thinking, which leads Leela to slap him.

Prarthana pleads with the Shahs not to fight because of her and explains that she only came to meet Anupama during a tough time. Anupama sends the men inside and gently encourages Prarthana to talk about what happened.
At the Kothari house, Vasundhara tells Parag that Aryan is in love with Mahi and accuses Anupama of trying to plant her daughters in their family. Parag is shocked since he didn’t know anything about this. He says there’s a big difference between Rahi, who is Anuj’s daughter, and Mahi, Anupama’s stepdaughter, and insists he can never accept Mahi. Vasundhara reassures him that Rahi is under her control but says she doubts the others.
Back at the Shah house, Ansh worries about Prarthana while Paritosh questions his feelings. Ansh insists Prarthana is only a friend and suspects Gautam might have hurt her. Anupama later finds out the truth about Prarthana’s situation. When things get tense, Prarthana tries to run away again, but Leela tells her to go home. Anupama encourages her to tell the Kotharis everything. Ishani and Kinjal motivate her to stand up for herself, but Prarthana still wants to escape.
Anupama warns that running away will only make her fall into the hands of men like Gautam again. She advises her to remove Gautam from her life completely. Prarthana asks for Anupama’s support, while Mahi worries this could ruin Aryan’s marriage.

Raghav, watching from a distance, prepares to step in if the Kotharis create trouble for Anupama. Meanwhile, at the Kothari house, Gautam acts like the victim and cries about Prarthana leaving. When Prem confronts him, blaming him for everything, Gautam manipulates the situation by claiming Prarthana may have inherited mental instability from Gayatri.
The Shahs grow anxious about how the Kotharis will react to Anupama helping Prarthana. Leela predicts they’ll accuse Anupama of breaking Prarthana’s marriage.
At the Kothari house, Gautam pretends that he only wanted to expand the family, but Prarthana disagreed. He calls her mentally unstable to save himself. In a flashback, he fears Parag will throw him out if the truth comes out. In the present, he tries to look innocent, but Prem and Rahi expose him—revealing that he abused Prarthana physically.
Parag warns Gautam that he’s trusting him for now but won’t forgive betrayal. Vasundhara continues to defend Gautam. Just then, Anupama arrives with Prarthana.
Gautam walks up to her and asks if she’s okay, but Prarthana pushes him away, firmly telling him not to touch her. Vasundhara brings up Gautam’s claim that Prarthana doesn’t want the baby. Prarthana agrees, saying it’s true, and stands her ground. Vasundhara, still blind to the truth, insists that Prarthana shouldn’t be influenced by others and keeps defending Gautam.
