Anupama On Starlife Monday 21st September 2026 Update, Prem gets excited when he sees Anupama. He touches her feet and says that the good thing they were hoping would happen on the restaurant’s opening day has happened today. Prem believes that no one can stop his restaurant from opening now. Prerna says Anupama has surprised them, while Anupama admits that she was not aware of the restaurant. Prem says they also did not know who would come for the inspection.

Anupama asks if the restaurant belongs to Prem, making him excited. He decides to cook for her at his restaurant. Rahi notices that Anupama looks shocked and thinks she is still in shock, which is why she seems restless.
Meanwhile, Mahi launches her jewellery brand. A reporter asks if she is separating from the Kotharis. Mahi says she is still working with the Kotharis but also wants to start her own brand. Pakhi thinks Mahi will get more attention if she talks about the family dispute on social media. Mahi reveals that Gautam took credit for her designs, so she wants to prove herself by launching her own products.
Gautam shows Mahi’s interview to Vasundhara. Vasundhara says Anupama is instigating Mahi and decides to throw Mahi out of their business. She blames Anupama for ruining everything and says she wants to protect the Kotharis from her.
Pakhi tells Mahi that the negative publicity will soon bring her more attention. Mahi gets excited. Pakhi then receives a message about a meeting in Goa, and Mahi is happy for her.
At the restaurant, Prem tries to feed Anupama some sweets, but Anupama remains stunned. Rahi asks if anything happened during the inspection. Prem and Prerna say they double-checked everything. Rahi insists that Anupama tell them what is bothering her.
Anupama tells Prem about the things he failed to manage before the restaurant could open. Prem is shocked when she points out that the spices do not have batch or expiry numbers. She also says the kitchen drainage is not proper and the gas pipe is leaking. Prem asks Prerna why she did not check these things. Prerna says she asked Sameer to recheck everything.
Prem gets furious about the mistakes and asks Anupama not to mention them in her report. Anupama says the other team members also noticed the same problems. Rahi and Prem try to convince her to do something to save the restaurant. Rahi tells Anupama that if she submits the report, she will destroy her and Prem’s dream. Anupama is left shocked.
Anupama finds herself at a crossroads, having to choose between Prem and her duty. Later, Prem and Rahi return home, but Prem suddenly falls unconscious. Rahi and Ansh are shocked.
Jassi asks Ansh if he is looking for a job. Ansh says he has responsibilities towards his family. Jassi asks if she is not his responsibility. Leela says Jassi should have understood this earlier. Pakhi tells Jassi to leave because Leela is also planning Ansh’s wedding. Hasmuk says he has a problem with Ansh being pressured to take responsibility. Pakhi says they will invite Jassi to Ansh’s sangeet.
Anupama returns home, and Hasmuk decides to find out what is wrong with her. Vasundhara asks Rahi what happened. Rahi tells her that Anupama was the inspection leader. Vasundhara suspects that Rahi knew the truth and kept it hidden. Rahi defends herself and explains that no one knew who would come for the inspection.
Prem also says that nobody knew who was coming. Gautam accuses Rahi of lying and claims that she is pretending to be clueless. Vasundhara becomes furious when she learns that Anupama was the inspector. She says Anupama has come to destroy everything.
Meanwhile, Anupama tells Hasmuk that she was given the responsibility of checking the restaurant, but Prem does not want her to submit the negative report. Hasmuk is shocked to hear this.
