Advocate Anjali On Star Life Tuesday 22nd September 2026 Update, Anjali talks to Pankaj and Padma about admitting a dead body to Dharamraj Hospital. She says her first step has been completed and asks Pankaj to wait and see what happens next. Pankaj tells Anjali to do what she has to do quickly because the body has already been dead for 12 hours and will soon start smelling. Anjali agrees and comments about Dharamraj.

Meanwhile, Dharamraj tells the others that Anjali will not be able to do anything. Yuvraj warns him not to underestimate Anjali, but Dharamraj reminds Yuvraj and the others that he has a trump card in the basti. Yuvraj asks who it is, and Dharamraj reveals that it is Gini. He says everything that happened earlier was just drama and that he was the director behind it. Yuvraj praises Dharamraj after hearing this and suggests that they have a party that night. Dharamraj agrees.
At the hospital, the supervisor asks Pankaj for the money. Pankaj gives him the money and warns him to be careful because it is black money. The supervisor agrees and leaves. Anjali then comes to Pankaj and asks whether he noted down the serial numbers on the notes. Pankaj says yes and explains that the notes on top are real while the ones underneath are fake. Anjali thinks to herself that she will shut down Dharamraj’s hospital that very day.
Later, Dharamraj calls Gini and asks whether anyone suspects her. Gini says no. Abhay comes to her and asks who she was talking to on the phone. He says he does not trust Gini and criticizes her, saying Anjali made a mistake by allowing her into the house. Gini asks Abhay not to speak to her like that while Ganesh is paralyzed. Abhay says he knows relationships have no value for her and continues criticizing her.
Gini argues back and reminds Abhay that he once had an illicit affair with Anjali. Abhay asks her to take back her words and says Anjali is pure like the river Ganga. Gini tells him not to praise Anjali in front of her because it hurts her. She then leaves.
Abhay calls Anjali and asks her to throw Gini out of the house. Anjali asks what happened, and Abhay says he does not trust Gini because she keeps receiving many phone calls. Anjali asks what is wrong with that. Abhay questions who keeps calling Gini if she has broken ties with Damodar and Dharamraj, saying she has no one else. Anjali reminds him that he is there for Gini and that he is her husband.
Gini takes the phone from Abhay and tells Anjali not to talk to him because he used to be her husband. Anjali asks Gini not to misunderstand her and says she will help her get Abhay back if she changes and becomes the old Gini again. Gini agrees and ends the call.
Dharan, the hospital supervisor, comes to Pankaj and Padma and tells them that the patient’s condition is critical and needs a heart transplant. Pankaj agrees and gives him another ₹50 lakhs for the treatment. Dharan says they need to arrange more money, but Pankaj agrees and asks him to save the patient at any cost. Dharan agrees and leaves.
Dharan then receives a call from Dharamraj and goes aside to answer it. Dharamraj asks him to make arrangements for the cancer hospital he is going to inaugurate. Dharan agrees and tells Dharamraj how he admitted a dead body and fooled a rich family into spending money. He says he will take at least ₹2.5 crores from them. Dharamraj agrees, but Anjali overhears their conversation. Later, she tells Pankaj and Padma everything.
Meanwhile, Nivedita asks Gini to give Ganesh a sponge bath and clean his potty pot. Gini hesitates at first but eventually agrees. She then asks Nivedita whether her husband does not say anything about Gini living there. Nivedita replies that he does not because she does not live with criminals.
