Ishani tells Abhay that the past is in the past, and he needs to accept that Gini is his wife. However, Abhay refuses, stating that he can never settle down with Gini. Gini, frustrated, tells Abhay that she is not an object he can discard anytime. Abhay reminds her of how she tricked him into marriage and firmly declares that he will never accept her. He criticizes her and walks away. Ishani tells Gini that she is paying for her sins and that Abhay will never acknowledge her as his wife. Gini, however, insists that she is the only wife in Abhay’s life and stands by her claim.
Meanwhile, Chandraman Thakur calls Raghav, complaining that Yuvraj’s case has brought stress to the entire family and tarnished his reputation. Raghav reassures him, reminding Chandraman Thakur that he has never lost a case. Chandraman Thakur thanks him for handling the matter and ends the call.
Chandraman Thakur then vents his frustration to his wife, Rati, blaming Yuvraj for ruining his reputation. Rati reminds him that Yuvraj is still his blood. Kavya questions Rati’s stance, but Rati reminds her of the kind of man Chandraman Thakur is.
Kamala Devi warns Raghav that it looks like he might lose this case. Offended, Raghav questions whether she is really his mother. He criticizes his father for choosing her as his wife, saying she does not deserve to be his mother. He then vows to destroy Anjali and win the case. Kamala Devi reacts to his harsh words as Raghav storms off.
Determined, Kamala Devi obtains Anjali’s phone number from Padma and calls her. She introduces herself and encourages Anjali not to back down from the case under any circumstances. Anjali is surprised, asking why she is speaking against her own son. Kamala Devi reveals that Raghav has never considered her his mother. Reassuring her, Anjali promises to teach Raghav a lesson. Kamala Devi agrees.
Later, Raghav and Bhajan visit Anjali’s neighborhood. Anjali invites Raghav to have some tea, praising the tea vendor’s skills. Ignoring her, Raghav signals Bhajan to make their offer. Bhajan tells Anjali that there is ₹25 lakhs in the car, and if they negotiate with Chandraman Thakur, the amount could double. All Anjali needs to do is convince Padma to withdraw her police complaint. However, Anjali boldly tells Raghav that Chandraman Thakur has bet on the wrong horse this time.
