Abhimanyu throws the football, scaring Abhir. He calls Abhir junior, but Abhir tells him that he is in upper kindergarten. Abhimanyu then asks Abhir about his father, but Abhir avoids the question. When Abhimanyu hugs him, he feels a strange connection with the child. Abhir then snatches the scarf Ruhi gave Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu tries to protect it, but Abhir manages to take it away. Abhimanyu asks him to return the scarf, but Abhir demands that he first return the money he owes Abhinav and Akshara.

Abhinav notices Abhimanyu’s messed-up clothes and confronts him. Abhimanyu explains that a child played with him and even took his scarf. Abhinav says the child’s parents are at fault. Meanwhile, Akshara questions Abhir about his actions. Abhir tells her not to worry because Abhinav’s customer will not trouble them anymore. However, Akshara wants to know what he has done. Abhinav and Akshara soon learn that Abhir messed with Abhimanyu. Abhinav asks him to apologise, and Akshara also insists that he should say sorry. However, Abhir refuses to apologise to Abhimanyu.
Akshara picks up Abhimanyu’s scarf and feels a strange connection with it. She wonders why Abhinav’s boss would make her feel this way, but she eventually drops the scarf. Elsewhere, Abhimanyu wonders why Abhir took the scarf Ruhi gave him. He also questions why he has started feeling lonely after so many years and becomes restless.
Abhinav continues trying to convince Abhir to apologise to Abhimanyu, but the child remains stubborn. Akshara finally asks Abhir to go with Abhinav and apologise to him.
Nishtha teases Shefali about wearing heavy makeup. Manjiri asks Nishtha why she is teasing her and assures Shefali that she can share her problems if Parth troubles her. Nishtha also decides to support Shefali. However, Shefali tells both Manjiri and Nishtha not to worry about her. Manjiri remains concerned about Abhimanyu, and Shefali notices that she is restless. When she asks Manjiri what is troubling her, Manjiri decides to get Abhimanyu and Arohi married. Swarna visits the Birla house, and Shefali encourages Manjiri to discuss her feelings with her.
Meanwhile, Abhimanyu eats the jam prepared by Akshara. Manjiri discusses her plan to get Abhimanyu and Arohi married with Swarna. Swarna decides to speak to Suhasini and Manish about the proposal.
Abhinav once again asks Abhir to apologise to Abhimanyu. Akshara saves Abhimanyu’s scarf, and Abhinav questions her for treating it like something that belongs to her. Meanwhile, Abhir decides to apologise to Abhimanyu in his own way. He visits him, and Abhimanyu recognises him. Abhir wonders how Abhimanyu knows him, and Abhimanyu explains that Abhinav told him about him.
Abhir returns Abhimanyu’s scarf and is questioned about why he troubled him. He explains that he was angry because Abhimanyu refused to give Abhinav his money. He tells Abhimanyu that Abhinav is a sweet person whom everyone takes advantage of. Abhir also explains their financial problems and how Akshara always scolds Abhinav. Abhimanyu assures him that he will return the money.
However, Abhir writes “Paisa Chor” on Abhimanyu’s mirror and runs away. Abhimanyu chases after him. Abhir thinks about how he lied to Akshara and Abhinav about missing football practice just so he could meet Abhimanyu. He then spots a police vehicle and breaks its window. The police confront him, but Abhir misbehaves with them. Abhimanyu arrives to rescue him, only for the police to arrest Abhimanyu for Abhir’s mistake.
Meanwhile, Akshara discusses ways to grow their business with Muskaan, who likes her idea. Abhinav then calls Akshara and asks her to help Abhimanyu. Akshara refuses to help him, saying she has faith in Abhimanyu. Abhinav urges her to help because Abhimanyu trusts him and even called him for assistance. Akshara finally agrees to speak to someone who can help his customer, but she makes it clear that she will not help Abhimanyu directly.
Elsewhere, Swarna discusses Abhimanyu and Arohi’s marriage with Manish. Manish questions why they need to get married, but Swarna insists that they should marry for Ruhi’s sake. Kairav disagrees with her idea. He argues that Abhimanyu is not a good husband and has already proved that he cannot handle relationships. He refuses to let them ruin Arohi’s life by marrying her to Abhimanyu.
Swarna gets angry with Kairav for speaking against the marriage. She accuses him of wanting everyone to follow his views on relationships simply because he does not believe in marriage. Kairav tells her that she can think whatever she wants, but he will continue opposing the wedding. Swarna then accuses him of constantly dating and ruining his own life. Kairav responds with an attitude, while Manish tells Swarna that marrying Arohi to Abhimanyu will ruin both their lives. He explains that Abhimanyu has always loved Akshara and will never be able to give Arohi the love she deserves. Manish also stands against the proposed marriage.
At the police station, Abhimanyu waits for Abhinav and thinks that Abhir is too much trouble. Akshara also arrives to help him, but she and Abhimanyu narrowly miss each other. Abhinav eventually reaches the police station. The police tell him that he must pay a fine to secure Abhimanyu’s release. Abhinav pays the fine and helps him get out. The two men become friends.
Abhinav asks Abhimanyu how he ended up at the police station. Abhimanyu explains that he destroyed public property. He then asks Abhinav if he sent his wife as well. Abhinav tells him that he came himself and worries that Akshara will not spare him today.
Abhinav asks Akshara to calm down, but she gets angry with him for lending Abhimanyu money again. Abhir then tells Akshara and Abhinav that Abhimanyu went to jail because of him. He says Abhimanyu looks good but has an attitude. Abhir also suggests that Abhimanyu’s mother should teach him a lesson.
Akshara corrects Abhir for troubling Abhimanyu, while Abhinav says that both of them are wrong. He asks them to apologise to Abhimanyu and decides to invite him for lunch.
