As she walks past Rakshit’s car, she places her hand against the window. Rakshit also places his hand against the window from inside the car. The driver remarks that today’s union is like a bond meant to last forever. Rakshit tries to catch a glimpse of Aparajita’s face as the title song plays in the background. Meanwhile, Aparajita arrives at her family home. She looks at the house and thinks that it was once her entire world, but she is now unsure whether there is still a place for her there. She remembers writing a letter to her parents about her husband, Lalit. She feels that she tried everything to save her marriage but could not make the relationship work. Now, she wants a fresh start and hopes to regain her self-respect. Aparajita wonders whether her family will understand her decision. Remembering Rakshit’s advice, she finally rings the doorbell.
