Abhimanyu tells Neil not to worry because he has made good preparations and will become a good father. He assures Neil that he will never differentiate between his children. He explains that if his children are his heart, Neil’s child will be his heartbeat. Neil says he knows Abhimanyu very well but adds that he will always be Abhimanyu’s first child. He then tells Abhimanyu that he will teach his own child how to climb onto someone’s shoulders before climbing onto Abhimanyu’s shoulders himself. Harsh becomes emotional as he watches Abhimanyu and Neil. He thinks that he failed to become the best father and husband, but he feels happy seeing the bond between Abhimanyu and Neil.

Meanwhile, Akshara sits worried, and Abhimanyu asks her what is troubling her. Akshara tells him that Arohi is lying to everyone about being pregnant. Abhimanyu asks her not to take stress because it is not good for her or the babies. He comforts her as she continues thinking about Arohi. Abhimanyu then asks Akshara to promise that she will stay away from Arohi’s matter. Akshara tells him to handle the situation, and Abhimanyu assures her that he will take care of it. However, he remains worried about Neil.
Abhimanyu sits stressed while Neil excitedly talks about becoming a father and shares his feeling that he will have a baby girl. Neil asks Abhimanyu to suggest a name for her, but Abhimanyu asks him to give him some time. He then asks Neil to join him in the evening. Abhimanyu wonders how he will reveal the truth about Arohi’s fake pregnancy to Neil. Meanwhile, Manjiri calls Akshara and Arohi to help her choose wool for the babies’ sweaters. Neil eagerly joins Manjiri in selecting the wool, and she asks him to control his excitement. Arohi also joins them, but Akshara becomes uncomfortable seeing her.
Akshara confronts Arohi about lying to Neil about her pregnancy. Arohi realises her mistake and admits that she lied because, for the first time in her life, she was receiving everyone’s attention. She confesses that she wanted to get ahead of Akshara but failed. Akshara tells her that she cannot play with everyone’s emotions just to get ahead and insists that she tell Neil the truth. Unfortunately, Neil overhears their conversation. Heartbroken by Arohi’s betrayal, he breaks down and throws the things around him. Abhimanyu then questions Akshara about confronting Arohi.
Akshara explains that Arohi was betraying Neil and that she could not remain silent. Arohi tries to stop Neil and begs him for forgiveness, but he refuses to listen to her. Akshara and Abhimanyu attempt to console Neil, who regrets marrying Arohi before leaving the place. Abhimanyu blames Akshara for creating a scene, leaving her distressed.
When Manjiri returns home, Akshara and Abhimanyu pretend that everything is normal. Manjiri talks about her trip to the market, while Arohi prepares to leave with a heavy bag. Manjiri questions where she is going, and Arohi explains that she wants to visit Swarna. Manjiri warns her that Neil may leave her, but Arohi insists that he cannot do so. Manjiri then says Neil will drop her at the Goenka house, but Arohi tells her that he is busy. Manjiri asks Abhimanyu to take Arohi there, and he agrees.
During the drive, Arohi asks Abhimanyu to stop the car. However, he tells her to stop creating drama and warns her that if her pregnancy turns out to be another lie, he will not spare her. Arohi asks him to trust her, explaining that the earlier incident was a false alarm and that she was confused at the time. Abhimanyu tells her that he can never trust her again because, even after learning the truth, she could have confessed everything to Neil. Arohi breaks down as she realises how much damage her lie has caused.
Abhimanyu drops Arohi at the Goenka house, where Kairav is busy making a business deal and asks the contractors to visit him at the office. The Goenkas are surprised to see Arohi and question Abhimanyu about why he brought her there. They also ask about Neil. Swarna checks on Arohi and asks whether everything is fine, but Arohi questions whether she cannot visit her family without a reason. Swarna reminds her that the house will always belong to her. Abhimanyu then decides to leave, explaining that Akshara is waiting for him.
Meanwhile, Akshara eats fruit for the sake of her babies. When Abhimanyu returns, she tells him that Neil is not answering her calls and asks whether he has managed to speak to him. Abhimanyu reveals that Neil is not answering his calls either. Akshara feels bad for Neil and notices a scar on Abhimanyu’s hand. She tells him that the mark will remain forever, but Abhimanyu says it will remind him never to forget what happened that day. Akshara worries about him, while Abhimanyu questions why she took so much stress despite his warning.
Just then, Manjiri calls Akshara and Abhimanyu and excitedly tells them about the plans for Neil’s birthday. Akshara and Abhimanyu exchange worried looks. Meanwhile, Arohi tries to contact Neil, and Manish asks her whether she is all right. Arohi makes an excuse to avoid revealing the truth. Elsewhere, Akshara refuses to sing at a charity event, making Manish suspicious about Arohi’s behaviour.
Neil eventually returns home, and the Birlas tell him about their plans for his birthday. However, Neil remains stressed by everything that has happened. Akshara asks the family to give him some time to process the situation instead of pressuring him.
Later, a few girls approach Akshara and try to convince her to sing at an NGO event. Unsure about what to do, Akshara asks Abhimanyu for advice. He tells her to listen to her instincts. Akshara admits that music gives her peace, but she is afraid of putting her babies at risk. Manjiri advises her to refuse the offer, while Abhimanyu encourages her to participate in the event.
