Twist Of Fate On ZeeWorld Friday 25th September 2026 Update, Prarthna recalls Shivansh’s confession and becomes confused about what is happening. She breaks down in tears. Gayatri tells her that she understands everything. She says Shivansh and Prarthna are both denying their feelings, but they need to accept that they care about each other. Prarthna says Shivansh does not love her because he agreed to marry Sonalika. Gayatri says Shivansh is a good person who genuinely cares for everyone. Prarthna asks her not to say the same thing again. Gayatri then asks Prarthna if she loves Shivansh.

Prarthna admits that she loves Shivansh, but says he does not love her. She recalls how he told her that marrying her and bringing her home was the biggest mistake of his life. She says Shivansh hates her and calls her a mistake. However, she refuses to leave the house despite Shivansh asking her to go. She wants to stay for one month and protect Shivansh from his Kundali dosh. She says only Shivansh matters to her and that she will save her husband’s life.

Meanwhile, Bua Maa tells Sonalika that she has genuine concern for her. Sonalika says Shivansh is her entire world. She says she is alive only because of him, he is her heartbeat, and she needs him to live. She adds that she will die without him. Shivansh assures her that she will live and nothing will happen to her. He says he needs to talk to her.

Bua Maa gets ready to leave, but Shivansh stops her and says he has to make a big decision. He asks Sonalika if she really wants him, and she says yes. He then asks Bua Maa if she wants the same, and she nods. Shivansh reveals that he has already told Sonalika about his feelings for Prarthna.

He tells Sonalika that he can never give her his love. She may become his wife, but she can never become the woman he loves. Sonalika says she is okay with that. Bua Maa asks Shivansh to try to understand Sonalika. Shivansh says he will not misunderstand her and will listen to her. He tells Sonalika that he will speak to his manager and arrange the alimony amount. Sonalika asks him to take help from her father, but Shivansh says he will arrange the money by the next day and send Prarthna away. Sonalika thanks him and asks him for a hug.

Shivansh refuses because he does not feel the same way. Sonalika asks him to simply hug her while thinking that he is hugging a sick patient. He eventually hugs her. She then threatens to call the police and accuse Shivansh of causing her suicide attempt. She asks him to tell Prarthna that he does not want her in his life.

Bua Maa tells Shivansh that he will do what Sonalika wants. He agrees. Sonalika asks whether he will say it in front of her, and he says yes.

Shivansh goes to Prarthna. She immediately feels scared that he is going away from her. The two get into an argument.
