Vasudha On ZeeWorld Wednesday 26th August 2026 Update, Karishma tells Vasudha that they cannot stay in the same house. She says Vasudha has to leave Chauhan House, and only then will she return. Vasudha is shocked to hear this. Karishma tells her to go and tell Chandrika that she cannot keep her promise. Vasudha says she will not break her promise and will leave Chauhan House forever. She leaves from there.

Later, Vasudha recalls Karishma’s words. She thinks this is the first time she can do something for Chandrika, so she is happy. She says she does not know how she will live without Raghu and kisses him on the head. She tells Hanumant that she will not break his pride and takes his blessings. She tells Gulki never to leave Hanumant and Raghu.
Vasudha goes to Chauhan House and leaves a letter outside Avinash’s room. She says she never thought she would have to leave like this. She looks at the Chauhan family photo and says she can even die for Chandrika, so leaving the city is easy. She adds that she will pray for the family and leaves.
The next day, Chandrika wonders whether Vasudha will keep her promise. Devansh tells her they are receiving many orders. Chandrika asks Savitri to bring Vasudha, but Savitri says Vasudha has not come yet. Sarika sends Puja to the outhouse to look for her.
Karishma arrives with her family, shocking Sarika. Karishma takes Chandrika and Prabhat’s blessings. She says she knows they are shocked to see her there and tells them she trusts Chandrika’s upbringing. She says she now understands that there is nothing going on between Vasudha and Avinash and reveals that she is ready for the engagement.
Chandrika thanks Karishma and says she is happy that a mature girl like Karishma will become her daughter-in-law. She asks Devansh to bring Avinash. Puja returns and says Vasudha is not in the outhouse. Karishma becomes happy hearing this.
Devansh brings Avinash there, and on Chandrika’s request, he stands beside Karishma. Chandrika says she trusts Avinash and believes he and Karishma are a perfect match. She asks Avinash to apologize to Karishma. Avinash apologizes and says he has decided to get engaged to Karishma because of Vasudha’s letter.
Avinash reads Vasudha’s letter in front of everyone. He says he does not know where Vasudha has gone, but he will get engaged to Karishma for her sake. Hanumant tells Devansh that Vasudha is missing, so Devansh goes to find her. Karishma thinks Vasudha will not return no matter what.
Later, Sarika asks Avinash why he agreed to the engagement. Avinash tells her that he used Vasudha for his selfish reason. Chandrika enters the room, so Sarika hides before she can see her. Avinash apologizes to Chandrika.
Meanwhile, Vasudha meets with an accident, and Devansh learns about it. He reaches the accident spot, where Vasudha regains consciousness. Devansh tells her they should go home, but Vasudha tells him about Karishma’s condition. Chandrika arrives and hears everything.
Vasudha tells Devansh that she has to go. Chandrika tells Vasudha to come home, saying she heard everything and will talk to Karishma.
Later, Avinash apologizes to everyone and admits that he lied to stop his engagement. He tells Hanumant that Vasudha is his friend and that will never change. He also tells Karishma that it will not happen again.
Chandrika announces that the engagement will happen tomorrow. Karishma becomes happy. Chandrika says she understands why Karishma asked Vasudha to leave the house. She tells Karishma that she knows she loves Avinash, and it is painful to see the name of the person she loves being linked to someone else.
Chandrika adds that Vasudha has been proven innocent, so she will not be punished. She asks Karishma to withdraw her condition. Karishma agrees to withdraw it. Chandrika says the engagement is tomorrow, so everyone should be happy. Karishma thinks Vasudha made a mistake by returning to Chauhan House and promises herself that she will make Vasudha regret it.
The next day, Vasudha goes to the kitchen, and Savitri asks her to get curry leaves. Vasudha goes to the garden to bring them. Karishma and her family arrive, and Chandrika welcomes them. She says she always wanted a daughter, and from that day, Karishma is her daughter. Karishma says she also feels like she has come to her own home. Vasudha sees this and quietly goes inside. Chandrika asks Devansh to check if Avinash is ready.
Karishma enters the house and tells Chandrika that she is entering this relationship because of her. She says she knows Avinash is against the marriage. Chandrika tells Karishma that Avinash is their responsibility from now on. She says Avinash is immature but not a bad person. Karishma tells Chandrika not to worry about Avinash anymore and promises to become her shadow. Chandrika goes inside to bring Avinash, while Kavita congratulates Karishma.
Chandrika compliments Avinash. Devansh asks him if he is ready for the marriage. Avinash nods and says he cannot trouble everyone anymore. He adds that his family’s happiness is his happiness. Vasudha comes there and tells them that Prabhat called them. Chandrika and Devansh leave. Avinash apologizes to Vasudha. Vasudha smiles, making Avinash happy before he leaves.
After some time, Vasudha carries several gift boxes. Devansh comes and takes some of them from her. She thanks him, and he tells her that she successfully convinced Karishma.
Karishma and Avinash’s engagement begins. They take the elders’ blessings. Avinash thinks he knows Karishma is not the right life partner for him, but he made this decision for his family and Vasudha. He puts a ring on Karishma’s finger. Karishma thinks she will make Avinash’s life hell and then control the Chauhan family. She puts the ring on Avinash’s finger, and they pose for photos.
Guruji’s assistant arrives, and Prabhat notices him. He goes to speak to him. The assistant says Guruji has sent a message for him and Chandrika. Prabhat calls Chandrika, and Guruji’s assistant tells them that according to Guruji, danger has entered the Chauhan house. He then leaves.
The next day, Chandrika prays to God and says she does not know what the danger is, but she knows God will give her the strength to defeat it. Guruji arrives and says he wants to speak to Chandrika and Prabhat alone. Chandrika takes him to her room. Prabhat asks Vasudha to bring milk and fruits for Guruji. Sarika decides to find out what they are talking about.
Guruji tells Chandrika and Prabhat that their son’s life is in danger and that everything could be destroyed. Chandrika says she does not care about wealth, but she cannot tolerate anything happening to her sons. Guruji tells her that her inner strength can save the family.
Meanwhile, Karishma enters the house. Chandrika tells Guruji that she can keep any difficult fast for her family. Vasudha comes in and places the milk and fruits on the table. Guruji tells her to take them back because he will not eat anything in the house until Chandrika completes her fast. He also tells Chandrika that she cannot even drink water until the fast is completed.
Vasudha hears this and leaves. Guruji tells Chandrika to visit the temple to complete the fast. Chandrika promises to complete it and says she will not allow anything to harm her family. Guruji leaves.
Karishma tells Avinash that she is worried and asks if they can go inside. Sarika tells Karishma that Chandrika does not tell everyone everything. Karishma says she is Chandrika’s trusted daughter-in-law, not some random person. Chandrika comes there, and Avinash tells Karishma to ask her directly.
Karishma asks Chandrika if everything is fine. Chandrika says everything is fine. Karishma says she went to the temple for the family’s well-being and gives Chandrika prasad, but Chandrika refuses to take it and reveals that she is fasting.
Devansh asks why she suddenly started fasting. Chandrika says she is keeping the fast because Avinash and Karishma’s engagement happened. Sarika thinks Chandrika did not mention anything about the fast the previous day, so something is suspicious. She asks Chandrika if the family is in danger. Chandrika says she will not allow any danger to come near her family.
Vasudha tells herself that she knows about Chandrika’s difficult fast. She prays to God to support Chandrika through it. Savitri says she thinks the fast is very important because Guruji came. She asks Vasudha to prepare the prasad the next day. Vasudha says she will also keep a fast for Chandrika. Sarika overhears their conversation.
Karishma tells Chandrika that she will also keep a fast. Chandrika says it is okay. Karishma asks why she cannot keep one and thinks Chandrika will not allow her to do it. She has no intention of actually keeping the fast. Chandrika tells Karishma to keep the fast. Karishma is shocked but pretends to be happy. She says she will stay there to take care of Chandrika.
Vasudha gives food to Sarika. Sarika asks Vasudha what Guruji told Chandrika. Vasudha lies and says she did not hear anything. Sarika asks how Vasudha knows about Chandrika’s difficult fast and why she is keeping a fast for her. She tells Vasudha to remember that she is only a maid.
Sarika orders Vasudha to eat and prove that she did not add extra salt or chilli to the food. Vasudha says she cannot eat because she is fasting. Sarika tries to force-feed her, but Devansh arrives and stops her. He asks Sarika why she is forcing Vasudha when Vasudha is keeping a fast for Chandrika.
Karishma thinks she is hungry, and Avinash says she may faint. He wonders if something is suspicious because Karishma is not the kind of person who keeps a fast. Karishma goes to the garden and tells Kavita everything. Kavita says she will send food to her. Karishma asks her to send her favorite food. Sarika overhears this and becomes happy.
Later, Sarika receives a food parcel from Kavita’s driver and takes a selfie with him. In the kitchen, Vasudha starts preparing the prasad. Devansh comes there and thanks her.
