Malishka says the more I try to separate them, more they are getting closer and their bond is getting stronger. She says what to do, why did I ruin Oberoi’s name, so that Rishi kicks out Lakshmi but he is dying to get her freed. Abhay asks her not to worry and says let our turn come, and says you will win with our plan and this Lakshmi can’t return. Malishka asks if he is sure? He says I am your Dad and don’t do the work where I am not sure.

The Inspector tells Constables to be alert and give 200 percent, as Mohnish is dangerous. He says even his gang can come to free him or do bomb blast. The public prosecutor comes to the court. Mr. Basu greets him. The prosecution asks him to keep his greetings with himself. He says you have taken a wrong case of Lakshmi Oberoi, it is open and shut case. Mr. Basu says he will get the case closed. Virender comes there with Rishi and Neelam. Mr. Basu says your daughter will go home today. Neelam tells him that her family’s respect shall not be ruined, Lakshmi was present in the hotel that day and says she shall be punished, but not our hotel name. She says the punishment shall not be given to Oberoi radiant. The prosecution lawyer says so Neelam Oberoi regards Lakshmi guilty. Mr. Basu asks if she is Judge or you are Judge. Shalu asks Ayush if everything will be fine. Ayush asks her to relax.
Neelam sees Kiran and Abhay coming to court and sitting next to her. She says Abhay is here? Kiran says Malishka called him. Neelam asks where is she? Malishka thinks it is difficult to get parking in Mumbai. She sees Balwinder indisguise and thinks if Rishi called him to save him. She asks who are you? Balwinder tells that he is here, and teases her. Malishka asks why did he come here? He says Lakshmi is going to jail, I came to see her. Malishka says she is not beautiful that you came to see her. Balwinder says what is in Lakshmi, you don’t have. Malishka asks him not to compare her with Lakshmi. Balwinder says I will drink wine as she is going to jail. He says if some comes out. Balwinder thinks I should have thought that she will be here, before coming here. He tells that he met with an accident, and will give her money. She says I want it now. He then asks her to go and tell the Judge that he is here. She says she will tell. Balwinder says he will give her. Rano says you will be hanged if I don’t get the money.
Prosecution lawyer tells that the case is against the reputed family bahu and tells that she has done a heinous crime which is spread to the world through the media. He says Lakshmi had made food for the food critics, but after eating it they got unwell and hospitalized. He says she has attempt to murder charges, she has tried to kill many people at once. Mr. Basu tells that it was truth that the food critics had come and got unwell. Prosecution lawyer tells that they were about to die. Mr. Basu says Lakshmi took them to hospital. Prosecution lawyer says shall we forget why they were taken to hospital. Mr. Basu argues that she is not guilty, while Prosecution also argues. Mr. Basu says Lakshmi haven’t made food, she had just served. He says Chefs of the hotel made food. He says she is the owner of the hotel, why she will make food. He says if Court wishes, then I will prove that Chefs were given the responsibility to make food. Lakshmi recalls making the food with the Chefs. Mr. Basu says when Lakshmi haven’t made food then why did she is arrested, this case is baseless. He says Police didn’t do enquiry well, and heard the media. He says culprit is someone else, and why Lakshmi shall be punished. He says someone else had poisoned the food. He requests court to bail her out. He repeats that the food is not made by Lakshmi, but the Chefs. Lakshmi says no, he is saying wrong. Everyone gets shocked seeing Lakshmi saying truth. She says I had made the food, not just I have served. Mr. Basu says you didn’t make the food. Lakshmi says I had made it. Malishka smirks. Sonia smiles. Lakshmi says it is not Chefs’ mistake. Prosecution lawyer says you are responsible to add poison in the food. He says she has said herself that she has made poisoned food. Mr. Basu says I have the request. Judge says we will start hearing after lunch break.
Karishma says it is so easy as Lakshmi admit and made the case against her. Neelam says the criminal can be smart, but does the mistake. Malishka says she is gone forever. Shalu says what di did inside. Rano says she has hit axe on her leg. Ayush says everything shall be fine. Rano hopes that everything shall be fine.
Dadi tells that Lakshmi couldn’t lie. Virender says she has a clean heart. Mr. Basu scolds her for talking against herself. Rishi asks Mr. Basu not to say anything to her. Virender comes there and says it is not her mistake. Mr. Basu asks what? Virender says she is having good and clean heart, she will bear so much, but can’t let other suffer. He says she can’t lie. Mr. Basu says we have to use lie as a weapon to save her. Lakshmi says but if someone else gets punished. Mr. Basu says this is courtroom, I know how the fight happens here. He says let me fight the case, else Virender can hire another lawyer.
Rano talking on phone and says they are in court, due to Lakshmi’s work. Shalu asks Ayush what happened? Ayush says Lakshmi bhabhi shouldn’t have done this. Shalu says you know her, that she can’t lie. Ayush says we actually wanted some time. Shalu says she can’t think anyone’s wrong and asks how she will get bail now. Ayush says everyone is with her, Rishi bhai is with her and most importantly she is innocent. He asks her not to be afraid and hugs her. Shalu also hugs him. Bani looks on. Ayush looks at her and comes to her, hugs them both. He says very soon Lakshmi will be with you both. Lakshmi asks Rishi if he also feels that she did wrong. Rishi says he is very proud of her as she never left truth. She holds his hand. Rishi says the case can have some problem, whatever you told was truth, but it was half truth. He says you have made food, but didn’t make any dish to make that incident happen. He promises her that he will take her home in any condition. Virender tells Mr. Basu that Lakshmi is really good and truthful at heart, she is not made for this world where people think honesty as weakness. He asks Mr. Basu to think that she said truth in this condition, and tells that he can understand, but Lakshmi has given statement against herself. Lakshmi and Rishi come there. Mr. Basu asks her not to say anything again. Lakshmi nods her head. Rishi asks what to do next? Inspector and Lady constable Aaliya come there and take Lakshmi from there. Mr. Basu tells Rishi that they will go with the same plan and will blame that missing Chef. He says when Police search and bring him back, we will question him too. He asks Rishi to come with him. Shalu, Bani and Ayush come to Virender. Shalu says sorry to Virender about that day. Virender says even we shouldn’t have taken care, and promises them that Lakshmi will come home with them. He asks them to trust God and says he takes test of good people, but don’t let them defeat. Ayush says it is not easy, we will win.
Karishma asks Dadi if she is hungry? Dadi says no, and says she will have food when Lakshmi comes home, and makes Binniya for me. She says she is going to calm down her mind. Neelam asks where are you going? Dadi says Karishma will make you understand. She says you are badmouthing about Lakshmi and I can’t take it. She goes inside. Neelam goes behind her. Karishma and Sonia tell that they are hungry. Sonia says she had checked online and all restaurants are bad. Kiran tells that she will throw the party as Lakshmi will not get bail today. Sonia and Karishma says yes. Ahana says we will have party, as Lakshmi will bail out. Kiran asks Karishma to make sure that she don’t become Lakshmi’s sister in law. Sonia says Ahana will become Malishka’s sister in law.
Malishka shares her happiness with Balwinder and tells that today it will decided about her marriage date, and says she don’t know what to do. Balwinder asks her to stop dreaming, first Lakshmi move away. Malishka says she is gone forever as she has accepted that she had made food herself. Balwinder says she is simple and innocent. Malishka says you live on my money and praising her. Balwinder says I am your employee. Malishka threatens him. Balwinder says there is something in Lakshmi surely, that she is of everyone’s choice, I, Oberoi family etc. Malishka says Lakshmi is not their choice. She says now Rishi has nothing to do with Lakshmi and asks Balwinder not to marry her.
Balwinder says he will not marry her. Malishka says you said right, she traps everyone. She says everyone might be thinking how to take her out, as she is very good and that’s why I made plan two steps ahead of them. Balwinder asks her about her plan. Malishka asks him to see the live show and enjoy. She sees Virender, Rishi and others coming there and goes. Balwinder runs and sees Police standing. He thinks how to go from here. A constable says terrorist’s hearing is going on here. Balwinder sits seeing Shalu there and gets up. He says Jai hind, Jai bharat. He asks shall I go. The constable asks him to go. Other constable asks him to be careful and says no person shall come here.
Mr. Amod tells that Lakshmi has accepted that she has made food, and that’s why declare her guilty and. Mr. Basu says she is not guilty, she had made food, but she didn’t add poison in it. He praises Lakshmi to have a clean and good hearted woman. He says if she wanted then she would have lied, but she said truth as she has honesty in herself.
He says she is not like the person who puts blame on others to safeguard herself, and says she is the one who will take other’s blame on herself to protect them. The judge hears on. Mr. Basu says she didn’t want others to get blamed and that’s why took this big accusation on her head. Shalu gets doubtful about him. Mr. Amod says you want to say that she didn’t make food. Mr. Basu says she had made tasty food, but someone else have added poison in it.
He says whoever has added poison is here. Balwinder and Malishka get worried. Amod asks if that person is here? Mr. Basu says not here. Mr. Amod asks if he has any proofs. Mr. Basu says he needs time to find some proof. Amod tells that Lakshmi has made food and two people are critical among them. He says Lakshmi Oberoi is infront of you, who had poisoned the people. Mr. Basu says he is doubtful on the Chef, who was in the hotel that day. He says he is missing since that day, if he is guilty or not, we don’t know and will know when he comes to give statement. He says we will know about the real criminal then.
Judge asks why didn’t you tell before. Mr. Basu asks him to ask Police to search him. Mukesh comes there and says I am here. Lakshmi identifies him. Ayush says from where he came? Rishi says this means he is innocent, he might have seen the news. He says if he will say against Lakshmi or in her favor. Judge asks Mukesh to come to the witness box. He asks Amod to proceed first. Amod asks his name. Mukesh tells his name. Amod says if you have made food.
Mukesh says yes, I have made and other Chefs were also there. Mr. Basu asks Judge to note down the point and says that means Lakshmi is innocent. Mukesh says everything is done by Lakshmi Madam only.
