Twist Of Fate On ZeeWorld Tuesday 25th August 2026 Update, Prarthna and Vibha push the wheelchair and try to reach the exit door. Vibha tells Prarthna that they should try to open the main door and leave. She says the door is jammed. Prarthna helps her, and they finally open the door. They take Shivansh outside and shut the door to block the goons from entering. The goons run through the corridor, notice the wheelchair marks, and follow the trail. However, the wheelchair gets damaged.

Vibha asks Prarthna to take Shivansh ahead while she goes to get another wheelchair. The goons catch Vibha. The sniper calls her a hurdle in his path and makes her unconscious by making her smell chloroform. Smita feels trapped and wishes she could escape. She tricks the goons by saying she has to find Prarthna and help her because Prarthna cannot save Shivansh alone.
Prarthna cannot see anything in the darkness. A goon says he will switch on the power. Meanwhile, the media spots Smita inside the hospital and zooms in to capture her. They show her on the news and question why she is there. Raunak and Kanti watch the news and are upset by Smita’s actions. The reporter says Smita has risked her life to save someone she loves. Raunak realizes that Smita truly cares about Shivansh. Kanti cries for Smita and wonders why she entered the hospital and took such a huge risk.
Kanti wonders whether he should call Raunak. He calls him and asks if he is okay. Raunak says yes. Kanti asks whether he wants to meet his father and talk about everything. Raunak says he is coming home. Kanti waits for him.
The police enter the hospital. Ketki asks Payal what will happen now. Payal cannot understand why the sniper has not killed Shivansh yet. She calls him, but he does not answer. Payal gets angry and keeps calling him.
Prarthna hides in the darkness and does not move the wheelchair so the goons cannot find them. When the lights come on, the goons spot Prarthna and Shivansh. The sniper laughs at her and asks what she will do now. Prarthna is scared, but she tells him that she has no enmity with him. However, she will save her husband’s life at any cost.
Prarthna tells the sniper that her marriage to Shivansh happened without her knowledge, but she accepted it. She says she is a pandit’s daughter and believes in Kumkum Bhagya. If Matarani brought them together, then their relationship is meant to last for seven births. She says she will fight him until her last breath.
The sniper threatens her with a sword and says he works for money. Smita arrives and offers him money to leave Shivansh. She tells him that Shivansh has never had an easy life and has always lost everything. She says he deserves to live his life and win everything. She asks how much money he wants.
The sniper calls it an entertaining drama. He says he became emotional after seeing their love for Shivansh. He puts one bullet in his gun and starts a game of death. He says there is only one bullet and three people to target. One person will die while the other two will survive.
He shoots at Shivansh first, but Shivansh survives. Prarthna and Smita cry in fear. The sniper then tests Prarthna’s fate and shoots at her, but she also survives. Smita’s turn comes next. He points the gun at her, and Smita closes her eyes, preparing to die. Prarthna pulls Smita away and saves her.
The sniper asks Prarthna how dare she come between them. Prarthna pushes him and picks up the sword. She asks Smita to rush Shivansh away. Prarthna and Smita manage to protect Shivansh while the goons follow them. The police start a shootout, and the goons run for their lives. The cops manage to arrest some of them.
After the long battle, Smita, Prarthna, and Shivansh are safe. However, Johny sees Shivansh with a constable. He makes the constable unconscious and takes Shivansh away. Prarthna notices this and alerts the police. Smita starts looking for Shivansh.
Payal tells Ketki that the police have saved Smita, but Prarthna and Shivansh are still inside. Smita asks Payal whether the cops brought Shivansh outside. Payal lies and tells her that Shivansh might be behind the ambulance. Smita rushes there to check.
Johny goes to get another wheelchair. Prarthna gets the chance to take Shivansh with her. Johny tells her to stop, but she enters the lift and goes to the terrace. Johny checks the lift and learns that they are going to the terrace. He calls the sniper and tells him that Prarthna and Shivansh are heading there.
The sniper tells him to keep an eye on them. He says Prarthna has troubled him a lot, and now he will throw both Prarthna and Shivansh off the terrace. Prarthna reaches the terrace and quickly shuts the door. The goons arrive and try to break it open.
Payal calls the sniper and asks for an update. He says he is still working on the task. Payal scolds him and tells him to kill Shivansh because he has evidence against her.
Prarthna shouts for help, fearing that she is trapped. She finds a broken loudspeaker and tries to fix it so she can call for help. She alerts the police and media that she is trapped on the terrace and that Shivansh is with her. The sniper arrives and stops her.
Prarthna fights the goons and tells them to stay away. She again lectures the sniper and says she will save Shivansh and herself. Smita wants to go and save Shivansh, while Payal and Ketki follow her. Kanti watches the news.
Raunak returns home and finds Kanti in his room. They watch the news and see Prarthna struggling to save her husband. Raunak is upset. They also see Smita rushing to save Shivansh. Kanti is unhappy seeing her there.
Bua Maa learns that Shivansh is under attack at the hospital and that the news has been showing the attack for almost an hour. She is shocked. She tells Tanya that Shivansh is in danger, and they rush to the hospital.
Smita runs with the police to reach Shivansh. On the terrace, Prarthna fights the goons, but Johny hits her on the head and she falls. A reporter reaches the terrace and records the attack. The sniper stops Johny from killing Prarthna.
Kanti and Raunak watch Prarthna in danger on live television. Kanti stops Raunak from going to her. The sniper tells Prarthna that she is an ordinary woman who loves her husband and is ready to do anything to save him. He says Shivansh is destined to die and threatens her to stay away.
The sniper raises his sword to kill Shivansh. The police and Smita are still in the corridors, trying to find a way to the terrace. Smita guides the cops while everyone watches the terrace attack live on television.
Prarthna gets up and decides to sacrifice herself to save Shivansh. She stands in front of him. The sniper agrees to kill her first and swings the sword at her. Shivansh suddenly wakes up at the right moment and saves Prarthna. Everyone watching the news is relieved.
Shivansh catches the sword, and his hand gets cut. His blood falls into Prarthna’s hairline. Prarthna is surprised. Smita, Payal, and Ketki arrive with the police. Kanti worries after seeing Smita at the dangerous scene.
Shivansh fights the goons and protects Prarthna. The police arrest the goons, while the media and hospital staff celebrate as the situation comes under control. However, the sniper and some of his men manage to escape.
Shivansh faints in Prarthna’s arms. The reporter praises Prarthna for taking a Durga avatar and saving her husband. Smita is relieved to see Shivansh safe. The reporter also praises Shivansh and Prarthna’s blessed Jodi and their Kumkum Bhagya. Raunak gets upset while watching them.
Nurse Leena says Shivansh and Prarthna are injured and need immediate treatment. The police chase the sniper’s car, but he manages to trick them. He says it is his duty to protect his goons’ families and swears that he will not spare Prarthna.
Bua Maa and Tanya reach the hospital and rush to meet Shivansh. Gayatri comes to meet Prarthna. Prarthna tells her that she had to save Shivansh. Gayatri hugs her.
Bua Maa comes and asks about Shivansh. She sees him and cries. She asks Prarthna why she did not call and inform her about Shivansh. She calls Prarthna a careless and selfish woman. She says she is Shivansh’s mother, while Prarthna is only his namesake wife. She blames Prarthna for keeping her away from her son and reminds her of all the troubles Shivansh has faced because of her.
Gayatri gets angry hearing Bua Maa insult Prarthna. Bua Maa continues blaming Prarthna for everything, but Gayatri stops her. She says Prarthna risked her life and saved Shivansh. Prarthna apologizes to Bua Maa for not informing her. Bua Maa says she will never forgive her. Gayatri continues defending Prarthna, while Prarthna takes Gayatri away with her.
Meanwhile, Smita returns home and meets Kanti. She tells him that she could not stop herself from going to protect her son. Kanti wipes her tears and apologizes for behaving coldly after learning about her past. He says he was in shock and overreacted. He understands that everyone has a past and that a person does not always have to reveal everything.
Kanti says he feels he did not win her trust because she could not share her past with him. He says he feels he failed to give her emotional security. Smita tells him that she tried to tell him about her past when she was in the hospital, but Raunak came between them, and she was scared of losing her family.
Kanti asks her to forget everything. He says he does not want to see her in a dilemma and promises to always support her. Smita thanks him, and they hug. She asks about Raunak. Kanti tells her to leave Raunak alone for some time because he cannot accept that Shivansh is his stepbrother. He adds that Raunak has gone to meet Payal.
Prarthna tells Gayatri not to argue with Bua Maa. Gayatri feels bad that Prarthna has to listen to all the insults. Prarthna defends Bua Maa’s feelings for Shivansh and realizes that she was wrong not to call Bua Maa and tell her about Shivansh’s accident.
Raunak meets Payal and says he is still in shock over everything that has happened. Payal says she knows everything. Raunak tells her that she cannot understand what he is going through and says he is completely lost.
Payal then reveals that she hired the goons to kill Shivansh. Raunak scolds her for putting Prarthna’s life at risk. Payal tells him to accept the truth: Prarthna has fallen for Shivansh and risked her life to save him, which means she has accepted him as her husband.
