Episode starts with Riddhima asking Siya what did the doctor say about the baby. Siya says he didn’t say anything, he was a general physician, he didn’t check about the baby, why, is everything fine. Riddhima says yes, you can go. Siya goes. Riddhima cries and tears the papers. She trashes the letter and goes. Siya gets the torn letter. Vyom plays trumpet. Siya calls him.

He answers and scolds her. She says I have to tell something urgent, Riddhima got a letter and turned nervous, I m joining the letter pieces. He asks what are you saying. She says I will give this letter to you, Riddhima fainted today, she is much worried. He asks her to get it.
Riddhima refuses to have food. Angre comes and says you need to have the food for the baby at least. He asks her to have food. She sits. He answers the call. She hears the date and says I lost someone on this date. He asks who. She says I don’t know well. She sees someone’s shadow. He asks her not to worry, Vansh will come, if there is anything to share, she can share with him, he is always there. She thanks him. He goes. She says few things can’t be shared. She goes and pulls the curtains. She puts a dummy in her place and leaves from the room. Coming to present time, Riddhima is still at the grave. She cries and says sorry, I had to do this, Vansh should not know about this, else he can never forgive me, he can never understand me, but you understand why I did this, I took your life. She sees Baby Rai Singhania written on the stone.
She says I love you my baby. She cries. She says its been 3 months today, just I know how I have spent these months, will Vansh understand that whatever I did was right. Vyom reads the letter and recalls Siya’s words. He reads… your secret is out, you aren’t carrying any baby, you are just cheating Vansh, if you didn’t faint that day, then your truth would have not come out. Vyom recalls making the doctor lie to Vansh. He says I was also tricked at first, I thought doctor made a mistake, but she really killed her baby, the same day when she made a deal with me, she wanted a good future for herself, Vansh and baby, she same she killed her child, why is she lying to the family. Riddhima says I m sorry and leaves. Vyom comes to her. He asks from where are you coming. She asks why shall I tell you. Chanchal asks is any baby crying. Dadi says yes, don’t know who left the baby. Everyone goes to see. Riddhima gets shocked seeing the baby toy stabbed.
Riddhima getting a note with the doll. She reads, why did you kill me mumma. Ishani and everyone come. Ishani asks what’s this new drama. Vyom thinks who sent this, it means someone else know Riddhima’s secret. Riddhima says this doll isn’t mine, I also came here hearing the voice, I m also scared. Siya asks who stabbed the doll, you have called us here, you messaged us, look. They all show the messages on their phones. Ishani says I don’t know what is all this, its big time waste. Dadi says its not a good omen, you are pregnant, you should be away from all this, bank officer is coming in the morning, he needs your signs, be ready. Riddhima goes and thinks who can do this. Ishani takes the doll and runs. Its morning. Dadi and Riddhima sign the bank documents. Bank officer goes. Riddhima says I will also leave. Chanchal asks why did you make Riddhima sign the paper. Dadi says Vansh made a trust of 100 crores for his baby, he made Riddhima the nominee. Chanchal says he is doing a good job to secure his baby’s future. She goes to change. Daid goes.
Chanchal comes to Ishani and asks her to wear proper clothes. Ishani says I didn’t know you will come instead Angre. Chanchal says I don’t think Riddhima is pregnant, she is just acting, she gets sad hearing the baby’s name. Ishani says she is hiding something, I don’t understand, why will she do a drama of pregnancy, she knows this truth will come out. Chanchal says for money, Vansh made a trust of 100 crores for the baby. Ishani says we should expose her truth. Chanchal asks her to take selfies. Ishani compliments her. She says Vansh will come till tomorrow, we will expose Riddhima’s truth, check her room, I will find about the doll. Chanchal goes.
Riddhima comes to her room and thinks of black mamba, who can it be from the family. Chanchal comes. She says I have come to take care of you, you are pregnant, you should have this juice. She spills the juice on her clothes. Riddhima goes to clean the dress. Chanchal checks and gets Riddhima’s purse. She gets some medicines. She asks Riddhima to take rest. She goes. Ishani says I want to find out if you sell dolls, I want a talking doll, about a baby’s size, what, is it out of stock, that lady was lucky who got the last doll, wasn’t it a lady, oh, a man bought it, okay, inform me when next stock comes. Angre comes out of the pool and asks which doll are you talking about. She says the doll we saw last night, who can get it in our hotel, that knife at the doll’s neck, I was finding out, who bought that doll, you will be surprised to know that a man bought that doll. Angre says I had bought that doll, what was the need to call him, Vansh asked me to buy it, he wanted to gift to Riddhima, I don’t know how that happened, it means that person knew the truth. He says I think Riddhima isn’t pregnant, she has lied, how will boss handle this. She says I knew it. Ishani says its my medicines, doctor gave it to me when I had a miscarriage, see its my prescription, she is so smart, she doesn’t want anyone to know about her miscarriage.
Chanchal says she is so smart. Ishani says I didn’t get one thing, why is she doing this, we will know it one day that she isn’t pregnant. Chanchal says we will tell everything to Dadi that the baby isn’t coming. Dadi asks what are Ishani and Chanchal saying, you are acting to be pregnant. Vyom looks on and thinks what’s going on. Dadi says you have stolen Ishani’s prescription, these medicines are taken when a woman suffers a miscarriage. They all ask Riddhima. Riddhima asks Ishani not to interfere in her matter, isn’t she ashamed to blame her. She says you are saying that this prescription is mine. Chanchal says I got this from your purse. Riddhima says it means you have put your hand in my purse, I didn’t know you can do this, when did you get this, when you got juice for me and baby, when I went to washroom to clean the juice off my clothes, did you get this at this time, strange, you are blessing me and my baby, and then telling everyone that I m not pregnant. Vyom says great, you are lying so much that it looks like the truth, amazing Riddhima.
Riddhima says me and my baby are safe, I don’t know why you both feel that I m not pregnant, what proof do you have that you got this prescription from my room, I m not making any story, I m pregnant, me and my baby are safe. Chanchal says I m going from here. Ishani says I m sure that you are not pregnant, why don’t you get an ultrasound if you are confident. Riddhima slaps her. She scolds her. She goes. Sara stops her and asks why do I feel that Ishani is saying the truth. Riddhima says no. Sara says fine, I m with you, I can kill Chanchal and Ishani if you give me an order. She goes. Riddhima says things are getting more complicated.
