Episode starts with Riddhima saying why do I feel weak, I didn’t had such vomit before. Vansh comes. She asks where are you lost, where did you go out. Vansh says nothing. She says you are hurt and you are roaming outside, you need rest, come. She asks shall I give you water. He says what’s the need to worry when I have a good doctor. She asks him to sleep. She asks what’s bothering you, you can share it with me. He says nothing. She says fine, you don’t like when you are worried, can I make this problem away. He says you are my personal cardiologist, you have all the right on me. She says I will give you a good head massage. He recalls Siya’s words. He sleeps.

Its morning, Dadi does Ishani’s aarti. She blesses Ishani. Everyone wishes her happy birthday. Vansh gifts her a necklace. Ishani says wow, diamond necklace, its so beautiful, I m speechless, thanks. Kabir sees Riddhima. Vansh says we should have a party. Siya says we should have a family portrait also. He says Siya, is this something to ask. Ishani says the theme will be white. Vansh agrees. Kabir gets a dress for Riddhima and says isn’t it beautiful, it will suit you. He makes the cutout wear the dress. He says wow, you look so beautiful, don’t know what will happen when I see you in the party. He kisses the gown. He says my love will hug you today, you will wear this dress in the photoshoot, I love you too. He packs the dress.
Ishani gets party clothes for Vansh and thinks maybe he is having a shower, he will identify this when he sees it. She goes. Riddhima comes and throws the towel on Ishani’s gift. Kabir hides. Riddhima sees the dress and hugs it. She says I fall in love with you by your gestures, you want me to wear this dress tonight, fine. Kabir thinks not bad, I will be close to you then you will be in my arms. She says I also have a gift for you, Vansh. He leaves. She keeps a box for Vansh. She says you will wear this in the function tonight. Angre asks what happened. Vansh says Chang won’t sit quiet, enemy gets dangerous when he is silent, we have to increase the security. A man spies on them. Vansh says Chang thinks I cheated him, he can target any family member, I feel he will attack soon. The man aims at Vansh. Angre says don’t worry, I will see. Vansh goes. Riddhima feels nausea again. Siya asks are you okay. Riddhima says I feel like vomiting. Siya asks is there any good news, I will get tamarind and raw mangoes. Riddhima says I have gifted this suit, it looks good, right. She goes. Aryan says Ishani, Vansh always wears your designed clothes, what happened today. Ishani says clothes don’t matter, love matters. Aryan says exactly, Vansh changed after marriage, else how would that tradition break, Vansh showed who is more imp in his life, we must know that Riddhima will be his priority. She says he can’t change, he loves me, Riddhima can’t be his priority. He says all is well saying doesn’t make it fine, whom would Vansh save between you and Riddhima. She says of course, he would save me. He says you are too sweet. She asks whom would he save. Kabir says you have another brother, I won’t let anything happen to you, like I didn’t let anything happen to Vansh. Siya asks Ishani to cut the cake. The sniper uses poison. Vansh makes Ishani wear the tiara and says now my princess looks perfect. Kabir tries to touch Riddhima. Vansh calls Riddhima. Ishani makes a wish and cuts the cake. The sniper aims at Vansh.
Vansh and Riddhima wishing happy birthday to Isha as she cuts the cake. They dance with Ishani and others. Kabir looks at them. A shooter aims gun at the Vansh and Riddhima, but the latter are busy dancing with everyone. Vansh hugs Riddhima while dancing. He wishes Ishani happy birthday again. Ishani says lets all pose for the family portrait together. Vansh says lets do that. Someone calls Shooter. Shooter says although he is taking time, but will complete the work and return. Ishani asks Kabir to come and pose for the family portrait, says you have saved Vansh and the portrait is incomplete without you. Kabir comes and stands beside Vansh. The photographer is about to click the pic. The shooter shoots poisonous dart on them, but Vansh sees it at the right time and pulls Riddhima.
The dart pierces in Ishani’s hand. Kabir asks Vansh to be with Riddhima and tells that he will check the shooter. Vansh asks him not to leave him. Kabir runs behind the shooter. Vansh gets worried for Ishani as she is pregnant. Kabir chases the shooter and asks how did you think of killing Riddhima, I can’t leave without her and loves her. He says if she had died then I would have died with her too. He beats the shooter badly and brings the stone to hit him, but just then Aryan comes there and stops him from killing the shooter. Kabir says ok and asks him to go to Ishani. Riddhima tells that Doctor is coming. Vansh asks Ishani to be in her consciousness and tells that he will not let anything happen to her and her baby. Doctor comes there. Vansh tells that nothing shall happen to Ishani and the baby. Doctor says let me check. He says we have to do surgery as the condition is critical.
Everyone go out of the room. Vansh fires the gun in his hand. Riddhima comes there and says it is not your mistake, why are you punishing yourself. He says someone cheated me and when the enemy attacked me, the dart hit my sister, who is pregnant, I couldn’t protect her. He says Chang’s enmity is with you and tells that he will not leave him. Riddhima asks him to calm down and tells that Ishani is in danger and asks why are you saying this. Vansh says my family is in danger, I will search Chang and will send him where he wants to send my family. He holds her hand tightly, then realizes and says sorry. Riddhima asks him to handle himself and says right now Ishani is our priority, when she gains consciousness, then she will ask about you, Doctors are treating her, nothing will happen to them. Aryan comes there and tells that Doctor came out of Ishani’s room.
Doctor says we have to do a surgery, she is in critical state. Another doctor says we can’t shift her to hospital, Mr. Vansh, your sister’s survival chances are less. Kabir catches his collar and says I don’t know what I will do if anything happens to Ishani and her baby, she is our life, our sister, you will die badly if anything happens to her. Aryan stops Kabir. Vansh says sorry from his side, please save Ishani, please. Siya and Riddhima cry. Chanchal says Ishani had much blood loss, its a dangerous sign. Riddhima says we don’t have to lose courage, Bappa and Mata Rani will help us even this time. She goes to pray. She gets dizzy. Kabir holds her and stares. He asks her to look at her state. Riddhima says I m fine, I have come to pray for Ishani.
She feels nausea again. Kabir kisses his hand which held her. She says I can’t tell Vansh about my health, else he will worry. She prays for Ishani and her baby. She cries. The diya blows off. Dadi shouts no. Riddhima worries. Doctor says we tried our best, really sorry, we couldn’t save mum and baby, we could just save Ishani. Doctor says we are glad that we could save Ishani, just either of them could have been alive. Vansh recalls his words to Ishani. Doctor asks him to be strong, meet Ishani in some time. Vansh thinks I have no courage to face Ishani. Riddhima says I can understand your pain, Ishani needs you right now, you have handled her always.
Angre sits aside in shock. Vansh goes to Ishani. He recalls his words. Ishani looks at him and asks did anything wrong happen, why do you have tears in eyes, is my baby safe. Vansh worries. Riddhima hears a doctor talking on call and saying patient’s symptoms are of pregnancy. Riddhima thinks my symptoms are same, it means I m pregnant.
