She closes eyes. Iss ishq mein marjawan…plays…. He takes her to the hospital. He asks her to open eyes. Anupriya sits in the police jeep with Kabir. Dadi scolds her. She prays for Riddhima. Vansh sees Riddhima getting treated. He says oh no, my Riddhima can’t leave me. He recalls Dadi’s words.

Vansh runs to the hospital temple and prays. He saves the flickering diya. He says I didn’t pray for myself, but I m asking for Riddhima’s life today, return my Riddhima to me, I know Riddhima loves you a lot, but maybe she loves me more than you, I have first right on her, you can’t call her to you, you have to return her to me. He holds the diya in his hand and bears the pain. Doctor says she is no more. Riddhima gets conscious. Nurse says she is alive. Doctor says its a miracle, how is this possible. Vansh comes and hugs Riddhima. He says Riddhima, thank God you got fine. Doctor says she got a new life. Vansh applies his blood as sindoor to her. She says Vansh… He asks her to take rest. Doctor says she will recover if she rests, you also take some rest. Kabir whips himself in anger and recalls Anupriya’s arrest. He says I will not leave you Vansh and Riddhima. Its morning, Riddhima wakes up. She sees Vansh sleeping on the sofa. He makes her wear mangalsutra. He says you are just my Riddhima, I m just your Vansh. Ishq mein marjawan….plays… He goes to talk to the doctor. He says I will ask when you will get discharged, I have to inform family that you are fine. She says I hope Dadi is fine. He says Dadi will be fine if you are fine. He goes. Angre says Dadi, Riddhima got conscious, she will be fine soon. Dadi thanks Bappa. Ishani asks her to have medicines. Dadi says I was afraid, but I had faith that Vansh and Riddhima’s love is true, they are still together. Angre says she will soon get discharged. Kabir looks on and says come soon, I will make special preparations to welcome you.
Vansh takes Riddhima in the car. They leave from the hospital. Someone had damaged the oil tank. Riddhima says I understood how you played Vihaan, how did you know Anupriya’s truth. He says you are forgetting my name, there is no secret made that can be hidden from me for long. FB shows Vansh sees Anupriya injecting some drug in the saline. Anupriya says Siya, you want to tell the secret to everyone that I killed your mum, right, just wait for some miracle. He gets shocked. FB ends. Vansh says Anupriya… I don’t like to call her mom, I decided to expose her truth, she did this for Kabir, I got her handcuffed by Kabir’s hands. Riddhima thinks I m going to start a new life, but I have to tell him every truth regarding my past.
Riddhima getting a call. The girl asks can I speak to Riddhima, I need to talk something imp. Riddhima asks do I know you. The girl says that’s not imp, listen to me. Vansh asks Riddhima to hear music, music therapy is good. The girl hears his voice and disconnects. Riddhima says that girl said she has to say something imp, then she disconnected. He says its marketing funda. She says right. She rests on his shoulder. They smile.
She asks why are we going this way. He says we also deserve some happiness, I thought we should spend some quality time, I mean we didn’t even celebrate honeymoon. She says but Dadi. He says I love Dadi, but it will be awkward to get her on our honeymoon. She says I meant Dadi would be waiting for us. He says I m waiting for you since months, just you and me tonight, I booked a room at a beautiful resort, the night will be ours, are you with me. She holds his hand. The car breaks down. He says I will check the car and come. He sees the oil marks. He asks her to come out. He says petrol was leaking, we didn’t know, its a big problem. She asks what will we do now. He says we won’t get help here. She says we may get help there. He says not bad, maybe Lord changed our honeymoon location, come. They go to see the place. She loves the flowers.
He says fate surprises more than expected, our car broke down and we reached here. She says its like a dream. He says everything will be beautiful than dreams, there won’t be anything less left, I won’t regret if life stops here. The flowers shower down. She says I wish this time halts here. He says I m really getting peace, a new start for our relation and life. She thinks misunderstandings always spoil things, I want to tell him the past. She says I want to tell you something before we step in new phase of life, its true that when we got married, I didn’t love you. He says sit, when destiny wants to unite two people, it finds a way, we are poles apart, fate united us, our relation passed tests, today our feelings are different. She says please let me complete, its serious, I want to tell about my past. He says past isn’t our present or future, we have to make it more beautiful, forget it, we got this today with difficulty. He says there is a surprise for you in bathroom. She asks what, is this surprise your plan. He smiles and says you question a lot. She keeps the letter.
She says Vansh its necessary that we have to make a new start, I just hope you forgive me. She goes. Vansh is on call. She hears some footsteps. She moves the curtains. Someone catches her and tries to suffocate. She uses a spray on him and runs. She calls out Vansh. Vansh asks what happened. She says come with me, someone wanted to kill me, that person was here. He looks around. He says I think maybe it was some thief, you okay, if you feel uncomfortable, then we can go home. She says no, I m feeling better, you arranged a lovely surprise. She gets ready and thinks Vansh didn’t forgive me. Vansh presents the rose. She happily cries. Dil ye tere bina….plays….
