Mayumi asking Zoraya if she remembered her from their childhood pageant days.
Zoraya said it didn’t matter because her issue with Mayumi was cheating her way to winning an award. Mayumi tried to explain to Zoraya that Isabelle lied to her but Zoraya was not interested in listening. Mayumi attacked Isabelle instead until the others at the party stopped them.
Francis went to visit Hernan at his house. Hernan is now able to speak even though his speech is slurred.
Francis asked about Isabelle and Hernan told him that she went to a party. Francis visited Isabelle again the following morning and tried to spy on her by going through her phone but he couldn’t unlock it. When he was there, Isabelle received a call from her attorney saying that her lawsuit has been dropped.
Mayumi also got a call from her lawyer and she was given the news that her lawsuit against Isabelle wouldn’t push through because they didn’t have enough evidence. Mayumi was frustrated because she wasn’t able to seek justice for Luisa.
Jigs continued to go to the hospice because he was suspicious about Froilan going there to see Luisa. He pretended to be Froilan’s assistant and the workers told him that Froilan usually visited Grace when he came to deliver their vegetables.
Jigs went to look for Grace and went to Luisa’s room.
Luisa was in the bathroom so Jigs didn’t see her. He asked Grace if Froilan visited anyone at the hospital and she said that Froilan came to see her because he was courting her. Jigs didn’t believe her because Jigs liked Isabelle. Luisa spoke from the bathroom and Jigs wanted to know whom that was. Grace said it was a cleaner called Rosa and told Jigs to leave. After he was gone, Grace told Luisa that they had to escape because Jigs had found them.
Mayumi was taking a nap at work and she had a dream about Luisa. She dreamt that Jigs found and shot Luisa. Sasha woke her up and Mayumi said that she probably had the dream because she was yet to make those who hurt Luisa pay.
As Jigs was leaving the hospice, he overheard the nurses talking about a woman that Grace was taking care of and they found ashore. He realized that Grace lied and went back to find her. When he got to their room, they were already gone. He went outside to look for them but a guard stopped him. Jigs took his gun and asked if there was a patient called Luisa there. The guard said he didn’t know and Jigs had to run away because he heard police car sirens.
Grace helped Luisa escape the hospice but they couldn’t get a taxi.
Froilan pulled up in his truck and told them to get in the car. Luisa didn’t want to because she didn’t trust Froilan but Grace told her they didn’t have a choice. During the ride, Luisa told Froilan to tell her who asked him to kill her if he was really repentant. Froilan couldn’t expose Isabelle so he said it was Daphne.
Froilan brought them to Grace’s house where they were safe from Jigs. Luisa noticed that Grace had a fever so she decided to take care of her.
When Froilan saw Jigs, he swore that he had not seen Luisa. To convince Jigs, he offered to help him find her because he too needed the money. He offered to look at the hospice but Jigs asked him to find Grace’s address.
Isabelle was eager to participate in Zoraya’s competition and told Hernan that they needed it to keep the company afloat. Hernan asked if the company was having problems and Isabelle said it was an effort for them to get more clients.
Mayumi was able to find Zoraya’s impression of her by helping a girl at a pagent win the crown. The girl praised Mayumi so Zoraya decided to let her compete at the competition she was holding.
