The legal wife episode 1, The episode starts with little Ica singing in a competition and wowing the audience with her voice . The crowd cheer her but suddenly she goes off key but managed to sing on and they applaud her. She wins and dedicate the gifts to her parents as she answers her question correctly. She shows how proud she Is of her parents. They leave for home and his father and mother shower her with love. Her father out her to bed when they got home and the next day little Ica gets ready for school after they ate breakfasts. They got to school and Ica’s friends shower her with praise for winning. She sees an ear ring and yearns for it.

The mail post delivers a telegram to Eloisa Ica’s mother and she reads the letter and its state’s that her husband has returned because his father had passed away . At the funeral , people grieve with Javier over the lost of his dad and some people giggle about the whereabout of his wife and he hears them. Ica managed to convince the lady to give the the rings for the price she gave her and she becomes so happy.
Eloisa shows the telegram to Dante at the shore and she tells him that her husband has come back after seven years and she doesn’t know if they can talk normally when she meets them. She tells her that she hopes that she can be a mother to her two sons and Dante asks how about Ica and Eloisa says that’s Javier is the biological daughter of Javier and they both know that. Eloisa tells Dante that she will leave for manila the next day and Dante promise to go with her but she says no.
A throw back is shown where Eloisa is singing and people are cheering her up and they cheer themselves up. She was forced to marry Javier by her mother because he is educated and has money and she promise to elope with Dante because its his life. She tells Dante to go ahead and find lives for himself because she is going to marry someone else and she married Javier as people cheer them up and Dante stands outside crying. She gives birth to two boys and meets Dante when she goes to pick up a ball while playing with his boys and Javier comes to meet them and mistreat her and runs away with Dante and Little Ica.
Back to present Ica closed from school and asks of his mother and Dante tells her that she has gone to the church to pray.
At Javiers house,the kids ask when they are going back and and Javier tells them they will be staying there for now since they are going to run his fathers business.
Back to Dante’s residence little Ica surprise her parents with the rings she bought and she makes them get married infront of her as the symbol of their love and they become so happy.
Dante meets Eloisa crying and asks how she is feeling and she says that she is feeling scared because of tomorrow and Dante agreed to go with her to Javiers place tomorrow and Ica stares at them happily from afar.
The next day they leave and Eloisa flashes back on when she gave Monica to Dante to take her away while she goes to pick her two boys and Javier grabs her and kicks her away from the house. And when she meets Dante again asking her to allow him to be his Family.
The gets to their destinations and meets Reuben dantes cousin who takes them to her houses.
Javier gets a letter from Eloisa he reads that she wants to meet him at the church premises and she hopes they can talk amicably for the sake of the children.
Eloisa bids goodbye to Dante and Monica and tells her that she will introduce someone to her after she gets back.
Javier gets to the church and waits patiently for Eloisa to come. She gets there but doesn’t see her. Ica plays with her friends and meets an accident . She is rushed to the hospital and Javier gets home all angry beause she couldn’t meet Eloisa and his sons ask him what’s wrong. The maids tell Javier why Eloisa couldn’t come and he rushed to the hospital and offers to take her a better hospital.
She speaks with Javier and they spoke of what happened in the last and Javier tells her she despises her for what she did and that now she wants her daughter back because she brought all this on herself. She begs that children shouldn’t be separated from her and Javier tells her that if she wants to see her children she should come back to him.
They transfer Monica to another hospital.Dante rushed to the hospital to see Ica but he is not allowed to see her and Ica wakes up at the sound of dantes voice and she asks why is sad is not there . She lies to her. Eloisa tells her about her new life that she is about to face and she tells her mom that’s should stop kidding and Eloisa couldn’t stop crying. Eloisa gets home and Dante hugs her and thanks Dante for all that he did for her and her daughter and asks for forgiveness since its the end for them and she runs away giving him the ring that Ica gave them.
