Justine calling Enzo to ask if he had found Calvin. Enzo told her that Calvin was arrested and Justine asked which police station he was at so that she could there.
Olivia’s lawyer told her that the only way they could get Calvin free was to talk to Joseph so that he wouldn’t file any charges. Matilda didn’t want them to beg Joseph but Olivia told her that they couldn’t let Calvin go to jail so they had no other choice.
Obet arrived with Raquel and told Joseph that it was his chance to take revenge against the Buenavidez family. He therefore advised Joseph not to drop the charges. Olivia went to speak to Joseph and even knelt before him as he begged him to drop the charges. Obet told Joseph not to consider it because Calvin must pay for what he had done. Matilda also pleaded with Joseph and asked them to send him to jail instead of Calvin.
Raquel joined the argument and Olivia asked to talk to Joseph for the sake of Calvin so that he wouldn’t end up in jail. Joseph was moved by their appeal and Obet got mad to see that he was actually considering dropping the charges. He stormed off and Raquel followed him. Obet said that Joseph never considered his opinion but Raquel told him that Joseph was only thinking of Calvin’s welfare. She asked him not to harbor any hatred in his heart and let the law deal with Calvin instead.
Hazel arrived at the station and found Justine there. She told Hazel that she felt at fault because she had told Calvin that they shouldn’t be friends anymore.
Anthony asked to talk to Calvin in private and tried to convince him to reveal the truth about why he wanted to take the DNA tests. Calvin cried and told Anthony that he couldn’t do it. Anthony did not want to pressure him so he said that it was fine. He hugged Calvin but Calvin suddenly had a breakdown and hit his head on the wall.
Enzo took a moment to speak to Joseph as well and told him not to let Calvin go to jail because he wouldn’t be able to handle it.
Calvin hurt his head badly and had to be rushed to the hospital. Joseph was sympathetic upon seeing what was happening to Calvin so he dropped the charges against him. He told Hazel that he felt guilty for pushing Calvin while knowing he was sick.
Obet was mad when he heard that Joseph dropped the charges and told him that he would regret it later on. Joseph was torn between taking care of Calvin and what Obet said and started to wonder if he had done the right thing by dropping the charges.
Obet went to see Arthur to tell him what happened and Arthur said that Joseph did not value his opinion and that was why he didn’t listen to him.
Olivia’s lawyer told her that Joseph already dropped the charges but they had to prepare themselves since there would be a lot of question about what happened.
When Calvin woke up, he was still worried about the case since Joseph wouldn’t stop investigating. Olivia however told him to focus and getting well and she would take care of everything.
Romeo went to see Joseph to ask him what happened at Anthony’s house. Joseph said he didn’t know why Calvin had gone there. They wanted to know why he dropped the charges and Joseph said he only got a small wound and didn’t want to go to court over it. He added that he would never forgive himself if something happened to Calvin for what he did.
Romeo and Alfonso then went to see Olivia to ask about the case but she told them that the case was already settled and asked them to leave.
As Calvin was being discharged from the hospital, Enzo told him to tell him what he was going through so that he could be able to help him.
When Olivia brought Calvin home, Matilda demanded to know what was happening with Calvin because they were hiding something from her. She wanted to know why Calvin went to Anthony’s house. Olivia ultimately had to tell Matilda that Calvin was Dado’s son and he had gone to Anthony’s house to get the DNA test results proving it.
Since Joseph and Olivia wouldn’t talk, Alfonso asked the officers to go see Justine and invite her in for questioning. He also asked that they talk to Dado.
When the police went to see Dado to ask if he knew why Calvin would sneak into Anthony’s house, Dado said he didn’t know because Calvin didn’t break into his house. He therefore told them to ask Anthony instead.
Hazel visited Calvin to see how he was doing and told him that he was like a brother to them. Enzo came in and Hazel told him that she wasn’t going to stay long. Enzo said she could stay but Calvin asked her to go since she had class. Enzo was on his way to school and asked Hazel to ride with her. She wanted to refuse but Enzo insisted so that she wouldn’t be late.
