Sarsati in being treated in the hospital room, Chahat checks then explains that there are aberrations on her knee which are fresh and so she feels that there has been some accident which has caused it, he decides to go and check what is wrong.
Neil is not able to find his sister, then wonders what might have happened to her, he listens to the yatri’s then decides to go and ask in the Mandir.
Mr Baig comes out, Baleq immediately asks him about Sarsati as if he is really worried, Mr Baig mentions that she is in critical condition but he cannot comprehend the reason because she was completely fine just two days ago, Baleq thinks that he thought she might have died but is still alive.
Neil reaches the Mandir, he is asking for his sister but they all have not seen her, he then goes to ask his uncle who explains that she did not come to the Pooja, Viyas gets really angry seeing Neil who is really tensed.
Baleq says that she was completely fine with him and how can she be in critical condition, as she was completely fine just before this while being with him, he thinks of what might happen and he wants that she die as then can he really win.
Gutambari says that even his sister has become like him as even she did not come to the pooja, she even insulted their father after he left and stayed back so he must go and check in the house, Neil says that he is coming from their house and she is not there and is not even accepting the call which is why he is asking them.
Chahat inspects that there is even bleeding and the child is in distress, Sarsati’s heartbeat stops, Chahat has to struggle to get back her vitals, she immediately calls for her father.
Neil asks Viyas that was his hatred not enough that even his sister left them so he must come as they have to find his sister, he repeatedly calls for Viyas to get up but he does not listen and starts to shout, this even makes everyone wonder, why is he shouting.
Mr Baiq is asking Baleq what has happened with his wife, as it seems like the case of domestic violence, Baleq seeing his men coming starts to put the entire blame on Mr Baiq mentioning that his wife was completely fine before coming to his hospital, he even has a witness who had seen Sarsati walking. Chahat asks Sarsati what has happened to her then goes to call her father mentioning that they have to hurry and operate on Sarsati as she cannot bear the burden of a normal delivery.
Baleq meanwhile is talking nonsense regarding Mr Baiq mentioning that he should have never brought his wife to the hospital of someone who is from another religion as then his wife’s condition got worse, Naveli also says that her sister was talking to her when she came to the hospital but they don’t know what injection did the doctor gave that her sister got in this condition, they ask Baleq to control himself as if this is because of the doctor then they will not leave him, Baleq wonders what will happen to her.
Mr Baiq is able to finally able to finalize the delivery, then the crowd outside starts to create a scene after which Me Baiq has to finally go out and call them to remain calm as otherwise Sarsati would not be able to survive, then they all go inside the room, Sarsati is asked who did this but when she points at Baleq he threatens Mr Baiq to harm him as he is the reason Sarsati is in this condition, she then dies and the crowd take Mr Baiq as a hostage and start beating him for not being able to save the wife of Baleq.
Neil asks Viyas what he is made up off as he was not able to be a father to him because of his religious duties but he will not let him ignore his sister as she is the only family he has, he tries to ring the bell so as to distract Viyas, who does not stop the rituals but gets angry.
Baleq says that he said to Sarsati that he none was able to save their self when he got angry with them, He killed her because she went against him and has died so now must see that she is dying and he is completely fine but she is just a human body, he will kill anyone who comes between his mission then he will do it.
Gutambari gets a call and is shocked to hear the news, she exclaims that nothing like this can happen, she calls for Neil and even everyone is confused, she exclaims that Naveli called her explaining that Sarsati ahs died in the hospital of a Muslim and she has left them all, everyone is in distress, Neil is not able to hear this news and cannot control himself, they all start to weep for Sarsati and even Viyas is not able to perform the Pooja.
Neel Is In A State Of Shock To Hear That His Sister Saraswati Has Passed Away. At The Hospital, Alekh Meets With Dr Baig And Accuses Him Of Killing Saraswati. He Even Points At The Fact That Baig Comes From A Different Religion And Perhaps Was Negligent With His Work. Dr Baig Tries To Explain How Bringing Religion Has Nothing To Do With What Happened To Saraswati. However, Alekh And The Others Abuse Dr Baig And Wreak Havoc In The Hospital. Chahat Stabilises The Condition Of Saraswati’s Newborn But Is Unable To Reach Her Father. She Is Certain That Something Bad Is Happening To Dr Baig.
Neel, Godavari And The Others Reach The Hospital When Alekh Steps Out With Saraswati’s Corpse In His Arms. He Meets Neel And Tells Him That Dr Baig Used Religious Conflicts To Harm Or Rather Kill Saraswati. Dr Baig Is Being Beaten To A Pulp And Tries To Defend Himself. However, Alekh Asks Neel To Decide What Kind Of Punishment Dr Baig Should Receive For The Death Of Saraswati. He Keeps Calling Dr Baig Someone Who Used Religion As A Means To Exact Revenge And Hurt The Opposite Person.
Neel Is Still In A State Of Shock And Doesn’t Know How To Respond To The Death Of His Sister. Alekh Holds A Sword In His Hand And Extends It To Neel. He Asks Neel To Do Justice To Saraswati By Slaying The Person Responsible For Her Death. Alekh And Naveli Smile At Each Other Which Godavari Notices. Neel Takes The Sword From Alekh’s Hand And Walks Towards Dr Baig. He Starts Yelling At Dr Baig For Killing His Sister. Alekh Then Creates A Diversion And Tries To Make It Look Like He Attacked Him.
Chahat Sees From The Window That Her Father Is Being Attacked And Also Notices That The Hospital Is In A Total Wreck. Dr Baig Escapes And Neel Chases Him Inside The Hospital. Neel Manages To Corner Dr Baig And The Latter Tries To Explain That He Didn’t Kill Saraswati. However, Chahat Saves Dr Baig And Helps Him Escape From Neel.
