Gutambari says that even when the body of Sarasvati has not gotten cold, Neil has brought his lover to their house, she points towards Chahat inquiring if she is not his lover as she saw them both taking the blessings of Sarasvati in front of Mr Baiq’s hospital, she says that he ahs insulted Viyas the most, Neil gets up thinking that Chahat is the only way to get to Baiq and so he will utilize the misconception that she has to find him. Viyas mentions that he now only cares for the final rituals of his daughter so will not wait anymore, then they plan to make preparations for the final rituals. Neil ties Chahat before leaving her.

Neil is preparing the final bed for his sisters last rituals, he remembers the bed which he made for his sister when she got pregnant so as to make her relax, he also remembers how they used to joke that he can become a carpenter if his restaurant business does not succeed.
Neil seeing Chahat goes to her warning that she should not even try to run away and also should not say anything to anyone until the time he comes back, Chahat sits there like a dead person.
The final rituals of Sarasvati begin, Viyas after reciting the Mantar, asks Aaleq to perform them but he stumbles saying that he cannot perform them with his burning hands, Viyas takes it from him, Neil comes explaining that it was only his sister who used to calm him down in any situation so he would be the one to make her leave for eternity of calmness, Viyas says that he cannot perform them as he does not even know the Mantar, to which Neil starts reciting them and lights the wooden pile upon which Sarasvati is lying down. Viyas doesn’t even move from his place.
Neil rises from the river, Viyas goes to him with a towel asking if they can remove the barrier that existed amongst them because they both were not able to fulfil their rights, the burden of removing their differences still lies on Sarasvati’s chest, Neil stops him saying that the mind which is full of revenge cannot accept love so he should not try.
Gutambari continuously scolds Chahat mentioning that he should not have come to their house because as soon as she came Sarasvati died so she has proven to be ill fated for their family, her neighbours plead with her to stop as it doesn’t mean anything, she exclaims that with Sarasvati gone she would have to do all the work of the house, then acts as if she really cares for Sarasvati, she tries to act as if she is getting dizzy, Naveli helps her going back into the house.
Chahat is really happy to hear that her father is still alive, she plans to warn him so that he does not come back to the village otherwise would be killed, she tries to reach for the phone which is left on the bed, but is not able to reach it because of the chain with which she is tied, she is about to get it when jamuna enters the house, she immediately runs back to sit not knowing how he will react, he comes to her then looking at which she might be trying to get, picks up the phone asking if she ahs to call someone then would just have asked, he takes the phone nearer to her, she hesitantly takes it and when she tries to call it gutambari snatches the phone from her asking who she was calling, Jamuna asks why did she do this and would have let her call her family members, Gutambari asks did she even say anything to her family members about her marriage,
When they both are scolding her, Viyas comes, he gets emotional hearing the call for Father, he thinks that it is Sarasvati but is shocked to see that it is Chahat, then wonders how much difficulty the society creates for the parents. Jamuna requests with Viyas to let her go back to her parents’ house then asks Chahat to come with him as he will take her to the bus stand, Chahat does not get up thinking about what Neil said.
Neil enters saying that she is his wife and he would not let her go anywhere as this is not the ritual of the family, he threatens to live somewhere else if they do not accept his wife, Gutambari tries to further instigate the situation by saying that Viyas would never accept a girl who came to their house without any proper ritual and after whose coming their house has gone through such sorrow, Neil asks her to stand up, they both walk away from the house, Gutambari exclaims that Viyas would never accept her as Neil’s wife, Viyas disagrees then says that he has accepted her as Neil’s wife and they both can stay in the same house with them all as a family.
Gutambari asks how can Viyas accept such a girl at this time, Neil takes her hand and is about to leave, Gutambari mentions that how can anyone accept the girl because of whose coming their family member died, Viyas mentions that he will allow Neil to marry her as it was the wish of Sarasvati to get them both married so he will accept their marriage.
Neil tries to explain the situation, Viyas says that he has not taken his blessings for the past fifteen years but he must accept the wish of his dead sister whom he considered to be his mother, he must stay in the house until he gets married after the mourning period is over, Neil tries to explain saying that he will not fulfil the rituals when his sister has just died, Viyas mentions that even when they both know how they feel for each other, he wants to fulfil the wish of her daughter so that when he prays looking at the sky, he is not ashamed.
Aaleq comes running, he exclaims that they all know Neil, he is sure that Neil will not fulfil the wish of his sister, Jamuna comes forward asking the name from Chahat, she after a pause says her real name which makes everyone angry after hearing it, then jamuna is asked to take her inside when Viyas asks him to do so, Neil stops them from taking her inside by saying that she must first be cleansed as Sarasvati would also want the same.
Chahat is thanking him for helping her as if he had not made the excuse then they would not be able to come out of the house, she claims that her father was really worried for his sister, when she was ill and he would be really happy to know that Neil saved the life of his daughter.
Neil is holding her hand really tightly and when asked he explains that the only reason he kept her alive was because he wants to reach her father because he is a murderer and a runaway, Chahat exclaims that he must not think like this as her father is not a murderer, and he only tried to help his sister.
Neil explains that he only wants her to tell the truth of where he father is, he keeps pushing her inside the river and keeps asking her where her father is, she keeps denying that he has done anything wrong, Neil also keeps pushing her in the river, when he exclaims that her father is a killer and he will not forgive him, she gets unconscious and starts to drift away in the water, Neil swims after her then brings her back ashore, where they both are catching their breath.
Neil says that he will not let her die so easily and he will kill her each and every day until her father comes to him, she says that she has been taught a lot of things but not to run away, she sticks on her view that her father is innocent, she even challenges him by saying that she will prove that her father is innocent, Neil accepts the challenge and asks her to hurry as he will never place the Sindoor on the mang of the daughter of a killer.
Aaleq is crying where Jamuna comes asking what has happened he exclaims that he was thinking of Sarasvati, jamuna mentions that she was a really nice girl, Naveli comes with the medicine and insists that she will apply it, then she says that he is a good actor, Aaleq mentions that there is nothing on this earth which he cannot handle.
Gutambari comes with a coat, she exclaims that she found in their house.
Aaleq informs that it belonged to Baiq who ran away and left huis coat, she plans to throw it but Viyas stops them by saying that they will see that the coat has drops of Sarasvati’s blood and so everyone in the family will hit it with stones until they find him, Aaleq also agrees with them all, Neil says that he is right and the first one to do it will be Chahat as she is the new member of the family, Chahat is hesitant but is forced by Chahat who says that she must all of her force and imagine that the disgusting Baiq is standing in front of her, she must hit him with enough strength that every bone in his body breaks, she takes the stone but remembers how her father used to make each and every thing for her, Neil asks why is she so nervous then also explains that she said to him that they must take revenge of his sister as she was not able to meet Sarasvati but will take revenge for her.
