Renuka and Roshni reached the house at the same time which made their first meeting awkward and hesitant. Renuka did not even speak to her favourite daughter-in-law and Roshni could clearly see that Renuka was still very angry with her. As soon as Renuka entered she touched Savitri’s feet. Savitri could sense the fury building inside Renuka. She warmly welcomed Roshni and reminded everyone that she was also a family member. Roshni hesitated to enter the dining hall but finally stepped inside after Tejas Paresh and Savitri requested her.
Things quickly got heated as Savitri sarcastically rebuked Roshni for leaving the house without solving anything. Renuka could not control her anger after learning about the betrayal and said she would never have brought Roshni back if she had known her real identity. In her rage Renuka was even ready to hit Roshni physically. Everyone got irritated by her furious behaviour because she refused to look at her own actions. Savitri tried to calm her down and explained that violence was not the answer and a malicious attitude always brought negative results. Still Renuka could not accept that a girl had lied about her father and uncle and continued the drama for so long just to deceive her in-laws. She demanded that Tejas divorce Roshni right away.
The family insisted on hearing Roshni’s side at least once saying it was unfair to throw her out without knowing the reason behind her behaviour. When Tejas could not make a decision Renuka directly ordered Roshni to leave the house immediately. Roshni stood up for herself and said it was a personal matter between her and Tejas to decide whether they should separate or not. Renuka tried to hit her again but Tejas stepped in front of Roshni and got furious. Suddenly he revealed that he already knew about Sultan’s true identity. Renuka was completely shocked and felt even more disgusted. She questioned why Tejas never told her. Savitri silenced everyone and asked Roshni why she had lied to the whole family.
Savitri brought a lit lamp in front of Roshni and asked her to swear upon the fire. She demanded that Roshni reveal all the truths and secrets of her life. Roshni felt deeply conflicted wondering whether she should finally tell everything or keep hiding. After swearing upon the fire she promised not to hide anything from the Deshmukh family anymore. Roshni then began narrating her life story. She said she and her father used to live in Dubai where her alcoholic father had an affair with another woman and eventually separated from her mother.
