Mannat wonders what Ibadat is planning now. Ibadat tells Subhan that she knew he would not listen to her warning and would continue his romance with Mannat. That is why she placed a camera in the guest room.

She shows the video to the judge, and he is shocked by what he sees. Ibadat admits that she was wrong and should not have behaved that way, but she was helpless at that moment. She asks what he would have done in her place. She says that she could not control her anger after seeing her husband with another woman.
Ibadat asks how he would react if his wife betrayed him and had an affair with another man in front of his eyes. The judge says that she does not know anything about his wife and that his wife would never betray him. Ibadat says that her husband betrayed her. She adds that her blood boils whenever she sees her husband with Mannat. She is also a human being and only threatened Mannat.
Ibadat asks Subhan to kill her and live happily with Mannat. She promises that she will not disturb them. She says that at least he can kill her instead of betraying her this way and then marry her sister. She says that because he is a man, it is easy for him to break his relationship with her. She is a woman and cannot simply break her relationship with him, so she is suffering inside.
Ibadat tells the judge that she burned the bed because she could not control her anger. She never tried to burn Mannat. She lost her temper after seeing Mannat on her bed and behaved that way. She says that if she really wanted to kill Mannat, she would have burned her instead.
Ibadat explains that Mannat is her enemy and has been taking everything away from her since childhood. She says that she sacrificed many things for Mannat, including her mother’s love, and asks how much more she is supposed to sacrifice. Mannat now wants her husband too. Ibadat asks why she should give Mannat her rights.
She says that Mannat keeps coming between her and Subhan and stops her husband from showing his love to her. Subhan calls it a drama, but the judge warns him. He says that Subhan had an affair and is now blaming his wife. He can clearly see who is lying and who is telling the truth. He says that he will file a case against both of them.
Ibadat stops him and says that Mannat is the reason Subhan changed. She says that Subhan is innocent because Mannat manipulated him against her. Subhan says that he is not a child who can simply believe everything Mannat tells him. He says that Ibadat is crossing her limits.
Ibadat tells him that he already crossed his limits with Mannat. She says that he was not like this before and that Mannat made her become this way. They continue arguing until the judge advises Ibadat to divorce Subhan.
The judge tells Ibadat that she is educated, beautiful and intelligent, so he does not understand why she is still refusing to divorce Subhan. He says that Subhan does not deserve her love and is a betrayer. He tells her that she can lead a happy life after divorcing him.
Ibadat says that she is scared of death. She says that she never snatched Subhan from anyone and gave him the chance to choose whom he wanted to marry. She also gave Mannat the same choice, but Mannat ran away from the mandap.
Ibadat explains that she married Subhan for her mother’s sake. She is ready to leave Subhan, but she cannot accept failure in front of him. She says that if Subhan had been loyal to her, she would have happily given his hand to Mannat.
She says that she gave everything to Subhan and he became her whole life. She remembers watching a romantic movie as a child and deciding that one day she would sit on the mandap with Subhan like the couples in the movie. At that time, she did not understand love, but she realised later that what she felt was love. She had loved Subhan since childhood, even though he never knew about her feelings.
When Subhan returned to India, Ibadat learned that he loved Mannat. She sacrificed her own love for his happiness and even risked her life to unite him with Mannat. But Mannat ran away from the wedding, so Ibadat married Subhan to save the family’s reputation. She says that their family reputation was ruined because of Mannat.
Meanwhile, Hameeda is busy on her phone when she notices Kashaf. Gazal hides after seeing Hameeda. Hameeda asks Kashaf why she is carrying such a big suitcase. Kashaf lies that it contains her hospital things. Hameeda offers to help, but Kashaf refuses and says that she can manage to send it to the hospital herself.
Hameeda tells Kashaf that the suitcase is very heavy, but Kashaf again says that she does not need help and will manage it. Later, Hameeda says that she forgot to buy some things and asks Kashaf about Dua. Kashaf lies that she saw Dua going out.
Dua’s phone suddenly rings. Gazal thinks that this is the right time to end Hameeda’s life. Meanwhile, Kashaf drags Dua inside the suitcase. Dua shouts for help, and Hameeda hears the sound and shares her concern.
Back in court, Ibadat tells the judge that she does not want to divorce Subhan because he is a good person. She says that she gave him the divorce papers when she realised that he was not happy with her, but he did not sign them because he felt he was doing wrong to her.
Ibadat says that Subhan is a good man who respects elders and is loved by everyone. She believes that he simply does not understand her heart yet, but one day he will understand her love.
Subhan becomes emotional while listening to her. Mannat fears that Ibadat might change his heart. She gets up and says that Subhan is innocent. She claims that he does not want to reveal the truth in court and says that she will not hesitate to reveal it herself.
Mannat tells the judge that Subhan wants to divorce Ibadat because she is a characterless woman, but he does not want to say that in court. Ibadat is shocked by her words. Mannat humiliates Ibadat and makes accusations about her character.
Subhan shouts at Mannat, but she asks him to stay quiet. She says that this is the last option for getting a divorce from Ibadat. She warns that the judge could send her to jail for giving a false statement in court and begs Subhan not to testify against her.
The judge scolds Mishra for failing to control his client. He says that Mannat has no respect for the court. Ibadat also asks Subhan to stay quiet because Mannat is not respecting the court.
Ibadat tells Subhan that he will get his divorce from her, but after that, he will not be able to face her because of the shame. Mannat stops Subhan from answering and says that he wants the divorce because he does not like seeing Ibadat’s face.
The judge scolds Mannat for interrupting the arguments without permission. Mishra apologizes and submits the form. Mannat tries to speak again, but the judge warns her. He tells her that she does not know how to speak in court and must speak from the witness box.
The judge says that Mannat cannot call Ibadat characterless without proof. Mannat says that she has proof and shows the judge a picture of Ibadat with Armaan. She claims that Armaan is one of Ibadat’s boyfriends and says that she does not have pictures of her other boyfriends.
