Sacred Love On StarLife Wednesday 8th October 2025 Update, Meher questions Ranbir and Meghla about Adrija. Meghla explains that Adrija is busy with work, but Meher gets upset and demands answers. She scolds both of them, and when Meghla tries to justify their decision, Ranbir steps in, saying leaving Adrija to complete her work was not a big issue.

Meher becomes furious and reminds Ranbir that Adrija has been taking good care of Zoravar, so her safety is their responsibility. She then criticizes Meghla for abandoning her sister. Ranbir tries to defend Meghla, but Zoravar confronts him and holds both responsible. Ranbir insists Meghla is not at fault, but Meher warns him to stop shielding her. She reprimands them both, especially Meghla, for neglecting Adrija. Meghla tries to explain, but Meher refuses to listen.
Balveer and Kamla believe Adrija stayed back because she is a perfectionist. Harman questions Ranbir about why Adrija has not yet arrived home. Ranbir tries calling her but fails. Soon, the family receives shocking news about a road accident and is horrified to learn Adrija is the victim. Meghla blames Ranbir for deciding not to wait for her, but he insists he had no way of knowing this would happen. He tells her to stop blaming him.
Meghla demands assurance from Ranbir about Adrija’s condition. Ranbir says he must go to the hospital and tries to calm her. The family decides to accompany him, but Meher tries to stop Zoravar, who refuses to stay back. Balveer advises Meher not to inform Balraj, and she agrees. As they leave for the hospital, Meher orders Meghla to stay home and rest, saying she has done enough already. Meghla is stunned and refuses, choosing to go to the hospital.

Chandan receives a call from a crying Meghla. Alarmed, he asks what happened. Mahua, awakened by the noise, takes the phone and also asks. Meghla tells them about Adrija’s accident, leaving Mahua shocked. As Meghla tries to reassure her, Mahua lashes out, blaming her. Meghla is deeply hurt by the accusation. Determined to see Adrija, Mahua and Chandan rush to the hospital.
On the way, Ranbir tries to calm Meghla, assuring her Adrija will be fine. Meghla, however, continues to blame him for Adrija’s condition and is overwhelmed by accusations. Frustrated, Ranbir loses patience and angrily declares everything is happening because of Meghla’s past mistake. Meghla is left speechless.
When they reach the hospital, the family learns Adrija is undergoing treatment. Zoravar suggests transferring her to another hospital, but the doctor advises against it. He informs them Adrija requires surgery. Ranbir takes charge of the pre-surgery formalities, and when Meghla offers to help, he tells her he will handle everything. Mahua and Chandan arrive, and Mahua breaks down while questioning the Bajwas about Adrija’s condition. Kamla pleads with her to stay strong, assuring her that Adrija is receiving the best care.
COMING UP
Mahua furiously blames Meghla for failing to look after Adrija. Ranbir intervenes, taking responsibility for what happened. Later, Meghla is devastated when she overhears the doctor telling Ranbir that Adrija has a high chance of losing her ability to walk after the surgery.
