Meher tries to convince Arjun to reconsider his decision to have a simple wedding. Arjun explains his reasons and tries to win over the family. Amarjeet complains about his choice, but Arjun stands firm. The family notices the change in his behavior.
Harman teases him, but Simran shuts him up, which pleases Arjun. When Ranbir and Meghla arrive, they support Arjun’s choice. Zoravar also agrees, surprising Meher. Param and the rest of the family appreciate Meghla for her bravery as Zoravar praises her and says he’ll take her to the award ceremony.
Later, Adrija hears the doorbell and receives the lab report. She recalls Ranbir’s promise to expose her and vows revenge. When Meher spots her, Adrija hides the report and dodges her questions. Adrija takes a photo of the report and alters it on her laptop, looking pleased with herself.
Ranbir and his cousins return from shopping for Arjun’s wedding. Meher scolds them for not including her. They apologize and promise not to repeat the mistake. Meher softens and asks to see what they bought. They show her and the rest of the family the items.
Adrija walks in and questions Arjun for keeping her out of the wedding plans. Ranbir says she isn’t part of their family. Adrija argues that the lab report hasn’t arrived yet, so he shouldn’t accuse her. Simran challenges her, but Adrija stands her ground.
A delivery person arrives and hands the lab report to Ranbir. Adrija pushes him to open it. Ranbir reads it and is shocked to see a negative result. Meghla shares the news with the family, trying to convince Ranbir that Adrija wouldn’t stoop so low. Zoravar stands with Ranbir.
Adrija then threatens to file an FIR against Ranbir for mentally harassing and defaming her, leaving everyone stunned. Meghla loses her temper and yells “Didibhai.” Ranbir asks Adrija what she wants from him. She demands that he divorce Meghla, shocking the entire family.
