Inside, the doctor discusses Adrija’s critical state with his colleague. He explains that she has lost too much blood and insists the family must be informed.

Elsewhere, Param questions Ranbir about Meghla’s whereabouts. Ranbir’s reply leaves him upset, so he presses further. Param reminds him that Meghla’s prayers had once saved Zoravar, but Ranbir brushes it off, saying it was the doctors and treatment, not her faith. He goes on to blame Meghla for their present troubles. Ranbir then says he will do everything to bring Adrija’s life back to normal and walks away, leaving Param hurt.
The doctor soon updates the family that Adrija’s condition is worsening. Mahua becomes hysterical while Chandan breaks down. Ranbir tries to console Chandan. Just then, Meghla arrives. Mahua immediately lashes out, blaming her for Adrija’s state. Ranbir asks Meghla where she had been. Meghla explains that she went to the temple to pray for Adrija. Mahua refuses to believe her. Ranbir pleads with Mahua not to accuse Meghla, admitting that he is the one responsible for Adrija’s accident. Chandan quietly pulls Mahua aside to calm her.

Meghla asks a nurse to place a puja flower near Adrija, which she had brought from the temple. At first the nurse hesitates, but later agrees. Meher criticizes Meghla for depending on God instead of doctors.
Inside the operation room, the nurse informs the doctor about the flower. Hoping for a miracle, the doctor allows it. The moment the flower is placed near Adrija, her pulse begins to rise. The doctors quickly give her more medicines, and her condition starts to stabilize. Outside, Kamla asks Mahua to be strong, but Mahua snaps and tells her not to interfere.
Simran tells Ranbir that Meghla is suffering the most, so he should support her. Ranbir says he is frustrated that Meghla is being blamed for a decision he himself made. At that moment, the doctor comes out and tells the family that Adrija is now stable. Everyone breathes in relief.
Mahua goes to see Adrija and comforts her, assuring her that everything will be fine. She warns her not to return to work once she recovers. But another family member interrupts, telling Mahua not to make such promises out of fear.
The doctor later returns with another shocking update. He explains that some of Adrija’s body parts are paralyzed, and she may never be able to walk again. The entire family is left stunned. Chandan breaks down, but Ranbir vows he will do everything possible to make Adrija walk again. The doctor, however, says the chances are very low. He further reveals that Adrija will never be able to conceive and advises the family not to tell her right now because she is too weak. Meghla and Chandan cry bitterly, while Zoravar blames Meghla once again. Ranbir and Chandan both defend her, asking him to stop holding her responsible.

I wish this Adrija part can be left out because it's boring it seems Sacred Love is only about Adrija not Ranbir and Meghla why can't the producer see that it's an interesting series but because of Adrija it has become boring
