Radha Mohan On Zee world Saturday 4th October 2025 Update, Yug gets in the jeep with Radhika. Poonam tells Yug that they will come in the car. Yug tells her there is no need for that. He asks her not to tell Manan about it and to take care of Manan. She nods at him. Gungun hopes Mohan doesn’t see Radhika. Yug asks Mohan to drive fast. He tells Radhika that nothing will happen to her. Gungun thinks that Radha became Radhika now. She recalls how Manan said Radhika is his mother. She thinks that Radha forgot them and moved on in her life easily. She decides not to recognize Radhika. She hopes nothing happens to Radhika because Radhika is in this condition because of her mistake.

Mohan asks her not to worry because Radhika will be fine. Gungun thinks that till now Mohan is sad because Radha left them, but he can’t handle it if he gets to know that Radha married someone else. Radhika puts her hand on Mohan when the jeep jerks. Mohan feels Radha’s presence. He recalls the moments he spent with Radha and he stops the jeep. He wonders why he is feeling Radha’s presence whenever Radhika is with him.
Yug asks Mohan why he stopped. He requests Mohan to drive fast. Mohan drives the jeep and reaches the city hospital. Gungun thinks that she should not let Mohan see Radhika’s face. Mohan moves towards Radhika. Gungun pretends like she twisted her leg. Mohan goes to Gungun. Yug takes Radhika inside the hospital.
Poonam lies to Yug that Radhika and Yug went to play Holi with their friends. Manan gets sad that his parents did not take him with them. Ketki convinces Manan. She sends Manan and Sargam to play with each other. Poonam thanks Ketki. Ketki tells Poonam that Manan will be busy and she will take care of Manan.
In the hospital, Gungun notices Radhika’s dupatta got removed. She tells Mohan that they should go home. Yug takes Radhika inside the room. Gungun gets relieved seeing this. Mohan asks Gungun how can they leave when Yug is in problem. He says that Yug’s family is their neighbors so he won’t go anywhere until Radhika becomes fine and goes inside. Gungun says that she can’t help Radha because Radha left them without caring about them. She adds that they don’t have any relation with Radhika.
Poonam tells the security guard to collect all the CCTV footage. Meera tells her that they should hand over the culprit to the police. Poonam murmurs that Yug will kill the culprit.
Doctor tells Yug that Radhika is fine and she will regain consciousness soon. Yug gets relieved hearing this. Mohan wonders who is responsible for the accident. Gungun tells him that a car hit Radhika. Yug asks Gungun about the car. Gungun lies that she could not see because it was colored. Yug tells Mohan that he won’t spare the culprit. Gungun tells Mohan that she is tired and Radhika is fine so they should go home. Yug thanks Mohan for everything. Mohan tells Yug that CCTV cameras would have captured everything so they can catch the culprit.

Nurse informs Yug that Radhika regained consciousness. Yug asks Mohan to meet Radhika and goes inside the room. Yug stares at Radhika. Mohan tries to see Radhika’s face from outside the room. Gungun tells Mohan that they can meet Radhika later. She takes him from there.
Yug tells Radhika that he is glad she is fine. He says that he won’t spare the person who is responsible for this. Radhika asks him to leave it. He asks her whether she saw the culprit’s face. She recalls how Gungun hit her. She tells him about Gungun. He asks her whether Gungun is responsible for this. He says that he suspected Gungun and leaves from there. He sees Mohan leaving from there. He says that he won’t spare Gungun. He returns to Radhika’s room and tries to call someone. Radhika asks him to listen to her once. She tells him that Gungun helped her. She says that she doesn’t know who hit her. He tells her that he misunderstood. Nurse informs them about Radhika’s discharge.
On the other hand, Manan plays with Sargam and thinks about something. Sargam asks Manan what happened. Manan says that Radhika did not return yet. Sargam tells him that Radhika will be fine. Manan asks her what happened to Radhika and cries. Ketki tells him Radhika got injured but Radhika will be fine. Pari gets angry and scolds Ketki for telling the truth to Manan. Ketki tells Pari that her family doesn’t lie like the latter’s family. Meera tells Ketki that Mohan reached home so they should leave.
Yug brings Radhika there. Poonam tells Radhika that she is glad she is fine. Mohan’s family leaves from there. Later, Yug watches the CCTV footage and realizes that the accident footage is missing. He asks the security guards about the missing footage. Security guards get scared. Yug asks them why the accident footage is missing. One of the security guards tells Yug that maybe the accident footage got deleted. Yug says that he has to teach a lesson to the person who hit Radhika. He says that he needs CCTV footage to see the culprit’s face. He adds that he will find the culprit no matter what. And he leaves from there.
Mohan recalls how Yug behaved in the hospital. He tells himself that it seems like Yug loves Radhika so much that’s why Yug behaved like that. He calls Yug to ask about Radhika. Radhika hears Yug’s phone ringing sound. She tells Yug, who is in the bathroom, that his phone is ringing. She doesn’t get a response from Yug and she takes Yug’s phone.
