Episode starts with Malhar coming to Kalyani after getting his wound bandage. Kalyani asks him about their baby. Malhar says I will not let anything happen to our baby. He is fine. She signs him to come near her and kisses on his cheeks. Main Toh Tere Naal Hi plays…..Malhar smiles looking at her. Sona Sona itna Sona plays…..Kalyani smiles and gets emotional. He wipes her tears. She cries.

He signs her not to cry. Kalyani keeps her hand on her chest. Doctor tells that they will do sonography. Kalyani asks if anything will happen to our baby. Malhar asks her to relax. Doctor does the sonography. Kalyani tells Malhar that their baby is gone. Malhar asks her to calm down. Kalyani says she has checked on the net. Malhar asks her to stop checking on net and trust doctor.
He asks her to stop and says baby is small like a lemon. He asks her to see their lemon, mean their baby. Doctor asks Kalyani to see the baby. Kalyani tells Malhar that he would have told this without scolding her and says our baby is cute, says don’t compare our baby to any vegetable. She says I want to have achaar. Malhar asks if I am pregnant as even I want to have achaar. Kalyani laughs. Malhar gets a call and picks it.
He asks Sarthak what happened to Moksh, why is he taken to hospital. Kalyani asks what happened to our Billu? In the hospital where Moksh is admitted, Doctor asks Nurse to increase the oxygen to 3 litres. Malhar reaches there and asks if there is anything to worry. Sarthak says he had turned blue and that’s why we brought him here. Doctor says it is not good for him, we have to get the transplant done soon. Kalyani talks to Moksh and says once your brother or sister comes, then you will become fine, till then you have be strong. Doctor tells Malhar that she has applied for donor. Kalyani says she is carrying this baby for Moksh. Malhar tells that I have applied for it as I was not sure that Sampada will agree for IVF. Rao comes there and asks Malhar to come out. He tells him that Atharv is critical. Malhar says Atharv can’t die, he needs to be alive for Kalyani’s bail.
Sampada comes there and says she heard about Moksh. She says she came here for regular checkup and says our baby…Malhar asks her to be quiet and asks which baby, who is not in your womb. He says you hired an unwell woman Malti for the IVF and says how much you will stoop. Kalyani got the IVF done on herself and says there is a huge difference between Kalyani and you. He says he gets more respect for Kalyani day by day and he feels hatred for her (sampada). He asks her to leave. Aao Saheb holds Sampada’s hands and asks Malhar to arrest her, for her crimes with Atharv. She asks him to take out the old files. Sampada asks why you are saying this? Aao Saheb says I will not let your black reflection fall on Kalyani. She asks Malhar to arrest Sampada. Kalyani sings lullaby for Moksh.
Anupriya keeps hand on her shoulder and says forgive me, I thought you wrong. Kalyani asks why are you talking to me formally Aai. She feels pain in her stomach and tells her. Anupriya asks did you get hurt on your stomach. She goes to call Doctor. Kalyani asks Kaka why Aai is formally talking to her. Sarthak says anupriya is unwell and don’t remember the things. Kalyani feels more pain. Anupriya calls Nurse. Kalyani asks them not to tell Malhar about this, if he takes the wrong decision then my Moksh..Kalyani faints.
Doctor checks Malhar and tells that Kalyani is having internal bleeding and her body couldn’t bear the baby. She says we have to abort the baby to save Kalyani. Malhar asks what are you saying? He says there might be some other way and says what I will answer kalyani. He asks Aao Saheb, Sarthak and Anupriya to make Doctor understand that baby is very important for Kalyani. He says I can’t take decision as I have promised Kalyani that I will not let anything happen to Kalyani.
Kalyani is in the OT and says this baby is important for Moksh, don’t abort this baby. Doctor asks Malhar to take the decision fast. Aao Saheb asks Malhar to sign on the papers and says we will make Kalyani understand. Kalyani’s pulse drops and she faints. Nurse checks her and calls Doctor. She tells Doctor that pulse dropped and her BP increased. Doctor asks Malhar to sign fast and goes inside.
Malhar cries holding the papers. He imagines Kalyani coming to him and asking him to let her go, please…says if due to her death, if Moksh gets saved then let her go. She says she will go happily that she kept her Billu safe always. She asks him to let her go for Moksh. Malhar is shocked. His imagination ends. Sarthak asks Malhar to take the decision fast. Malhar is about to sign on the abortion papers.
Malhar telling Trilok to become donor and tells that he will do anything. Trilok asks him to send Kalyani to his house tomorrow. Malhar hits him angrily and warns him not come infront of him, says your life is in danger. Trilok says Moksh’s life is in danger for now. Malhar says I am enough for you and you can’t harm my son. Trilok asks him to keep his mind calm and go home. He says when Kalyani comes to know about her abortion, you have to face her. He asks Malhar if he is shock and tells that he has done a research. Malhar says your death is in my hands. He goes out of the wresting ring. Trilok smiles. Aaya Police plays….Malhar walks out.
At the hospital, Anupriya and Sarthak are in the hospital with Kalyani. Sarthak asks Malhar if Trilok Marathe is ready to become the donor. Malhar says I couldn’t talk to him today, will talk to him tomorrow morning.
He asks Anupriya if everything is fine. Anupriya tells that Doctor said that Kalyani will get consciousness by morning. Malhar keeps his hand on her head and cries. He asks them not to tell Kalyani about her abortion, says I will tell her. Anupriya says how she will felt when she comes to know that her baby is aborted. Kalyani gains semi-consciousness and calls Malhar ji. She asks him to take care of their baby, nothing shall happen to baby. Malhar cries badly. Kalyani says my Malhar ji never break my promise. Malhar cries. He asks them to go home and says I will be with Kalyani. Anupriya says I feel that you shall go home as Maa ji can’t handle Moksh alone.
Sarthak tells that Swara got mentally unstable and asks him to go home. Malhar hopes that Kalyani understands his helplessness and forgive him. He kisses on her forehead and calls someone, asking to get information of someone. Trilok is in the car and tells that until Kalyani comes to me….Malhar talks to Moksh and apologizes to him. He asks can you imagine your life without your Aai. Moksh nods no. Malhar tells that he will find a way, Trilok is not a good guy, tells that how to tell Kalyani that her baby is aborted.
Kalyani recalls Atharv telling her that both she and her baby will die. She gains consciousness and asks them if her baby is fine. They say yes. Nurse is about to tell her, but Sarthak assures her that her baby is fine. Kalyani tells that she is stupid and says when Malhar ji promised her, then her baby will be fine. Peon comes there and gives bouquet to her.
Kalyani says my Malhar ji does something romantic sometimes. She gets the note and asks them to close their eyes, as she will blush and it will be awkward for them. She opens the letters and starts reading..it is written that he felt sad to know that she has aborted her baby, asks her to stay strong and that he will not let anything happen to Moksh. Kalyani cries and asks who is this Trilok? She asks them why Malhar ji broke the promise? Anupriya says he didn’t do anything wrong. Kalyani cries and goes out.
Malhar comes there and asks why did you step down the bed. Kalyani pushes him and asks why did you betray me? She says you have killed our baby, knowing he was important for Moksh. Malhar says I was helpless. Kalyani says you have promised me. Malhar asks her to listen. Kalyani says nothing is left now. She asks if he will keep up his promise this way. Malhar shouts and tells her that he can do anything to save her life. Kalyani asks him if he forgot that she was carrying the baby for Moksh, says he can die.
Malhar saves her when the box falls down on her. He says Moksh is my son also, I will save him. Kalyani says I don’t trust you, now our ways are different. She says today you have broken your promise and our relation. She says she will take care of her son and will bring donor for him without his help. Malhar tries to stop her. She locks him in the storeroom of the hospital and goes out. Sarthak opens the door. Malhar comes out and asks who told Kalyani? Sarthak says we didn’t tell her. Trilok Marathe sent a letter to Kalyani, in which he asked her to meet him.
