Chandni taunts Annapurna over keeping pallu on head. She calls Annapurna shameless. Sheela asks Chandni and the ladies to listen. Everyone leaves. Sheela asks Dadi what’s happening, why did the house fights come out. Yashpal supports Annapurna. He says Sheela told house fights to the panchayat. Dadi says I know she is right, it does not mean everyone do wrong, my bahu won’t go out without pallu. She gets angry on Annapurna.

Durga locks Sanjay in the class. She says I will forget everything and give you to police if you do anything, think this is my last warning. 24 hours, I will throw you out, just because I hate you. She says you stay in your misunderstanding, you deserve this. She goes. He looks on angrily.
Annapurna thinks of Dadi’s words and stops. Yashpal holds her hand and takes her out. Dadi stops him and says bahu won’t go out of the house without pallu. Yashpal says forgive me, I have to do father’s duty than son’s duty, I will make Durga’s fear out of her heart. He asks Dadi to move and cries. Yashpal and Annapurna leave. People talk about Annapurna. Dadi looks on.
Sam comes to Durga and says I know Sanjay locked you, I don’t have proof for your innocence. She says I don’t know any proof. He says SP is big player, let me become president once and then I will get your respect. She says I can take care of myself, please stay away. He says I understand you can’t trust anyone, I can do anything to prove my friendship, I like very few people and you are one of them. She goes. He says she is not understanding. Yashpal and family reach the temple. Durga sees the ban on her. Aarti comes there and makes her fall down. She taunts Durga.
Durga gets up and cleans the dirt towards her. Aarti twists her hand and asks about slapping Sanjay. Durga says be thankful you were not in his place. Aarti says you will go out with defamation. Durga steps on her feet and goes. Everyone sees Yashpal and Annapurna. Chandni stops Annapurna and says we won’t let shameless people enter the temple. All the people get angry. Sheela asks Dadi to stop Yashpal. Yashpal asks them to listen. Dadi asks him to come with him. Yashpal says respect such pure place, let us go. Chandni says you insulted wife, what will you respect temple, we will not allow you to get inside temple.
the people asking Annapurna not to enter the temple. Durga is on the way and thinks of Sanjay’s words. The people get angry on Yashpal and Annapurna. Brij comes and stops the people. Yashpal says I will do aarti and go. Brij says its puja day, allow them. Chandni humiliates Annapurna. Dadi gets shocked. Chandni says we will not bear anything now, its too much. They all ask Annapurna to leave. Chandni pulls her hair. They all get shocked.
Dadi asks Chandni what is she doing. Durga’s friend informs her about Annapurna. Durga thinks about Yashpal’s words and the bitter past. Chandni gets a blade to make Annapurna bald. The men catch Yashpal. Dadi asks Chandni to leave Annapurna. Everyone shouts. Chandni scolds Annapurna. Durga screams and runs to Annapurna. Everyone
sees Durga.
The temple bells ring.Yashpal looks on. Durga runs like before. She takes a Durga Maa trishul and jumps to stop Chandni.
Durga makes Chandni fall down and scares her. Everyone look on shocked. Durga says don’t dare to say anything against my mum and dad, I will kill you and sacrifice in this temple. She scolds them for doing same mistake again, she was young that time, but today she will not bear any injustice, none has right to point finger at her parents, they can’t punish her family.
She says you all don’t know difference between right and wrong, showing power on innocent people does not make you great, my family will not bear the stain of my failure. Chandni asks will I worship you. Durga says you will respect my parents, you will call them here and make them do puja, when I win national championship. Yashpal and Annapurna smile. Durga says I will make this village name shine, I will run for my family, my mum’s upbringing is not wrong, my dad’s support was not wrong, I will show everyone that none can stop me from winning. The family smile.
Durga says just few months more, then you all will come to my house and wipe the stain by your hands, this is my promise. She asks Annapurna to come. Durga does aarti with them. Durga comes home and sees her medal. She recalls her past. She says Yashpal was right, I was afraid to face the world, now I understood my real motive, so I m starting my training from tomorrow. Annapurna does her tilak. Durga smiles.
