Love’s Complicated On Starlife Tuesday 21st July 2026 Update, Abhimanyu explains what DNA tests are used for. Manjiri gets scared hearing that some people use them to identify parents while others use them to learn about their children. Akshara notices Manjiri looking restless. Abhimanyu tells Manjiri not to worry because the test is simple. He starts cleaning broken glass pieces.

Akshara tries to help him but Abhimanyu stops her. Manjiri asks why they need DNA testing. Abhimanyu says it is to build a database. Manjiri questions why they are involving the Birlas. Abhimanyu replies that everyone knows about the Goenkas and Birlas but they are still clueless about Neel. He adds what if Neel needs it in the future.
Akshara asks Manjiri why she feels restless about the DNA test. Manjiri avoids the topic and thinks a secret hidden for years might come out tomorrow. She prays to God to protect her family.
Suhasini and Swarna look for a groom for Arohi. Kairav tells them to inform Arohi first. Arohi comes and says they should find a groom of her level, and if they cannot, they should leave it to her. She feels frustrated.
Akshara sees the adoption paper and wonders why Manjiri got so restless about DNA testing. Abhimanyu takes the paper from her hand and asks what she is doing with it. Akshara says it reached her by mistake. Abhimanyu tells her to ignore it and decides to sort out their differences.
Arohi thinks about how Akshara gets everything easily while she has to struggle for everything. Kairav talks to Arohi and reassures her that she can choose her own groom. Arohi thanks him for the support.
Abhimanyu and Akshara talk. Abhimanyu asks what he did wrong by correcting corrupt people at the charitable hospital. Akshara makes him understand that she can handle the people and situations herself. She promises to call him if she ever needs help. Abhimanyu feels convinced. Akshara tells him not to waste their time together. They share a warm hug.
Late at night, Manjiri has a nightmare. Harsh wakes her up and she feels terrified. Meanwhile, Akshara struggles to wear a saree. Abhimanyu helps her and they get romantic. Akshara asks him to take her on a dinner date and he agrees.
The next day Akshara gets scolded at work for coming late. She learns that the hospital needs a good doctor. Abhimanyu worries she might be upset because he got late. He gets shocked seeing Akshara has decorated his cabin beautifully. He stands surprised by the arrangements and feels smitten looking at her. Abhimanyu apologizes for being late. Akshara says she learned about her surgery and made the arrangements. She adds it is not the place but the feelings that matter. Abhimanyu pulls her closer. They plan to have dinner and go on a long drive. Abhimanyu praises how she looks in scrubs. Akshara says the scrubs belong to him so they feel comfortable. They eat together, dance, and spend quality time. Abhimanyu decides to take her to a suite he booked. Akshara feels shy.
They decide to go on a long drive first and then to the suite. Abhimanyu finds her cute in scrubs and thinks about getting her more. Shefali and Parth argue with each other. Shefali tells Parth to start a job since he is jobless. Anand asks them to stop fighting. Akshara sees the Birlas arguing about Parth’s job. Parth asks Akshara to make them understand how satisfying it is to do a dream job. Shefali wants him to rejoin his old job but Parth says he is not interested. Shefali questions if his ego will get hurt.
Parth asks Akshara for help getting a job. She tells him about a vacancy at her hospital and he decides to join. Mahima and Anand get furious at Akshara for misleading Parth too. They criticize her music background. Harsh tells Akshara that in every family one child is enough to insult them and in the Birlas Parth is already that one. He asks her to stop interfering. Parth takes a stand for himself. Abhimanyu arrives, gets angry seeing the Birlas judging Akshara, and supports her and Parth. Anand gets furious and wants to end the topic. Abhimanyu scolds Harsh for always disrespecting Akshara and says he cannot keep insulting her. Harsh asks if Abhimanyu cannot see anything beyond Akshara. Abhimanyu gets furious.
Abhimanyu later scolds Akshara for interrupting in family matters again despite her promise. Akshara explains that Parth himself asked for help. Abhimanyu tells her to stay away from his family issues. They argue when Akshara asks him to talk with Parth and Shefali about the job.
Harsh, Anand, and Mahima plan to celebrate foundation day for publicity. Harsh informs Anand that he made Arohi in charge of collecting DNA samples.
