Love’s Complicated On Starlife Monday 22nd June 2026 Update, Abhimanyu rushes around looking for a stretcher and tells the staff to prep the operation theatre right away. Anand, Mahima, and Harsh ask him about Manjiri’s condition. Abhimanyu says it’s serious. Another doctor offers to operate since she’s family, but Anand and Mahima refuse and say they will do it. Abhimanyu decides he will operate on her himself.

Akshara urges Kairav to drive faster. She keeps thinking about her moments with Manjiri and prays for her to be okay. Abhimanyu gets ready for the surgery. Akshara begs him not to let anything happen to Manjiri. He assures her he won’t. Parth shocks everyone by saying he will assist Abhimanyu. The police arrive and Harsh tells them to question him so the others can focus on the operation.
Abhimanyu jumps in and asks the inspector to find the culprit fast. He says the accident might have been a mistake but the person should never have left Manjiri lying there in blood. He is determined to punish whoever did it. Inside the OT, Abhimanyu, Harsh, Mahima, and Parth discuss the surgery plan. Manjiri’s health suddenly gets worse. Abhimanyu’s hands start shaking. Anand and Mahima tell him to stop and wait outside so they can take over.
At the Goenka house, Vansh tells everyone that Manjiri is in the hospital. Manish asks Arohi to come with them. She hesitates at first, but Manish and Akhilesh convince her to go. Once at the hospital, Arohi asks Neel about the accident. He says it happened near the temple. Arohi looks stunned.
Abhimanyu steps out of the OT feeling completely useless. Akshara and Harsh try to comfort him. He tells the inspector to bring him the culprit because he will kill the person. Kairav tells Abhimanyu to calm down. Arohi stands there frozen. The inspector decides to start questioning family members. Akshara agrees to support the investigation. The police begin with her and ask about her relationship with Manjiri. Akshara says Manjiri is like a mother to her, and since Abhimanyu is her fiancé, Manjiri is her mother too.
Elsewhere, Suhasini worries that Manjiri’s accident will bring even more drama. Akhilesh and Swarna calm her down. Arohi learns from Neel that it’s a hit-and-run case. Neel adds that once they catch the person, Abhimanyu won’t spare them. Arohi gets scared. Parth gets a call from Abhimanyu and tells him Anand and Mahima need him back for the next part of the surgery. Akshara boosts Abhimanyu’s confidence and tells him not to let anything happen to Manjiri. She runs to meet him at the OT. Arohi breaks down in tears.
Abhimanyu later tells Akshara that Manjiri is saved. Akshara feels so happy. Anand says she is under observation now. Mahima adds that one stage is clear but they will know her real condition once she wakes up. Abhimanyu agrees and says once they catch the culprit, he will not spare them. He even says he will kill the person. Arohi quietly walks out. Mahima wants to stay with Manjiri but Abhimanyu tells her to go home while he stays. He decides to change his clothes. Akshara tells Mahima, Parth, and Anand to head home too because Suhasini sent food for them. Mahima replies that it wasn’t needed since they have helpers at home when Manjiri isn’t around. Akshara gets upset.
Anand and Neel support Akshara and say they will eat the food later. Mahima gets angry. Akshara looks for Arohi. Arohi says she is going home. Akshara wants to go with her, but Arohi tells her not to irritate her and come back home later. Parth gets a call from Shefali. She says she has to go for live coverage. Parth gets mad that she always puts work first. They argue and he compares her to Akshara. Shefali gets upset.
Akshara comforts Abhimanyu and helps him fall asleep. While sleeping, he says he will not spare the person who tried to harm Manjiri. Akshara quietly leaves his room. Back at the Goenka house, Akhilesh and Swarna decide to postpone Abhimanyu and Akshara’s engagement until Manjiri gets better. Swarna says the culprit should get proper punishment. Arohi sits there stunned.
Manish and Akshara return home. Akshara says Manjiri is Abhimanyu’s whole world so it’s better to postpone the engagement. Later, Arohi sneaks to the accident spot to check if her car hit Manjiri. She hides and enters the restricted area. Arohi gets shocked when she learns it really was her car that hit Manjiri. She quickly escapes from there.
Akshara finds out Manjiri is stable and looks for Arohi. When Arohi comes back, Akshara tells her the good news and adds that the culprit will not be spared. Akshara meets Abhimanyu and asks about Manjiri. He says it is an important day for her. Both Akshara and Abhimanyu agree to postpone their engagement.
