Lost in love on starlife Tuesday 9th December 2025 Update, Omg so while Neil and Savi were just doing their thing and serving food, Govind suddenly drops to the floor like boom. Everyone panics and rushes to him. Neil checks his pulse real quick and it’s super weak, so he jumps straight into CPR mode. He tells Savi to call an ambulance ASAP. Thanks to Neil being fast and smart, Govind actually wakes up. Everyone is relieved, and Govind gets taken to the hospital. Sai tells Savi that Neil is honestly a good guy and she should let that inspire her to become a doctor like him. Savi quietly wishes he gets his memory back soon.

The next part gets kinda cute but also messy. Sai secretly tells Neil about Savi’s birthday coming up. So the next morning, Savi wakes up to a bouquet and a note from him saying he wants to make every birthday special, even if he doesn’t remember anything from before. She follows a trail of flowers and finds a saree as her first gift. Then she walks into the hall, and boom—flower petals everywhere and a whole surprise birthday party waiting for her.

Neil even gives her a gold chain and says, “I don’t know how I loved you before, but now I’ll love you every day in a new way.” He leans in to kiss her forehead but Savi stops him, telling him that she’s not his wife and Kian and Sai aren’t his kids. Then suddenly Neil faints—Savi freaks out—and then she snaps out of it because it was literally a dream. She hasn’t even told Neil the truth yet.
As she tries to get herself together, Leena walks off angry, and Vinod follows. Leena then confronts Savi, accusing her of confusing Neil and worrying he’ll forget his real family. Savi explains they’ll leave once he fully recovers. Later, Neil hears from Sai that Savi visited his parents. When Savi comes back, she gives Leena the birthday chain, saying she doesn’t deserve to keep it. Neil sees this and gets suspicious about their past.
Later that night, Neil starts asking Prachi and Yash about his past with Savi, but both of them dodge his questions. He gets frustrated and ends up drinking alone, thinking hard about why Savi is acting so distant. He tries to force himself to remember but nothing comes back, and he ends up breaking down. When Savi tries to stop him from drinking more, the bottle breaks and she cuts her hand.
Neil immediately takes care of her, scolding her softly and telling her he just feels this deep need to protect her. He admits he doesn’t remember anything, but he feels a strong bond with her and the kids. He even says, “If you leave me, I’ll be lifeless.” Savi starts wondering if he’s slowly falling for her again. When Neil asks her why she gave the birthday chain back, thinking maybe something bad happened in their past, Savi finally breaks down and hugs him tight.

She’s low-key boiling inside, thinking, “Savi, you’re enjoying this new family, but you’re keeping my grandkids away from me. I’m not letting this slide.
