Lost in love on starlife Thursday 11th December 2025 Update, Leena is talking to Bhagyashree, saying they can’t tell Neil the truth yet because he’s still healing. Leena says she will send the kids after a few days, but Bhagyashree is like, nope, she wants them now because she can’t live without them. Leena tries to calm her down and reminds her about their deal — that the kids would stay only till Neil gets better, and in return she’d help Bhagyashree get custody of Kian and Sai.

But Bhagyashree suddenly doesn’t care about any deal anymore and just wants her grandchildren. The tension gets too much, and she ends up having an asthma attack, making the call cut off.
Ridhi sees Bhagyashree struggling to breathe and quickly calls Savi for help. Savi tries to calm her over the phone and tells Ridhi to take her to the hospital while she rushes there too, leaving her phone on the dining table by mistake. Neil later spots Savi’s phone and decides to take it to her. When he asks Leena and Prachi, they lie and say she’s gone for a police raid, so he assumes she’ll pick up Sai from school and sits down to eat.

At the hospital, Savi hears from the doctor that Bhagyashree was brought in just in time and is now stable. She goes to the reception to make the payment. Meanwhile, Neil is packing Sai’s lunch when he notices Savi’s credit card was used at the hospital. He instantly senses something is off and runs there.
Prachi tells Leena, and soon the whole Pradhan family is also heading there. Savi goes back to see Bhagyashree waking up and asks why she keeps hurting herself like this. Bhagyashree blames Savi for separating her from the kids, and Savi tells her she only stayed with Neil because he got hurt saving Sai. Bhagyashree snaps back, and Savi says Neil isn’t her family — Bhagyashree and the kids are.
Neil overhears everything and suddenly collapses. The doctor gives him electric shocks, but then says Neil has slipped into a coma. Vinod asks when he’ll recover, and the doctor says no one can tell. Leena breaks down. Bhagyashree tries to give her water, but Leena refuses and blames Savi too. Savi leaves quietly after seeing Neil.
Back home, Sai comforts baby Kian, telling him they will go back to their mom when she returns. Savi comes home and tells Sai they need to go somewhere. She takes both kids to Bhagyashree, who gets emotional seeing them. Savi tells her that the kids are hers too and that she understands her pain. She says she doesn’t want to separate them anymore and that she knows the kids are happy with her. Savi hugs Sai and tells her to take care of Dadi and Kian. Sai says she loves her, and Savi walks away crying. Sai, confused, asks Bhagyashree where her mom is going and why she spoke like that, saying even “Pookie Baba” has been missing all morning.
