Lost in love on starlife Sunday 22nd January 2023 update, Jagtap tries to escape from the dacoit. dacoit shoots him. Jagtap falls down injured. Vithal alleges Virat of killing his son. Virat tells DIG that one of the dacoits shot Jagtap. Dacoits take Jagtap and another hostage back inside the hospital. Vithal accuses Virat of failing to save Jagtap from goon’s grip and threatens to malalign his image in front of media. Virat says his son is a murderer and they are trying their best to rescue the hostage. He warns Vithal to get out of the sight and let him perform his duty. DIG warns Vithal that he cannot report to media as per protocol.

Aswhini gets worried for Bhavani and Pakhi when they don’t return home from doctor’s checkup and over pone informs Virat that Pakhi and Bhavani had gone to Sai’s hospital for a checkup and haven’t return home yet. Virat says they are in trouble. Ashwini asks if their life is in danger. Virat says something similar and assures her to protect them. Inside the hospital, Pakhi assuers Bhavani that Virat will save them. Dacoits bring back injured Jagtap. Pakhi says Jagtap is punished for killing Samrat. Dacoit’s boss tells Jagtap that he knew he would do something and shouldn’t have let him out. Jagtap apologizes him and insists him to arrange a doctor for him or else he will die with pain.
Sai walks towards Jagtap. Boss asks if she wants to take her father and brother’s murder revenge from Jagtap. Bhavani asks Sai not to take law in her hands. Sai picks a scalpel and acting as slitting Jagtap’s throat asks him if he can feel the pain she is going through. Jagtap shouts in fear but then realizing she just acted pleads her to kill him. Sai says killing is his nature, saving lives is his nature. She operates on him and removes the buttlet. Virat tells Jagtap that his wife Sai would would have treated Jagtap by now. Vithal asks even after Jagtap troubled her so much. Virat seeks permission from DIG to go inside hospital to save hostages as he sent fake helicopter link to the dacoits and has only 1.5 hours to save hostages.
Jagtap thanks Sai for saving his life. Sai says once they get out of here, she will get him arrested. Jagtap says he himself will surrender to police. He messages Vithal that save removed bullet from his body and saved his life. Vital reads message tells Virat that he was right. Sai messages virat from Jagtap’s phone that she, Bhavani, and Pakhi are safe. Virat messages her to inform him a secret passage to enter the building. Sai messages he can enter via hospital basement’s pharmacy window. Virat recalls Sai offering him sweet curd and choc and replies they will meet soon and have same choc. Sai message to be careful as dacoits are very dangerous.
Jagtap thanks again to Sai and says he can see her love for Virat. Sai prays god to keep Virat sai. Jagtap says if someone loves them, nothing happens to them. Virat tells DIG that he will go inside alone as dacoits are dangerous and he cannot take risk his offers’ lives. He says he not only wants to save hostages but his family’s 4 members as his unborn baby is also stuck inside. DIG permits him. Ninad, Omkar, Mohit, and Pulkit reach there and question about Bhavani and Pakhi. DIG informs them about dacoits hijacking the hospital and keeping everyone as hostages. Omkar blames Sai as usual. Virat says they can argue here while he enters the hospital. DIG asks him to go. Ninad prays god to protect his family.
Karishma gets Mohit’s call and informs family about the situation. Sonali gets concerned for Pakhi. Shivani says even Sai is stuck there. Sonali says an evil eye fell on their house that only bad incidents are happening to their family members. Ashwini prays god to protect Sai and others.
Virat enters hospital via basemeent. Boss hears sound and sends his aides to check. Bhavani notices Sai nervous and quesoitns her. Virat hide in morque and lies on a stretcher as a dead body. Goon pierces knife into his body to check and he’ starts breeding. Another goon calls him and he leaves. Boss checks helicopter’s live location and tells his aides that within one hour they will fly away from here. He asks Virat if the helicopter will reach on time. DIG speaks and says it will. Virat disguises himself as a wardboy and silently sits with Sai while goons are busy chatting. He holds Sai’s hand, leaving Pakhi jealous. Pregnant lady asks Sai if he is her husband. Sai nods yes and asks her to maintain silence.
A goon visits bathroom. Virat reaches there and kills the goon. Sai suggests pregnant lady and her husband to drop their divorce idea and thinking about the famil together and their baby. They both reconcile their differences and reunite. Sai hopes they get out of here and start a new life. Boss sends another aide to check on the one who went to bathroom. Virat kills even him. Boss asks DIG when will the helicopter come and threatens to kill a senior citizen patient if he doesn’t get proper response. Patient pleads to spare him as his grandson is alive in a hotel. Sai asks boss to respect at least patient’s age. Boss warns her to shut her mouth.
Goon shoots at Virat. Virat escapes and kills him. Pakhi notices Virat and calls his name. Boss hears that and point gun at Sai and Pakhi warns virat to come out. Virat walks to him and requests to spare Sai. Pakhi feels disheartened seeing Virat worrying for Sai instead of her. Sai asks Virat to save Pakhi and Bhavani first. Boss jokes lovebirds are not concerned about themselves. Goon tries to shoot Pakhi. Bhavani noticing that picks an IV drip stand nearby and trashes the goon for trying to harm her DIL. Boss shoots Virat. Virat escapes bullet passing through his hand. Jagtap notices gun and kicks it towards Sai who kicks it towards Virat. Virat picks the gun and shoots boss. He then informs DIG to send the team in as all the dacoits are down now.
Police team reaches and take goons away. Virat asks hostages to go home as they are free now. Everyone clap for him. Senior citizen patient thanks Sai and Virat for risking their lives and saving everyone lives. Sai asks him not to thank them and return home safely. Pregnant lady and her husband also thank Sai. Pakhi realizes her reports are missing and gets tensed thinking Sai shouldn’t know that there are complications during her pregnancy. She notices reports on the ground and rushes to pick them. Sai feeds choc to Virat to celebrate his victory. Virat feeds her back and says their victory. She hugs him emotionally.
Jagtap watches them silently and tells Virat that he needs to speak, he knows he doesn’t deserve forgiveness for his crimes, even then he wants to apologize him. Virat orders Kadam to take Jagtap away. Jatap thanks Sai for her help and says he will repay her debt if life permits him. Virat says he will go out and check the situation. Bhavani thanks god for protecting her family and everyone. Sai hugs Bhavani and praises her for trashing the goons. Bhavani says goon was trying to harm her DIL and grandson.
Sai says it can even be a girl.
