Lost in love on starlife Saturday 7th January 2023 update, Sai removes garland from Samrat’s photo and wears it. Family stands shocked seeing that. Virat asks her to remove it. Sai expresses her heart out and says even she lost her brother and is mourning his death, but Pakhi is wrongly alleging her, etc. She says its better she dies as per Pakhi’s wish. Ashwini, Bhavani, and Virat ask her not to say that and try to calm her down. Pakhi continues cursing Sai. Virat removes garland from Sai’s neck and asks her to go and rest.

Sai climbs stairs when she slips and falls down severely injured and unconscious. Family rushes to her concerned, and Virat takes her to hospital. Devi tongue lashes Pakhi for cursing Sai. Doctor treats Sai while Virat waits outside OT and recalls her informing him about her pregnancy. Bhavani feels worried for Sai.
Vaishali consoles Pakhi and says that she can feel what she has been going through and says she was too rude to Sai and wrongly cursed her. She says Sai is pregnant and hopes nothing wrong happens to her. Mansi walks in next there and tries to make her understand that Sai isn’t at fault. Pakhi confronts Mansi and questions if she really cares about her son? She declares that she can’t forgive Sai as she was the one because of whom Samrat died. Mansi tries to calm Pakhi, but the latter stays firm on her decision. Meanwhile, Virat gets worried for Sai and prays for her recovery.
Doctor walks out of the OT and informs Chavans that Sai is fine but but suffered a miscarriage. Chavans are shocked to hear that. Pulkit goes to talk to the doctor. Virat refuses to accept the truth. Ninad says Sai needs Virat’s support now. Virat walks to Sai and gets emotional recalling her inform about her pregnancy. Sai apologises to Ashwini and cries vigorously. Ninad and Ashwini console her and asks her not to worry as she will be pregnant again soon.
Virat and Sai share their pain with each other. Ashwini informs Bhavani and others about Sai’s miscarriage. Devyani gets adamant to meet Sai. Family mourns loss of Sai’s unborn child.
Pulkit informs Virat, Ashwini, and Ninad that doctor has discharged Sai from the hospital. Virat tells Sai that he will finish discharge formalities and leaves with Pulkit and Ninad. Ashwini tells Sai everything will get fine once they reach home. Sai refuses to go home as she doesn’t want to face Pakhi. She says she confronted Pakhi because Pakhi cursed her unborn baby. Ashwini comforts her and says soon she will be blessed with a baby again. Virat returns after finishing the formalities and says doctor wants to speak to her.
Bhavani fumes on Pakhi for cursing Sai. Mansi says Pakhi is not in her senses after losing her husband and didn’t mean to harm Sai’s baby. Bhavani says she warned Pakhi repeatedly to stop cursing Sai, but Pakhi continued and becauseof her Sai lost her baby.
Sai cries and releases her pain while Ashwini consoles her. Meanwhile, Ninad comforts Virat and assures that soon they will have a child, to which the latter notify that Sai can never get pregnant. Ninad gets shocked, while Ashwini also comes there and ask Virat to be strong. She also says that Sai needs his support.
Virat with Ashwini and Ninad bring Sai back home. Everyone try to make her comfortable and try to cheer her. Bhavani gets concerned for Sai. Ninad and Ashwini think of informing the bad news to the family after some time. Virat also tries to make some excuses. Sai reveals the truth that she can never be able to bear a child. Everyone gets shocked, while Devyani gets devastated and cries.
Bhavani blames Pakhi for everything and goes to her room. She drags Pakhi out of her room and makes her stand in front of everyone. She reveals about Sai’s miscarriage, while Pakhi also gets shocked. She tries to clearify herself that she was angry and said everything in anger. She declares that she never wanted bad for Sai and Virat’s child. Bhavani orders Pakhi to get out of the house. Pakhi says if she thinks she is responsible for Sai’s miscarriage, it’s better she leave this house.
Mansi supports Pakhi and says even she will accompany her. Ninad says this house belongs to even Mansi.
Mansi says she wouldn’t like to stay at a place where her DIL is insulted. Vaishali tells Pakhi that she cannot see her daughter’s insult and before they kick her out of house, it’s better she takes Pakhi to her house. Sai stops her and says Pakhi will not go anywhere.
