Jhanak On Starlife Wednesday 4th March 2026 Update, Rishi tells Jhanak that she should stay strong for herself and fulfill both her and her mother’s dreams. Jhanak questions what is happening and why Rishi’s behavior has suddenly changed. Rishi becomes speechless. They stare at each other in silence. Even Rishi thinks to himself that he is questioning his own behavior.

Jhanak tells him that she knows he is behaving this way because he feels helpless, having caused her accident. Rishi asks her to remember his advice and then leaves.
Alone, Jhanak tells herself that she doesn’t want Rishi’s help. She mourns her mother’s death and decides not to have any connection with Rishi, only because of their forced marriage. She resolves to leave his life and let him live happily with Aditi by marrying her.
At the police station, Krishnendu manipulates IG and the other officers, claiming that Rishi intentionally caused Jhanak’s accident. He also plans to remove Jhanak from Rishi’s life, accusing Rishi of misusing his power. Two officers supporting Rishi argue that the marriage is forced, so he is not at fault. But Krishnendu counters that a marriage is still a marriage, forced or not. He claims Jhanak is too innocent, and Rishi could take advantage of her. If she returns to the village, no one will accept her, so where will she go?
IG becomes upset that the investigation into the accident was stopped. He scolds his juniors and orders them to resume it. He instructs them to interrogate Jhanak and Rishi separately to uncover the truth. Krishnendu thanks IG for his action while hiding a smirk.
Back at Rishi’s house, Aditi talks to his family about her wedding with Rishi. She insists she will marry him only after Jhanak leaves. She also asks about Nutan’s last rites. Dadabhai clarifies that Nutan’s rites will take place in the village. He adds that Rishi has taken responsibility for Jhanak’s studies and that arrangements will be made for her to stay in a hostel. Aditi says her father, Aniruddh, will also help Jhanak since he’s a social worker, but she still doesn’t want Jhanak at their house.
Rishi arrives and questions Aditi about her visit. She gets offended and argues with him, questioning his decision to take responsibility for Jhanak. Rishi defends himself, saying he doesn’t want to live in guilt forever.
Just then, Jhanak arrives and tells Rishi and his family that she doesn’t need their help and announces her decision to return to her village. Putul reminds Rishi of his earlier promise to take Jhanak to her village. Aditi gets furious and scolds him, while the family tries to calm her. Jhanak firmly repeats that she doesn’t need help and asserts that if anyone makes decisions about her life without her consent, she has the right to speak up.
The police team arrives to probe Rishi about Jhanak’s accident. They question his real motive. Aditi blames Jhanak and her villagers for creating trouble and accuses Jhanak of trying to stay connected to Rishi. When the officers question Jhanak, she says she doesn’t understand why Rishi is being interrogated again and asks why he would harm his own wife. Aditi gets furious at Jhanak’s words, while everyone else looks shocked.
