Jhanak On Starlife Thursday 23rd July 2026 Update, Jhanak sits alone thinking about Rishi’s words. He walks up to her and asks for straight answers. She tells him she plans to go back to Simulboni after her final exams. Rishi wonders if she is rejecting him. Jhanak says she cannot break his marriage with Aditi. He reminds her that he married her first. Jhanak points out that the family never accepted that marriage, so why is he pushing all this now? Rishi explains Aditi never loved him and he only respected her, which is why they are apart. He wants to build a life with Jhanak, but she says she cannot accept it. He asks what her real problem is.

Her heart wants to say yes, but she knows it is wrong. Rishi asks if she wants to live like Nutan. Jhanak brings up Aditi again. He says Aditi only wants control and does not truly love him. When Jhanak mentions the family members against her, Rishi replies that others’ opinions do not matter. Some in the family love Jhanak deeply anyway. She worries about ruining Aditi’s life since Aditi loves him so much. Rishi insists their relationship is already over, but Jhanak believes Aditi will never agree to divorce.
He promises to marry Jhanak once the divorce happens. She questions how he will convince Aditi. Rishi says he already announced his decision, so now Aditi must choose. He loves Jhanak and wants her as his wife. When he asks her to speak, Jhanak tells him he does not understand and acts too stubborn. Rishi asks if she can really be happy without him. She says not everyone gets to live happily. He feels she is taking away his happiness, but Jhanak claims she is only thinking about what is best for him. She believes he may reunite with Aditi once she leaves.
Rishi tells her she has not understood him at all. He ended things with Aditi for good. He asks directly if she loves him. Jhanak says she has told him many times. He wonders why she gives him pain if she loves him. Jhanak replies that he is the reason for his own pain. Rishi understands she wants to go to Simulboni after becoming a doctor, but he can prove she is his wife in every way. She tells him to do whatever he wants.
He holds her hand and says he is not wrong. Why can’t they live together? Jhanak wants to focus only on her studies right now. Rishi promises she can chase her career while he handles everything else. He asks if she trusts him. Jhanak holds his hand back and they share a long eye lock.
Elsewhere, Arshi tells Aditi she picked the wrong guy and questions how Rishi can demand a divorce. Aniruddh mentions that Mr. Mitra’s son is back from abroad, so they are throwing a party and he wants to take Aditi. Arshi says she likes the guy. Aniruddh believes a good life partner matters, so he already spoke to Mr. Mitra about Aditi’s divorce. He thinks Rishi and Jhanak should stay together.
Aditi joins them. Arshi invites her to the party, but Aditi says she does not like parties. Arshi encourages her to live her life fully. She says Aditi does not need to divorce Rishi if he does not want it, especially since he never valued her and does not deserve her. Aditi declares she will not divorce Rishi and will not let him marry Jhanak. Arshi pushes her to enjoy life without divorce drama. Aniruddh adds that Aditi has everything, so her life is not finished. He asks if she really wants to stay with Rishi when his heart belongs to someone else.
