Jhanak On Starlife Friday 28th August 2026 Update, Jhanak overhears the teachers gossiping about her. One of the teachers notices her and calls her over. She tells Jhanak that she should fight for her rights, but Jhanak refuses to talk about it. She says if she starts fighting for her rights, she will have to fight against everyone. The teacher says Jhanak should expose the truth because even the students are not behaving well with her. Jhanak says the students have become her friends and assures the teacher that she is fine.

Aniruddh comes there, and the teacher taunts him for refusing to give his name to Jhanak. She says Aniruddh supported Aditi but did not support Jhanak, and he failed to see Jhanak’s pain too. Jhanak asks the teacher to leave it, but Aniruddh says the teacher is speaking the truth. He admits that he is a shameless person.
Jhanak asks Aniruddh why he came there. He tells her that he cannot help her with anything and says he is a coward. Jhanak tells him that she does not want anything from him. Aniruddh says he is leaving and asks her to call him if she needs him.
Jhanak asks what happened to him and where he is going. Aniruddh says he could not stand up for the truth, so he will go far away. The teacher taunts him by asking if he is going to the Himalayas. Aniruddh says he could not do anything for Jhanak. He tells Jhanak that her happiness will return one day and that he will pray for her every day. He asks her to take care of herself and starts walking away.
Jhanak calls him “Baba,” which makes Aniruddh emotional. She asks him not to leave her again. Jhanak says she will take care of Aniruddh if he stays with her because she knows he becomes lonely. Aniruddh says he did wrong to her, but she still wants to stay with him. Jhanak tells him that he is her father no matter what. She hugs him and cries.
Meanwhile, the doctor asks Rishi to wait outside. Aditi takes Rishi out and then returns. The doctor asks Dritimaan not to hide anything from him. Sanjhbati tells the doctor that Aditi is not Rishi’s fiancée. Dritimaan explains Rishi’s kidnapping and what happened in the forest. He says Rishi divorced Aditi and married Jhanak. He reveals that Jhanak rescued Rishi, but Rishi did not remember his past after returning.
Sanjhbati says Rishi has forgotten everything about Jhanak and now thinks she is an outsider. The doctor explains that Rishi only remembers his stable memories. Sanjhbati asks when Rishi will remember everything. The doctor tells them to recreate Rishi’s past to help restore his memory.
Dritimaan asks what will happen if it fails. The doctor says there will be nothing they can do if that happens. Aditi asks if only Jhanak can help Rishi. The doctor explains that Jhanak is connected to Rishi’s forgotten memories, which is why she can help. However, Aditi is also important. He warns them not to force Rishi.
Rishi comes there and asks why they are making decisions about his life without him. The doctor tells him that it is not like that. Aditi thinks Rishi remembers her and now hates Jhanak, but she still wants them to prove that Jhanak means nothing to him. Rishi says he feels like something is being hidden from him.
Sanjhbati tells Rishi that he needs to remember certain things. Dritimaan tells the doctor that he is worried about Rishi. The doctor says they cannot order memories to return. They have to awaken them. Rishi asks why they are talking like this when he did not forget anything. He says he is tired of living uncomfortably.
Later, Tanushri asks what the doctor said. Rishi asks if he did anything wrong and why no one told him about Dritimaan and Sanjhbati’s marriage. Sanjhbati tells him that he was present at her wedding. Rishi says the doctor claims he has lost his memories. Indumati asks who told him that, and Rishi says everyone is saying it.
Neelu and Putul get into an argument, making Rishi ask why he should trust them. Tanushri tells him that they are his family. Indumati asks Rishi to rest, but he questions why he cannot learn everything. Tanushri tells him that he must be tired and should take some rest. Rishi then goes inside.
Dritimaan tells his family that they should recreate Rishi’s past. Neelu warns that something bad could happen if anything goes wrong. Putul says it was the doctor’s advice and that the doctor knows better than them. Indumati asks what will happen if it causes more damage to Rishi’s brain. Neelu agrees with her and says Aditi is there to help Rishi, so they should not forget about her.
Putul points out that Aditi is Rishi’s ex-wife while Jhanak is his wife. Neelu blames Jhanak for everything and says Ankush involved Rishi in all this because of her. Tanushri says the doctor did not give them any guarantee, so she does not understand why they should risk Rishi’s life.
Neelu asks Dritimaan not to do this just to satisfy his ego. Tanushri worries that Rishi could forget everyone during the process. Dritimaan says the therapy will prove whom Rishi truly loves. Tanushri refuses to put Rishi’s life in danger and says Rishi will not go anywhere.
