Krishna is thrown inside the juvenile home cell, where the criminal children are there. Krishna gets scared. The boy says he is athanni. Nupur and Aastha wish happy birthday to their Dada ji and shows the card. Babu ji says you have given the good values to your daughters. Yashoda says it is blessing from you.
She asks him to cut the cake. Kamini stops him and complains to him about Aastha, saying she had ruined the cake to take revenge from you. Babu ji asks Aastha. Kamini says I want you to get my age and says they want you to die. She asks Aastha if she wants this. Aastha is shocked. Babu ji asks Aastha, if she threw the cake in anger. Kamini asks him to ask their mother, who had asked Sonu to apologize. She says inauspicious thing have happened. Yashoda asks babu ji to cut the cake. babu ji asks Yashoda, if she don’t feel ashamed to ask him to cut the cake, and scolds her for her teachings.
Yashoda asks him to see that they made card for him too. Babu ji says girls shall be taught to be silent and says why will you say, as you do something or says something else. Ashok says it is our values that the girls made the card and wrote Sonu’s name also. Kamini says I want to rename your name as Kans mama and calls him double standard guy. She says you said that I don’t know how to do upbringing and you are covering up for your wife and daughters’ mistakes. Babu ji tells Ashok that his wife and daughters have hidden this from him. Ashok says the girls have written sorry in the card too. Babu ji checks and finds sorry in it written in small font. He asks Yashoda if she taught this also.
Ashok tells Babu ji that he will feel ashamed on himself when he comes to know what Yashoda says to the children about him. Babu ji throws the cake and goes from there. Yashoda and the girls are taken aback. Yashoda comes to Ashok. Ashok apologizes to her. Yashoda says you are a good husband. Ashok says babu ji hurt you and our daughters, and I couldn’t do anything. Yashoda says we didn’t tell him truth, if we had told him truth then this wouldn’t have happen. Ashok says I feel pain when your heart hurts. Yashoda says sometime we get hurt with our family members’ move and get helpless, but time heals everything. Just then door bell is ring. Ashok and Yashoda see Inspector on the door. The Inspector asks if you know Krishna Mala. Ashok says yes, and she is his legal guardian. Inspector says I had called you, but you didn’t pick the call. He says Krishna is arrested on the charges of murder. Yashoda is shocked.
Krishna is in the juvenile home, when the criminal kids come to him and asks what did he do? They ask if you had murdered chotu? Krishna says no, he is my friend. Then they tell that they are here for murder. Yashoda tells that there is a big misunderstanding. Inspector says they have taken many statements from the orphanage. Yashoda says Lalita must have made the kids give wrong statement. Inspector says tomorrow is the case hearing. Yashoda asks Inspector to save him from the wrong case. Inspector leaves. babu ji asks why did the Police come? Ashok says to talk about urgent case. Yashoda is in her room and asks Ashok what they will do. Ashok says he has to think. Yashoda says how will I fulfill promise given to Mala, and feels worried thinking about Krishna. She says it is all my mistake, Krishna is badly trapped. Ashok says he is charges with section 307. Yashoda says Krishna will not do anything which will make his mother feel ashamed of him. She says we have to go and save Krishna. Ashok says how will you go? and reminds her of Bau ji. yashoda says babu ji never stopped me from meeting anyone except Krishna. She says father never accepted him and mother died. She says you are a father also, if Aastha and Nupur face such situation. She says no and hugs him. She says she will confront his father and will ask if his heart is of stone. She asks why your heart is beating fast. Ashok makes an excuse. Yashoda asks how will I save Krishna?
the boy telling Krishna that his story is more sad than his. He asks where is that Madam? Krishna says Inspector called, but she didn’t pick the call. Other boy says even relative don’t support and says nobody will come. The boy says you will be jailed and asks him to think him as Chotu. He asks him to sleep as he has to go to court tomorrow. Krishna asks Court. They ask him to tell in court that he is innocent. Krishna says he will tell Yashoda. The boy calls bablu and says new pigeon came and can be useful to you.
Ashok and Mala are sleeping when they get the call. Girdhari calls Ashok and tells that Krishna is innocent and whatever happened was an accident. Ashok says we are coming there. Babu ji and Amma also come there. He asks whose call was it? Ashok says it was Gayatri’s call, Manoj got unwell. Amma says Gayatri herself is a doctor. Yashoda says it is difficult to treat the family. Babu ji asks who will make breakfast and tea. Amma says she will make and asks them to let them go.
They come to the juvenile home. Yashoda asks why we have come here? Ashok apologizes for lying to her and tells about Girdhari’s call. He says we have to meet Krishna. He seeks permission from the jailer and asks Yashoda to come. Yashoda refuses to meet Krishna due to babu ji’s promise and asks him to enquire everything from Krishna. She sees a constable beating a boy and confronts him. The constable tells that criminals stay here and tells that the boy has brought drugs in the juvenile and tells that if any innocent boy comes here, then such boys make him rigorous criminal. Yashoda is shocked.
Ashok asks Krishna to tell and says I am asking you since a long time. Krishna is crying. Ashok says I came here to help. Krishna says I will just tell Yashoda Madam and asks where is she? Ashok says she is sitting in downstairs. He seeks constable permission and takes Krishna downstairs. Krishna sees yashoda and calls her. He runs and hugs her. Yashoda doesn’t see his face and goes away from there. Krishna is shocked and teary eyes. Ashok comes to Krishna, but he is taken away by the constable. Ashok comes to Yashoda. Yashoda asks if he told you. Ashok says he wanted to tell you, but you…They are on the bike to come home. Yashoda cries. Ashok says I felt as if Krishna needs me after Mala left, but I am helpless not to hug him and pacify him, saying that he is not alone, that I am with him. She cries. Ashok gets teary eyes too.
Krishna thinks of yashoda and cries. They reach home. Ashok asks Yashoda to tell Babu ji that Manoj has gastric problem. Arvind comes out to inform them. Babu ji asks them to come inside. They get inside the house. Mahua asks what happened? Arvind says Bhaiyya lied and took Bhabhi to meet Krishna, and Babu ji found about it.
Yashoda tells the truth to Babu ji. Babu ji asks Amma to hear that her son had gone to support the murderer. Ashok says he is not a murderer. Babu ji asks until when you will lie, and says he called Manoj and questioned him. He says Manoj was sleeping at his house and asks if he don’t feel ashamed to lie. Amma scolds Ashok. Yashoda asks her not to scold him. babu ji asks Yashoda to promise him that she will not meet him, even if he don’t get house. Yashoda says she can’t give him promise, as Krishna is in pain. Babu ji says he don’t want to listen and asks her to promise. Yashoda says Krishna is in trouble and folds her hands, says Krishna is innocent and says he didn’t do anything wrong. She says please let me fulfill the promise made to his mother and then I will fulfill the promise made to you. Babu ji refuses. Ashok says yashoda is his legal guardian and she has to go to court anyhow, else summoned will be sent for her and my job might go. He says that boy cried a lot hugging her, but she didn’t turn her face towards him and didn’t look at him even once. He asks him to think with calm mind and says how will you know if I don’t tell you. babu ji says do whatever you want, and tells that they are fighting because of that boy.
Ashok talks to Manoj and tells that they have to take Girdhari and Nandu’s statement. He says I will take Nandu’s statement once he gains consciousness and asks him to take Girdhari’s statement. Manoj says ok. Yashoda comes there and asks Ashok if Krishna will be saved. Ashok asks her to trust him. yashoda says she will come to court as babu ji agreed and says she will hold his hand and hug him in court.
Ashok telling Yashoda that she loves Krishna so much. Yashoda says we shall not be emotional and shall focus on freeing him out of this pit. She says I will do all the Diwali work now itself and will make food. He says you will work now, there is nobody like you. Yashoda says even there is nobody like you. He asks for coffee. Yashoda asks if he is tired. He says if he gets the coffee then he will get away with his sleep and his heart will be happy. Yashoda goes to get it. Krishna is awake and looks out. Yashoda makes coffee and brings to Ashok. Ashok is working on the case. Yashoda makes the sweets for Diwali. She recalls Krishna and then constable’s words. She then comes back to Ashok. Ashok sleeps while working on the case. He wakes up in the morning. Yashoda washes her face and looks for Ashok. She thinks where did he go early morning. Ashok comes to Nandu/chotu. The doctor tells that he didn’t gain consciousness yet. Ashok asks when he will gain consciousness. Doctor says he can’t say. Ashok asks him to inform Police when he gains consciousness, as his statement can save an innocent life.
The constable asks who is Krishna Mala and asks him to get ready for the hearing. Krishna asks the boy what is the hearing? The boy tells him that the judge will punish him and then will lock him in the jail and will throw cockroach and other insects there. Krishna says how will I save the other children from Matron aunty, how will I fulfill my mother’s dream. The boy who plans to do something with Krishna asks him to elope from court. He says you are an orphan and there is nobody to help you. He says three horn will be ring, you shall push the constable and run. Krishna goes to go ready. Other boy asks why are we eloping him. The boy says bablu needs such innocent looking boys to sell drugs.
Manoj comes to Girdhari and asks him about Chotu’s case. Girdhari tells that he didn’t call him. Manoj says he has proofs. Lalita asks him to leave. Manoj leaves. Lalita threatens Girdhari and Manoj overhears them. Lalita says Girdhari will not open his mouth, I am worried how you will get the proofs. Manoj says once Chotu gains consciousness, you will lose your senses. Lalita thinks to kill him.
Amma serves the food to Aastha and Nupur. Nupur says Dada ji is not talking to us. Babu ji says they have done wrong. Nupur goes from there, and Aastha goes behind her. Amma tells them that they are their grand daughters. He says he misses grand son whenever he sees them. The girls come back and apologize to Babu ji. Amma asks them to come. He says if my grand daughters go upset from here, then I will not have food. Aastha asks him not to leave food, as he has diabetes. She says we will say sorry even if sonu bhaiyya tears the card.
Manoj comes to court and tells about Girdhari. Ashok tells that Girdhari refused to give statement. Ashok says we will keep our stance infront of the Judge. Krishna is brought to court by Inspector. Yashoda says he is brought as if he is a criminal, when the injustice have happened with him. Krishna sees her and smiles. Yashoda comes to Krishna. Inspector says you can’t talk to him. Ashok argues. Inspector lets him meet Yashoda. Yashoda holds his hand and asks him to come. They sit on the bench. She keeps her hand on his hair and sets his hair. She says I was very helpless and did everything helplessly. She says Mala was helpless due to illness else she would have never gone leaving you.
