Yashoda asks them not to be greedy and them to focus on studies, as exam time table came. Aastha says how did you know that time table came, as you are focused on Krishna. Nupur says I had told that Mummy will be concerned for us. Yashoda asks them what they will do if they find Rabbit in the park. Aastha says I will hide Rabbat with me, but will not leave Nupur.

Yashoda says I love you both more than anyone else. Nupur says you don’t love Krishna, like loving us. Yashoda says yes. She asks Aastha to trust her always, I am your mother and you both are my daughters, and says I will not smile if your smile vanishes. Aastha says sorry and asks her to smile always. They kiss and hug Yashoda. Then they go to play.
Ashok asks Inspector, who took Chotu to hospital. Inspector says Lalita and Peon. Manoj says you lie well. Ashok says we have eye witness to prove that someone saw the accident happening. Manoj says we will bring the rickshaw driver who dropped them to hospital. Ashok tells Inspector that he can lose the job if this thing is talked in the court. Inspector says he saw a guy standing in hospital, but Lalita said that she had taken Chotu to hospital. Ashok says you didn’t register this thing in the file. He asks him to give the witness’s address. Inspector gives him. Ashok asks him not to tell this to Lalita.
Ashok and Manoj come to the eye witness house and ask him. The eye witness tells the truth that Krishna didn’t push Nandu and the latter fell down by himself. Ashok asks why you didn’t tell this to Police. Witness says he told him. Ashok asks if he will give statement. He says yes, I am a responsible citizen.
Ashok calls Yashoda and informs her about eye witness. He says he will meet the Judge and asks him to give special permission for the hearing. He asks what to say, if Judge asks where Krishna will stay after bail. Yashoda says she will not let him stay in orphanage and will do something. She tells Amma that she will search house for Krishna. Amma reminisces the moment she had come here, and tells that she has won them and asks her to be truthful always. Yashoda asks what happened? Amma asks her to say truly, and says you said that you will not meet Krishna after the case ends, but can you stick to your words. Yashoda says this will happen. Amma asks her to stick to her words. Yashoda says I will not give you a chance to complain. Amma says this family can break.
Ashok talks to Judge and says when Krishna can push chotu when he stands on the ground. Judge says where Krishna will stay once he gets jailed. Ashok says I know you will take decision from your heart too. Judge says yes and asks if this boy is related to you. Ashok says no. Manoj says Ashok’s wife is a social worker. Judge says one thing is clear, if he gets bail then where he will go. Ashok says my wife has talked to a couple to adopt Krishna. Gayatri refuses to adopt Krishna, as he refused to accept them. Yashoda says I will convince him. Gayatri says my heart has broken that day. She says now Krishna is accused of murder. She says they shall adopt a small baby. She says the family members will not agree.
Yashoda sees Amma hurt and says I will make garland next time. Amma tells Yashoda that it is better to stay away from thorns and that’s why people grow flowers outside the house. Nupur comes there and says Didi is not saving the rabbit, though he has danger from cat. She says we shall bring rabbit home. Yashoda says Amma has said that they can’t bring few things home. She says she has to search such a place for Rabbit.
Yashoda telling Nupur that they have to take Rabbit to such a place where Cat couldn’t catch it. Aastha says where we will get such a place. Nupur says if we don’t find then shall bring it home. Yashoda says no, it can’t be brought home, we have to search a place for it. Kamini asks Bansal where is he going? Bansal scolds her and asks her to ask his father to make Sonu as the heir of his wealth. Kamini thinks she has to do something to get all the wealth. She thinks to do something.
Ashok comes home late. Yashoda says she will serve him food. He says he had it already and asks what happened? Yashoda tells that Gayatri has refused to adopt Krishna. He says I thought. Yashoda says why so many hurdles coming in my way, though my intentions are good. She says Amma and Babu ji don’t want me to interfere in Krishna’s matter, Kamini doubts me and Krishna’s relation, and tells that she just wants to see happiness on Krishna’s face, that day she will tell Mala that she was betrayed and left from this world, but I didn’t betray her. She says we become toys of destiny after some point. She tells Ashok that Nupur asked us to bring Krishna home. Ashok says don’t think about this. Yashoda says I can’t bring him home, says I love Krishna, but I love my family, you and my daughters more. She says I did what I could do for him. She asks will you take me to meet Krishna. He asks in the night. She says I will ask him not to have any hopes from me, he has to stay in orphanage only, has to stay like other orphans, he has no homes in his destiny. Ashok asks her to handle himself. He says you did what you could do with honesty. He says we can’t fight with destiny. He says a mother has to be hopeful always, even if the child is ours or not. Next day in court. The eye witness Chandan Kumar comes to court. Ashok asks Chandan if he is not scared to give statement. Chandan says he is a good citizen and asks him to say. The eye witness tells that Krishna had pushed Chotu. Inspector smiles. Yashoda asks if you are not ashamed to lie. Ashok asks Chandan again. Chandan says Krishna pushed him and made him fall. Ashok asks Judge to give him sometime. Manoj thinks Lalita takes her to his side, but how.
Chandan comes to Lalita and takes money from her. Bansal comes there and appreciates Lalita.He asks her to give him money. Lalita gives him money. He counts the money. Lalita asks how did you know about this. Bansal recalls hearing Ashok talking to Yashoda about eye witness. Lalita asks him to say. Bansal says he will tell her in next meet.
Ashok and yashoda are worried. Yashoda says Gayatri refused. Manoj says he will convince her. Yashoda says don’t try. Ashok says Krishna’s crime is proved. Yashoda says if Krishna will be sent to orphanage. Ashok says there is no option. Yashoda recalls Bablu’s threatening words, and Constable’s words. She thinks she can’t accept defeat, as it is the matter of Krishna’s life.
Yashoda bringing her jewelery to the jewelery store and tries to sell it to secure Krishna’s future. The jeweler asks why she needs to sell it. Yashoda says we can earn it back, but if the innocent boy’s future is gone, then it can’t return. Arvind practices to ask Lalita to give a boy for adoption. Mahua overhears him and confronts him. He says it is nothing. Mahua says when both brothers don’t have son, then how the wealth will go. She goes to talk to Babu ji. Arvind gives her swear, but she doesn’t listen and goes. Yashoda comes to Ashok and gives him money. He asks for what? She says get him admitted in a good boarding school, so that you can tell Judge about it. Ashok says I told you that we will break the FD. Yashoda says it is of our daughters. Bablu comes there and reminds Ashok that he is that guy whose case he had fought and got him punished when he was a kid, 10 years ago. Ashok identifies him. Bablu tells his plan to snatch Krishna from them and tells that he was responsible to make him lose the case. Ashok beats him for calling Krishna as orphan. Bablu threatens Ashok that he will cut Krishna’s hands and feet, and will make him beg. Yashoda asks Ashok to file complaint against Bablu. Ashok says it is not easy, and court wants proofs. Manoj tells that Bablu threat has scared them, if they don’t save Krishna, then he will ruin his life. Yashoda says we will secure Krishna’s life with this money. Ashok says Judge will not agree. Manoj says Krishna is in danger.
Babu ji asks Mahua why she is blaming him? Mahua says Amma and you ask about grand son. babu ji says yes, but will not give property to anyone. Mahua says Arvind was talking about step relations.
Yashoda runs to Judge’s cabin. Judge says she can’t approach him for the case which her husband is fighting, asks her to go else she can be arrested.
Amma asks Arvind to tell the truth and twists his ear. She then gives him swear. Arvind says bhaiyya will be trapped this way. Babu ji says you was talking about adopting kid and now when you got caught, you are taking Ashok’s name. He asks what is the matter? Arvind says it was all act, for Krishna.
Yashoda asks Judge not to think her wrong and tells that she had seen worry in a dying mother’s eyes for her son. She says today a helpless woman have come to him, with the request to change his life. Ashok comes there and apologizes to Judge. yashoda says I trust your humanity. Judge says he is helpless, all proves are against Krishna, he has to go to Juvenile. yashoda says he will become criminal if he stays there. Judge tells Ashok that matter might get worse.
Babu ji tells that Krishna is python to have swallowed their happiness. Yashoda asks Judge to punish Krishna, but let him give permission to spend his punishment in her home. Ashok asks what are you saying? Yashoda pleads infront of Judge to send him to her house and cries. Judge looks at her.
In the courtroom, Judge asks Ashok and prosecution lawyer, if they want to say something. They say no. Judge tells that Ashok was not capable to proving krishna’s innocence and that’s why Krishna will be in judicial custody for 6 months. He says Nandu is in hospital, if he gains consciousness and if Ashok can prove Krishna’s innocence then he wil be freed. He says Yashoda is ready to give a chance of betterment to Krishna and applied in court to let him stay in her house. She says this court is permitting Krishna to stay in yashoda’s house as a prisoner, and tells that the case will have hearing after 6 months, and orders Police to keep eye on Nandu’s safety. Bansal hears them and calls Kamini. He says blast will happen and tells everything to Kamini. Kamini gets happy.
yashoda asks Ashok if he will not say anything and asks if he is upset. Ashok says I don’t know what to say. Yashoda says I felt like someone was asking me to handle everything.
