Episode starts with Ayesha coming home. She looks for Manav and Karan, they would have Aarti. Samar stops her and asks did her work get over. Everyone look on. Ayesha asks how is he now. Samar smiles and asks did her work get over…. He says Ayesha does not leave any work incomplete, she just leaves humans and relations. She can leave anyone even if that person is dying on the road and asking for help. He feels there are two different people, right…. Ayesha asks what is he saying.

Samar asks does she not know this. Ayesha says I tried a lot, you got after me. Prem asks what happened, what are you talking in riddle.
Samar says Ayesha is a riddle, her true face can’t be understood. Manav says simple and clear, innocent and helpful, she is just like this. Samar says you don’t know her, I will tell you, when I was wounded and fallen on the ground, Ayesha was also there. They all look shocked. Samar says I begged her to save me and cried, but she did not help, she has more imp work, she left my hand and left me to die.

Manav says I know Ayesha, she is very good and innocent, she was with me, where did she go. Prem says what, Ayesha is here. Manav asks who is that and shows them Aarti. Karan brings Aarti there. Ayesha gets shocked. Karan holds Aarti’s hand and walks inside the house. Aarti hugs Ayesha and asks where did she go, she was waiting for her. They all get shocked seeing Ayesha’s twin sister. Aarti says after you went Ayesha, Karan came there.
She says we will go home now, Karan has come too, I feel scared here. Karan says Aarti Di, don’t be scared, I m with you, I m your younger brother Karan. He says no one will lock you in room, come with me, no need to be alone. Aarti says no, you don’t know, people are bad, they will take me to mental hospital, right Ayesha, tell him. Manav asks Karan to show house to Aarti. He says Aarti this is Ayesha’s home, so your home too. Karan asks Aarti to come and see the house. Ayesha holds Aarti’s hand and stops her. Aarti says don’t worry Ayesha, I m going with Karan, I will just come, shall I go? Ayesha leaves her hand. Karan takes Aarti.
Samar says Ayesha wanted to end this secret with me, she wanted to prove me mad, but Aarti has come here. He says we got the proof, what will Ayesha do now. Prem asks Manav did he know all this. Manav says no dad, I did not know, but when Samar was shifted to private room, I was with him, Samar has told me everything, then he gave me Aarti’s address, and I went there. Sona says but this girl Aarti is so scared, how did she get ready to come with me. Manav says she was not ready to come with me. FB shows Manav going to the flat to see Aarti. He gets shocked seeing Aarti. She asks for Ayesha and goes away. He says don’t be scared. She calls out Ayesha and hides.
He sees her very scared. He says Ayesha has sent me here, I m Samar’s elder brother, you met him right. He says Ayesha has made her bad state. Aarti chants mantras and hides under the table. Manav goes. He tells everyone that Samar told me that she knows Karan, so I have sent message to Karan. FB shows Karan coming to the flat and seeing Aarti. He gets shocked seeing her. Manav says yes Karan, Samar told me that she knows you, if you talk to her, maybe she will agree to come. Karan goes to Aarti and says he is Karan. Aarti cries seeing him, and says I did not do anything, don’t be angry, I don’t want to go mental asylum. He asks why will I be angry, I did not know I have another sister, come out. She asks why did he talk to her angrily when there were many people… He recalls she met him in Samar’s engagement. He says sorry, I felt you are Ayesha. She says everyone feel I m Ayesha, as I look like her, but no one knows me, its good, Ayesha told me all people are very bad and take me to mental asylum, but I feel suffocated to be locked at home, I want to go out, but I can’t. Karan says no one will take you to mental asylum, won’t you hug your brother. She hugs Karan happily.
Aarti reminds Karan that he was very young, but they used to play a lot. Manav smiles. Aarti says you used to love me a lot, then they took me to mental asylum. Karan says you will stay with me, no one will take you, come. She says I can’t go, Ayesha did not permit me. Manav says Ayesha has sent us to bring you. Karan says Manav is Ayesha’s husband. Manav says I m Samar’s brother. Aarti greets him. He gives her chocolates and says Samar said you like chocolates. She agrees to go with them. FB ends. Sona scolds Ayesha and says you did this with your sister, so doing this with Samar is less, you are mentally ill, not Aarti.
Sona scolding Ayesha. Ayesha asks them are they done, like always, they started scolding her again. She asks is this any shoot going on, what if they know she has a sister, why did they do this acting, they want fun out of this, what did she do, she has a sister, does she beat Aarti, she gets beaten by Aarti daily, she keeps her inside home, as she is mentally unstable, I m protective about her, you all don’t worry or pity for her, you all got a chance to stand against us, you all are bad. Samar asks Ayesha to stop it. He says you have left me there to die, I m on wheelchair because of you, Aarti’s life ruined because of you, I have proof, how more low will you fall.
Manav asks him not to shout, cool down. Samar says let me say. Laxmi takes Samar. Prem and Sona leave. Ayesha says you know it now Manav, accept it, I don’t have anything to hide now. He says I accepted, but tell me what do you have to say. She asks If we don’t have any relation, what do you care how I behave with my family. He says right, but you will care when people know about this, when my lawyer says in court that if Ayesha can do this with her sister, what will she do with others then this will effect you. You wanted alimony, come now in court, I will see what you get. This is law, you are finished.
She says you are using Aarti, you can’t do this. He asks her to get off and not even touch him, its time to remove makeup, her face is so ugly. But he has to show her true face to the world. She says you won’t do this with me. He says you change colors like chameleon, you are a wild cat, clever like fox. She says listen to me, we can talk and solve, I did a mistake, I m sorry, I will apologize to Samar, forgive me. Manav leaves. She asks him to stop. She shouts and fumes.
Sona comes to Aarti and asks her to have food, she has made it. Karan takes the plate. Sona leaves. Karan asks Aarti to have food. She says no. He asks her to come and sit, she will jump on bed and have food. He closes eyes and counts. He says this is tasty food, you feel good to have tasty food, Sona aunty cooks good food, she will give you chocolate also. She takes food and stops seeing Sareen family pic. She asks him about Manav, who was shouting on Ayesha. Karan says they have some fights, Manav is very nice, he loves Ayesha a lot.
Manav comes there and she hides seeing him. Karan says Manav is nice, come, he got chocolate for you. Manav asks her not to worry, this is her home, they are her relatives, she will be taken good care. Ayesha comes there. Aarti hugs Ayesha and asks where was she. Ayesha tells Karan that she loves Aarti a lot, and Aarti loves her too. She says she loves Aarti and will not leave her. Karan asks why is she doing this. Aarti gets scared and cries. Ayesha asks what state, Aarti is fine. She says Aarti they think they are ill. Karan says she is ill, as she is in Ayesha;s control. Manav says Ayesha will not understand, let my lawyer talk to her, its simple case of kidnapping, we will get best treatment for Aarti. Ayesha says you think Aarti is mad, see Aarti, they want to take you to mental hospital. Manav says enough Ayesha. Karan asks Ayesha to shut up and stop playing with her mind. Aarti says she will not go with Karan, as he is getting angry on Ayesha, she will die if she is getting separated from Ayesha.
Ayesha says I did not tell Karan as he is also like others. Manav asks her to stop lying. Ayesha and Karan argue over their sister. Aarti cries and shuts ears. Aarti says I won’t go anywhere and runs. Ayesha says try, Aarti will not come with you. Sona says Laxmi to be with Samar, she will see. Aarti runs and Karan asks her to stop. Aarti runs on the terrace. Prem and Sona also go after them. Aarti gets to the end of the terrace line. Karan asks her to move back, she will fall.
