Ayesha (Aarti) misguides Rakesh about Aarti (Shikha) and provokes him to kill her. Under Ayesha’s guidance, Rakesh tries to shoot Aarti. He visits Navrang Studio acting as a journalist. Aarti and Raghu suspect Rakesh as he prepares to take her fake interview. Raghu confronts Manav and Karan for misunderstanding him and tries to convince them about Ayesha’s identity. Rakesh succeeds in attacking Aarti (Shikha) and absconds from Navrang Studio. Later, Raghu is worried about Aarti’s disappearance and rushes to find her.

Raghu manages to find Aarti (Shikha) and tries his best to rescue her from Rakesh and his goons. However, he fails in his attempt. Rakesh abducts Aarti and keeps her at his hideout. Elsewhere, Ayesha (Aarti) misguides Manav and Karan about Aarti. Aarti strives to escape from captivity. Aarti (Shikha) manages to escape from Rakesh and his goons with Raghu’s help. Later, the two filed a police complaint against Rakesh. Manav sympathizes with Aarti. Ayesha (Aarti) is shocked to see Aarti alive. Aarti criticizes her for her misdeed.

Ayesha (Aarti) is desperate to destroy Aarti (Shikha). Raghu tries to warn Manav and Karan of Ayesha’s ploy, but they refuse to believe it. Later, Rakesh sneaks into Manav’s house and attempts to kill Aarti. However, she shoots Rakesh in self-defense. Raghu and Manav comfort Aarti. Aarti (Shikha) thanks Manav and Karan for taking care of her. She expresses her feelings to Raghu. Manav discusses strategies to make his film popular and discusses the scenes with Raghu. Ayesha (Aarti) is glad to learn the story of the film. Raghu and Aarti profess their love to each other.

Ayesha (Aarti) is determined to attack Aarti (Shikha) during the shooting of a fight sequence in the film. Aarti suggests Manav about the film scenes. Manav and Karan conduct the shooting session in a village. Ayesha and Aarti confront each other during the shooting. The film unit is on tenterhooks when Ayesha (Aarti) and Aarti (Shikha) confront each other during the shooting of a fight sequence. Ayesha fakes innocence as she attempts to kill Aarti. However, Raghu sees through her act and hates her for it.

Raghu condemns Ayesha’s behavior towards Aarti. He exposes her before Manav and Karan. Seething with anger, Ayesha discloses her identity and tries to kill Aarti. Later, she attempts to burn herself. However, she is saved and admitted to the hospital. The doctors tell Manav and Raghu that Ayesha is suffering from memory loss. But Raghu is sure that she is faking it! He wants to get her arrested for her misdeed. Karan pacifies Raghu and Aarti and asks them to tie the knot.

Manav hates Ayesha for deceiving him and his family, but she tries to prove her innocence. Raghu and Aarti happily tie the knot in the presence of a lawyer and Karan and Manav. A doctor claims that Ayesha is suffering from memory loss, but Raghu suspects her motive. Raghu and Aarti have a romantic time. Ayesha congratulates them on their marriage. She tries to woo Manav, but he ignores her. Raghu, Aarti, and Manav suspect her motive. Ayesha tries to make them realize that she is suffering from amnesia.

Ayesha is upset with Manav, Aarti, and Raghu for suspecting her intention. She decides to stay at the hospital. Ayesha’s disappearance shocks Manav. However, Aarti manages to find her and shows her concern for her. The doctor assures Manav that Ayesha is suffering from amnesia. Manav is happy to see Aarti and Ayesha spend time together. But Raghu is worried as he suspects Ayesha’s motive. Raghu makes a plan and takes the help of the police and a doctor to help Ayesha recover her memory.

Raghu, Ayesha, and Manav are happy to know that Aarti is pregnant. At Aarti’s insistence, Raghu manages to placate Ayesha. Raghu and Aarti are blessed with a baby girl. Ayesha is happy about the same. Ayesha’s continued amnesia worries the doctor. What is Ayesha’s secret? The court orders the police and the doctor to arrest Ayesha. However, Ayesha continues to put on an act. She gets a woman to abduct Raghu-Aarti’s baby.
A new series “MY DESIRE” replaces dream Girl once it ends.
Dream Girl Final Episode.
The episode starts with Ayesha hearing the inspector talking to her family. Inspector says Ayesha is a criminal, we will take her to jail hospital, we can’t make her rest at home, we will take care of her there. Ayesha gets shocked and asks what, you want to keep me in jail hospital, this is so unfair, I don’t want to go, tell him Manav. She says I m with my sister here, we take care of each other, will you separate me with my sister, doctor you know all the reports, you know me and my family, I can’t stay there. The doctor says sorry, I can’t do anything. Ayesha says my husband Manav will say, I have a family here. Manav says this is court orders, we can’t do anything, we will find some way. Ayesha says Aarti got a baby, I love the baby, if you allow, I want to stay till baby’s naming ceremony, then take me from here. Raghu says we can appeal in court. The lawyer says fine, I will try and inform you.
Ayesha thinks they want to send me to jail, they failed again, did they think I will stay in jail. She goes to her room and worries. She says I will not go to jail hospital, Ayesha Sareen never loses. Aarti says I feel Ayesha should go to jail, but my heart does not agree, Ayesha took care of me all this year. Manav says you are thinking as a sister, she did crimes and she needs punishment, I know she took care of you. Raghu says we will wait for court orders.
It’s morning, and Ayesha waits for a lawyer. The lawyer comes and says the court granted permission for you to stay here till the naming ceremony. She thanks him and gets glad. She thinks she will do something till then.
Later, Ayesha thinks about what to do. She hears the maid crying and talking on the phone, saying I will return your money. Ayesha gives her money and asks her to smile now. She asks her to do something for her. She tells her plan. The maid says but… Ayesha says fine, if you can’t, I was thinking to give you more money. She goes.
It’s morning, Ayesha and Manav are doing Naam Karan puja arrangements. He says puja will have just family and guests will come in the evening. Ayesha takes Sasha from Aarti. Manav says pandit would be coming any moment now. Pandit comes and does the puja. Pandit says havan smoke can trouble a baby, and give the baby to someone else. The maid takes the baby and goes outside.
Raghu and Aarti do the puja. Maid tells the guard that Manav is calling him inside. He goes. Maid sees police there and stops. The guard tells Manav that the maid said you called me. Manav says to call her. The guard goes out and calls out maid Sushma. He tells Manav that Sushma is not here, she was with the baby. Raghu scolds the guard. Manav says she will be inside, don’t worry. Aarti panics and asks where is Sasha. Servants say Sasha is not anywhere. Raghu gets angry with Ayesha and shouts you did all this, I will not leave you. Ayesha says find Sasha first, don’t blame me. Manav says she won’t go far, come with me. Manav and Raghu leave to find Sasha and take police help. Raghu asks Manav did he find out anything. Manav says no. Raghu says I went to Sushma’s house, it’s locked. Sushma walks somewhere. Raghu sees her and asks her to stop. Sushma runs and Raghu catches her. He slaps her and asks where is my daughter. Sushma says, Ayesha… Raghu gets shocked.
Inspector asks staff to check at every post. Ayesha runs with Sasha. She stops at the check post and says they should not see me with the baby. She hides and goes inside the woods. Police get her car. Inspector informs Manav that they got the car, but not Ayesha. He asks him to reach there. Raghu and Manav reach there and ask the inspector where is Sasha. Inspector says Ayesha just left from here and looks for her. Raghu shouts at Sasha and cries. Manav says be strong, we will get Sasha.
It’s night, Aarti cries. Inspector says I know you are going through a difficult phase, we are trying, but I can’t give false hope, we did not get any clue about Ayesha, we will tell you when we get any info. Raghu asks Aarti not to cry, we will get Sasha. Aarti hugs him. Ayesha sees Sasha’s locket with Raghu and Aarti’s pics and says my revenge got completed today, I have snatched your everything, you love each other a lot, I have taken your love sign. She talks to Sasha and says I will raise you now, you will become like me, like Ayesha Sareen, you will become your Dreamgirl, I will make you a dream girl. She hugs Sasha.
