Piyush gets the key made. He goes to a worker and says make this key. Hurry up. Omkar orders the marble. He says I have to get Mayura’s idol made. I want the best quality of marble. Shankar says to Omkar I am sorry. He speaks loudly so Omkar doesn’t hear the key making a sound outside. Shankar says I am sorry. I didn’t understand your love for your wife.

Shankar says to Omkar I made a mistake that I misbehaved with you. Omkar hugs him and says it’s okay. He says I thought there was someone outside. Shankar says no there’s no one. Piyush gets the key.
Mayura is waiting for Piyush. Omkar comes downstairs. Piyush comes in. He shows the key to Mayura. He slips. Mayura says if key falls Omkar will see. Mayura shouts to distract Omkar. Omkar says Mayura are you okay? She says I sprained by food. Omkar massages her foot. He says is it better? Mayura says yes it is. Piyush nods. Mayura says I am fine now. Omkar says let me massage you will feel better. Mayura says it’s good not. Let it be.
Everyone prays at Mayura’s house for her. Omkar locks the cage and says Piyush some people will come to the place. Please manage. He says Mayura I am going for some work. I will see you later. He leaves. Omkar says Mayura, you get out of here and hide in the boxes. By the time he comes back, you will be out of here. Piyush tries to open the lock but it isn’t opening. Piyush says maybe the trace wasn’t correct. Mayura says that can’t happen. Please do something. Omkar says let me make Mayura sleep first. He walks back.
Omkar comes to the hall and sees the cage. There’s a blanket. Piyush is sleeping on the couch. Mayura is hidden in the boxes. Omkar thinks Mayura is under the blanker. Mayura is scared. Omkar leaves. Some people come. The manager says Piyush bhai they are here to take the marble boxes. They pick the boxes. Piyush says I hope everything goes well. Mayura is in the boxes. Manjali stops them. She says what is happening here? Taking all the boxes? One box had my stuff. Open boxes and show me. Mayura and Piyush are scared. The workers start opening the boxes. Piyush stops them. He says your box is here. It has M written over it. Manjali says okay take it. Piyush says it has your name on it. Mayura looks out at Piyush. The boxes are taken out. Piyush waves at her.
The workers load boxes in a truck. They lock it and drive away. Mayura smiles.
Scene 2
Surekha says to Ashu don’t worry. Sanjay will give us good news. Sanjay comes and hugs Ashu. He says papa ji I just got a text. Mayura is out of there. Megha is shocked. Sanjay says Mayura will come here once she reaches somewhere safe, she will contact us. Surekha says God protects her.
Mayura looks outside the truck. She smiles. The truck stops somewhere at night. Mayura recalls her marriage with Omkar. She recalls everything from start.
Scene 2
Piyush says Mayura didn’t break a cage, she broke Sartaj’s ego. I hope she manages. She will be at Jabalpur’s border alone. She is so strong. I hope she will manage. Omkar comes there. Manjali is asleep on the sofa and Piyush is also sleeping. Omkar says maa is snorting. Mayura’s sleep would be disturbed. He goes towards the cage and opens the lock. Omkar checks in. There’s no one inside. Omkar shouts Mayura.. Manjali and Piyush wake up. Manjali says what happened? Omkar says where is my Mayura? You both were sleeping and she’s not here. Maa couldn’t you see? Manjali says I saw she was sleeping. Omkar shouts she was here but she’s not here. Where is she? Piyush says you locked the door you had the key. Omkar says how did she get out then? He says maa you didn’t see it carefully. Omkar sees a broken candle on which Mayura took the traces. Omkar throws it in anger. Manjali says Omi calm down. Omkar sees the box. He smiles.
Omkar says bachay, he recalls asking Piyush to give material to the people. Mayura says how do I get out of the truck. They will inform Omkar if they see me. Mayura breaks the tile. They stop the truck to check. Before they come, Mayura jumps out and runs. She hides. The driver checks the tiles and looks around. Mayura hides under a broken tree. They leave. Mayura gets up. Mayura gets on the road. Her face is covered in dirt. Mayura opens her arms and twists under the moon. She is happy to be free. The song urhne do. She sees the border signal. Mayura crosses Jabalpur’s borders.
Scene 3
Omkar hits the punching bag. His manager comes and says we are looking everywhere. Didn’t find news yet but don’t worry.
Mayura comes to a dhaba at the bus stand. Mayura says I ran from the tempo people. I have to contact the home. Mayura says brother, can you give me tea? Mayura cleans her face.
The news play at the dhaba. She sees something in the news and screams no.. Mayura runs.
The news says some thugs entered a house and stabbed a man named Ashutosh. Mayura screams.. Mayura says no.. Papa.. She runs. Mayura comes to her house. Mayura opens the door. She sees a dead body. Mayura sees the face. It’s not her father. But she sees all her family tied to the pillars. Omkar whispers welcome back home. Mayura is shocked and scared. Ashu, Sanjay, Megha, Surekha, and Dadi everyone is tied. The man gets up and says Sartaj ji, I am done. Let me go. He leaves. Omkar gives a rose to Mayura. Mayura says fake news? Omkar pulls her. Omkar says what else could I do? It’s such a big city where would I find you? Omkar says I thought I should call you back home. You can fly as much as you want, but had to come back to the cage of my arms. Every time. Always. Mayura is scared. Ashu is angry. Omkar says you can try as much as you want but you can’t flee. You can’t be free. You can call it my love or detention. Mayura shoves him. She cries. Omkar grabs her hand. Mayura says please no. Leave my hand. I don’t want to go with you. Omkar says don’t do all this. It will hurt you. Mayura says leave me. I won’t go in that cage. Omkar picks her and takes her. Mayura says papa.. I don’t want to go. Everyoen cries.
Scene 4
Omkar brings Mayura home. Mayura says leave me. I am telling you one last time. Don’t take me to that cage. Let me go. Manjali comes. Omkar locks her in the cage. Piyush comes as well. Mayura says no please.
Omkar locks it. Mayura says I flee every time. I won’t live in this cage. Omkar says I thought you would understand my love. I think you only understand this detention. Now do what you want, I will never let you be free.
Omkar locks Mayura back and says I told you. We are made to be together forever. He leaves.
The next morning. Mayura is in her cave. Manjali says see how your husband is. He’s fasting for you. Husbands beat their wives. Manjali says I have called a woman to take off evil eye. Piyush brings her in. The woman goes towards Mayura’s cage. Her face is hidden. She says Minty. It’s Surekha. Mayura says you.. Surekha says I so wanted to see you. Piyush brought me here. I am responsible for all this. I asked you to stay with your husband and now you’re caged here. But now, I am telling marriage isn’t a cliff that you fall there’s no coming back. Every girl has the right to walk out. Manjali says done? Surekha says karwa chauth proves that woman is made of strength. Mayura says I will fight until I win. Surekha is leaving. Manjali stops her and says come here. Manjali gives her food and says take it. Surekha leaves. Mayura was scared. Piyush nods at Mayura.
Mayura says Omkar ji please forgive me. Piyush made me understand. This is better for me to stay here. Even if our minds are different you love me the most.. I want to live with you. Close to you. If I live in this cage I will suffocate. I want to fast for you. Mayura cries and says please forgive me. Please. Omkar comes ot her and says don’t cry. He opens the lock and gets in. Omkar hugs Mayura. Mayura says I was lost. Omkar says this is our first karwa chauth. We will celebrate it well. Mayura says in heart you will see who will celebrate. Mayura hugs Omkar.
Scene 2
Omkar prepares for Karwa chauth. He says Maa I am getting her Sargi ready. Make her eat. Manjali says don’t trust chameleon. It changes colors. Omkar says things change with time. Piyush made her understand. Manjali says just keep your eyes open.
Mayura says to Piyush Omkar is ready in preparations. We will run at the first chance we get. Piyush says I will handle everything don’t worry. Omkar stands up. Piyush says what are you thinking Mayura? Mayura says Piyush, they have sargi. I won’t even eat that from their hands. Omkar comes. He says Mayura come out of the cage. Maa has to give you sargi. Omkar opens the cage. Mayura comes out. She says in heart I will never get inside this cage. I will be free from it in 12 hours. Omkar says is everything okay? Mayura says yes. Before sargi I want to do pooja. He says sure.
Mayura says this day is so important for every woman. A woman fill her hairline but when the hairline is bruised, you have to treat it. This mangalsutra and sindur doesn’t make me suhagan. I got a husband like Omkar who doesn’t even deserve his wife. Why would a woman pray for his long life? When a relationship becomes a cage where a woman is detained, Gauri has to become Kali. Help me get out of this detention maa.
Mayura comes back to Omkar. He extends his hand. Mayura holds his hand. Mayura touches Manjali’s feet and says give me blessings that I do my reposnibility right and do justice to Omkar ji. Manjali gives her sargi. Omkar says maa, I will make her eat the rest. Omkar says Mayura eat a lot. You won’t get to eat the whole day. Mayura says yes I have to be very strong.
Manjali says done eating? Come. Go inside the cage. Mayura says what? Manjali says what happened? I will get you out myself and get you ready. Promise come. The cage is waiting for you. Mayura says no. Omkar ji please don’t lock me.
Please don’t keep me away from your eyes. How can a wife fast in that cage. You can tie me with your hand but don’t lock me in the cage. Manjali says she’s a drama. Don’t listen to her Omkar. She is trying to misuse your love. Don’t listen to her. Come with me. Mayura says Omkar ji no please.
Manjali says she is doing drama. Lock her in or she will fly away.
