Between You And Me on zee one Wednesday 26th April 2023 update, Akhilesh leaving the house. Mishri runs after him. Ira comes home and sees the food. She eats the food. Mishri comes and says uncle had eaten this food. Ira gets shocked and keeps the plate. Mishri says I told him to have food, he didn’t listen, you have eaten his leftover food. Ira cries. She eats the food happily. Ira goes to do tulsi puja. She prays for Akhilesh. The ladies stop Ira and says just suhaagans can do puja here.

They get insulting Ira. Ira scolds them ad says you get your children to me for treatment, I have always served you and children for free. Mishri comes there and looks on. The ladies start defaming Ira and staining her character. Ira gets shocked and cries. Mishri gets angry. Ira is asked to leave. She isn’t allowed to do puja. Ira cries and leaves. Mishri comes to the ladies and says why did you hurt my mum’s heart, she had come here to do puja for my dad. The lady asks her not to come between elders matters. Mishri says I can’t bear tears in Ira’s eyes, I will see who stops her from doing puja. Lady says we won’t let Ira come here.
Mishri asks what if this tulsi goes to my mum. She removes the tulsi plant structure. She does the same thing as Akhilesh. Mishri takes this step for Ira’s respect. Mishri tries hard and lifts the structure. She takes the plant for Ira. Everyone looks on. Ira cries thinking of ladies’ taunts. Mishri asks Ira to come out and do the puja. Ira gets shocked seeing her lifting the heavy structure. Mishri gets Hanuman’s pic and shows to the ladies that he is her dad. The ladies make fun of Ira. Mishri asks is this not my dad, tell me. Ira says this isn’t your dad, your dad will never come, this is the truth. They cry. Ira goes. Mishri hugs the pic and cries. She leaves from the house and comes to Hanuman temple. She prays.
Mishri praying at the temple. She sees the ad and gets mistaken. She thinks this is a solution to her problems. She takes pandit’s phone and calls Akhilesh to take help. He says I have no solution for your problem. She calls him again. She says my Maapu is crying, I don’t have my father with me, what shall I do. He asks her to get her mum’s Swayamvar done. He angrily tells her to find a dad. He ends call. She takes his words seriously. Ira looks for Mishri everywhere and asks people. She gets Mishri and hugs her. She cries. Mishri says I m not upset with you. She checks Ira and says you have high fever, come home. They go home. Mishri tells a story to Ira and takes care of her. Ira thinks of Akhilesh and sleeps. Mishri says I will also get a king for my mumma
queen. She puts Ira to sleep. Kamla comes.
Mishri takes her out to talk. She says I will keep Swayamvar for Ira, I will manage everything, Ira shouldn’t know this, see how I find a good dad for me. Its morning, Mishri makes Ira ready. She says you will be fine soon, you should look good. Ira says its impossible to understand you. Mishri gives her kada to drink. She gives her instructions. Ira goes. Mishri plays radio. They hear the Swayamvar news on radio. Mishri smiles. Akhilesh talks to Chandu on video call. He gets an imp call. Pushpa asks Chandu to ask Akhilesh did he eat food. Chandu says I have to tell him about work. Pushpa hears the radio recording about Swayamvar. She smiles. She says I want Akhilesh to go in Swayamvar. Chandu says leave it. Pushpa reminds Akhilesh’s Swayamvar, when Ira had come.
She convinces Chandu. Akhilesh comes. Chandu lies to him. Akhilesh worries for Pushpa and talks to her. She asks him to attend Swayamvar, he will get a daughter too. He refuses. He asks Chandu to keep him informed about her health, he will come back soon. He thinks to go to temple and pray for Pushpa. Mishri meets some men and tests them to find the right guy. Kamla says when Ira comes, she will stop this Swayamvar. Mishri asks her not to worry, she has taken care of this. Mishri’s friends act ill and go to Ira. They make excuses. Ira shows injection. The kids run away. Ira says what is Mishri upto. A man comes and compliments her. He says just tell me, will we have our child after marriage. Ira slaps him. She scolds him and says I m already married. He says why did you let Mishri give your Swayamvar ad on radio. She gets shocked.
Akhilesh asking pandit to pray for his mum. He gives chadava. He shows the Hanuman ji’s pic broken. Pandit says you got a chance to do this noble deed for your mum, if you fix this pic and return it to the person, it will be a good thing. Akhilesh thanks him for the idea. He says I will get this fixed. He reads Mishri’s name and says she is so irritating, why is Lord making me meet her. Mishri welcomes people for the Swayamvar. Ira comes and scolds her. Mishri says if you get married, none will make fun of you. Ira says this will make them mock me more, just stop this. She asks everyone to go home. Mishri stops them and says I can’t see my mum alone, please stop. Ira shouts. The men leave. Mishri prays that Lord sends her dad. Akhilesh thinks to meet Mishri. He gets the Hanuman pic frame. He reaches Mishri’s house.
Mishri sees him and thinks he has come for Swayamvar. He gives the pic frame and asks is this yours. She says yes, how did you get this. He says you forgot this in temple, I got the broken glass fixed, keep this in temple. She does so and prays. He prays with her. They do puja together. The lights flicker. He looks around. Mishri prays for her mum. He fixes the lights well. The men come for Swayamvar. They think the groom got final and leave.
Mishri thinks uncle is a nice man. He says I have fixed everything. Mishri says my mum will correct you, you have won this Swayamvar, you can marry my mum now. He asks what are you saying, I have just come to return the photo frame, how did you get this bad idea.
She says I have called Lord, he asked me to keep Swayamvar for my Maapu. He recalls his words and says you have spoken to me, not Lord, I told that to you in anger, I didn’t know you will really do this. She asks him not to be much angry. She says your anger will calm down after marrying my mum. He says I didn’t come for Swayamvar. Pushpa prays for Akhilesh. Devina and Aditya come home. Mishri says uncle has come to meet you. Akhilesh asks is your mom there, I will go and complain about you. Ira hears him and hides.
Pushpa asks what are you doing here. Devina says you are speaking in English, good, you think you are a queen, seriously. They argue. Aditya shouts and says you both will never change.
Pushpa asks what are you doing here. Devina says I was missing my home. Pushpa says you have to go to Banaras home. Devina says I have come to give you good news about Akhilesh’s child. Pushpa gets shocked. Akhilesh asks where is your mum. Mishri sees the shadow and says she is here behind his curtain. Ira worries. Mishri asks Ira to come. Ira asks her to be silent.
Akhilesh says Mishri has kept your Swayamvar, you should watch out her actions. Mishri asks what’s wrong with it.
Akhilesh says if you had a father, you would have stayed in control. Ira says sorry, Mishri has a father, he doesn’t stay with us. He says its okay, manage your daughter, keep her away from me. He goes. Mishri looks at Ira. Ira cries. Mishri says why don’t you call my dad. Ira says I don’t want to answer you, you have embarrassed me today, go, leave me alone.
