Between You And Me on zee one Wednesday 12th July 2023 update, As per the plan, Mishri pretends to be unconscious. Kabir takes her to hospital for his daughter’s operation. Ira and Pushpa head to the hospital.

Chanda is making chapati’s and is tensed. She prays that Kamla Chachi should never figure out that Chuttan is doctor’s son. She hurts herself. Chuttan decides to do something for his mother.
Akhilesh wakes up. Where am I? What happened to me? Nurse tells him to rest. Someone was mixing a drug in your food because of which you lost conscious. He wonders who that person could be.
Kabir reaches hospital with Mishri. He heads to the operation room after enquiring about Putul. Ira and Pushpa have disguised themselves as doctor and nurse. Kabir says I have given you 2 crores till now. I will pay you more for saving her. I have
brought the girl whose heart you need to put in Putul’s body. Kill Mishri! Save my daughter. Why are you looking at me like that? Save my daughter please. Ira removes her mask. This is your truth? You want to kill my daughter? How dare you? You were focused on Mishri which is why you came to help me? Pushpa calls him devil. Ira tells him to stay away from her daughter. She tells him to step aside but he is holding a scalpel. He pushes them away and attacks Mishri but Mishri pushes him away. They all start fighting again. Kabir manages to push the ladies and then pushes Mishri as well. She gets hurt on the head. Ira and Pushpa try to stop him but he manages to overpower them. He takes Mishri with him.
Chuttan makes a makeshift tong to pick chapati’s. she gets emotional. I have been saying it since beginning that there is no one like you. He says I wonder when people will understand this.
Kabir locks Ira and Pushpa in the ward. He apologizes to Mishri. You must die so my daughter can live. Pushpa keeps shouting for help. Mishri shouts Bapu. Akhilesh hears her screaming. Nurse tells him to lie down but he rushes out to help Mishri. Where is she? Mishri calls out to him again and he notices Kabir holding Mishri. He calls out to him. Kabir turns to look at Akhilesh. He chases Kabir. Where are you taking Mishri? Kabir is sure no one can stop him from taking Mishri with him today. He runs. Ira and Pushpa manage to break open the door of their room.
Kabir creates hurdles in Akhilesh’s path but he throws something at him so as to stop him. He holds Mishri tightly. Are you fine? Ira and Pushpa reach there as well.
Chuttan asks Chanda why she looks worried. Are you worried because of what that Kaki said? She denies. Her husband comes in mumbling that your Amma is the sole person in the world who is taking care of everything. Chuttan remarks that his taunts enter the house before him. Your style is the best. He tells him to be quiet. You will become a dacoit when you grow up! She gives him cough medicine. He panics seeing the price and questions Chuttan angrily. Chuttan stands aside feeling scared. I got medicine for him and he is scaring me. Chanda tells him to lie down. Leave all this. I will give you medicine. Chuttan holds his hands as Chanda feeds him medicine. Chuttan prays that his Bapu’s cough and anger becomes fine soon.
Akhilesh slaps Kabir. Where were you taking my daughter? Ira and Pushpa hold Mishri. Akhilesh notices Kabir’s hand. How is it fine? Kabir says I did everything upon Ira’s askance. Akhilesh looks at Ira in shock. Ira? Kabir nods. She isn’t Amaya but Ira, your Ira! The girl who died in the bomb blast that day was her lookalike. He does not let Ira speak. Akhilesh is surprised to see her healthy. Pushpa nods. Don’t fall in his words. Kabir says she is still under Ira’s control. Don’t believe her. She will only repeat what Ira has asked her to. Ira agrees to share a memory with him from their first meeting. It will remind you of your Hanikarak Biwi. She kicks Kabir in the groin. Akhilesh gets emotional and holds her. Where were you? This can only be my Ira who will give this treatment to the guy who will cast an evil eye on our kid. He pulls Kabir’s collar. We have stood firm throughout such storms together in the past also. I thought he was a God who was helping me but he was only pretending to help me so he can get Mishri. Akhilesh asks him if he was about to kill his daughter to save Putul. He raises his hand to slap Kabir again but Devina comes there with police. Akhilesh is stunned to see her alive too. You are alive? Police arrests Kabir. Devina nods. I was staying in the house as Langdu Chacha. I wanted to expose Kabir. Devina walks up to Pushpa to divert the topic.
Kabir requetss Akhilesh to take everything and give him Mishri. You are a father. You can understand this. Akhilesh warns him to be quiet or he will break his face. Kabir requests Inspector not to arrest him. My daughter has no one and she needs help urgently. Ira tells him that she will take care of Putul. Nothing will happen to her. I will mail every single hospital. I will find a donor for her. Kabir asks her if she will help him after whatever happened. Akhilesh also agrees to help Ira. No one knows it better than us how important kids are for parents. Kabir thanks them. Police takes him away.
Chanda, her husband and Chuttan are having dinner. Her husband complains of extra chilli in the food. Chuttan mimics it in action. Chanda feeds him sugar immediately. Chanda’s husband says you got sugar when I felt chilli. Chuttan says you wont understand the love of a mother and son. Chanda’s husband starts hiccupping. Chuttan mimics him again. Chanda gives him water immediately. Chanda’s husband complains to Chanda. Look beyond your son. I also live here. She apologizes to him. Chuttan threatens to teach him a lesson if he will talk badly to his mother. He presses his legs feet sweetly. Chanda smiles. Her husband tells her that Chuttan will be spoiled one day. He leaves in a huff. Chanda thinks no one can take her son from her. Chuttan thinks to lighten her mood.
Mishri keeps her hand on Ira and Akhilesh’s hands. My teacher had told me that all is well that ends well. Now everything is fine, thanks to Bajrang Bali. My Badi Ma is fine. Chanda is putting Chuttan to sleep when Kamla Chachi enters. She confronts Chanda. Chuttan refuses to believe Kamla Chachi and gives his swear to Chanda to tell him the truth. Chanda breaks down. It is true. I did not give birth to you but I love you very much. He refuses to trust her anymore. She tries to stop him but he shrugs her hand away and asks Kamla Chachi to take him to his mother. Chanda cries.
At home, Mishri and Pushpa request Ira not to go but Ira reasons that this is Mira’s house now. She is the DIL of the house. Mishri requests Mira to stop her Mapu. I want to live with both my Mapu and Bapu. Mira replies that she can only do one thing for Ira.
